Nice longtong $3/-. Oops, this time round forgot to take a photo before I ate it..LOL Frankly, longtong often taste the same. What is so special about this one is that unlike many others, there is a variety of different vegetables. Where many others have only cabbageas the only vegetable... Plus it is flavourful without the awful smell of garlicky flavours from some other stalls...

Question: Since the flying stars are different every year, does that mean we paint the color of walls different every year? Thanks, Steve Reply: These are some considerations: 1. Like one Singapore minister said previously: " Looking at his CPF statement makes him very (rich) happy." 2. Thus, if everyone or nearly everyone re-paint their walls yearly; this will equally make the paint manufacturer and the paint shop => very rich and happy. 3. Common sense says that "Nobody has the time, the energy to move and cover all their belongings, yearly" 4. And the answer to your question is a NO.

At the summit is Kent Ridge Park. Formerly it was known as Pasir Panjang Park. But was renamed to honour the duchess of Kent and her son’s visit to the park. This park was the last battle fought by the Malay regiment. And was also an ammo dump. Our war hero: 2nd Leutenant Adan Saidi https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Adnan_Saidi Many parts of Singapore has this unique tree with hanging fruits and flowers...

Photos taken on 4th August 2019. Demolition completed and ground clearing... Some south highest facing stacks/units should be able to look towards the sea. But of course, will correspondingly be affected by the afternoon sun... Land clearing exercise .... haven't add the huge blocks of stones to stablise the plot.. the next stage before piling work.... Majority of the photos taken along this red route...given that this is the highest point. On Kent Hill Park, there is a large cluster of trees that virtually block any views of this park. Thus most of the North stacks facing this park is simply clumps and clumps of tree view. This is good news! As I was seated at the park for quite sometime and found tranquility and rather peaceful...

Al Kasim Indian Muslim Food at Food Park, Bukit Panjang Community Club... (A small food corner tucked away at Level 1 of this People’s Association) This time round, I asked them to pour the gravy onto the prata. This is pretty common as the prata soaks in the gravy, making it a fuller meal. Even so, some of the sides that were dry are still crispy! Highly recommended their prata with egg. I always eat the plain ones. But tempted to try this single piece with egg is really nicely done. Not dry. This meal costs a mere $1.50/- only. What makes this stall so wonderful is their ultra fragrant, not salty mutton gravy with generous toppings of greens... But do avoid the chunks of mutton oil. Otherwise, ten times better at the nearby BUKIT Panjang Hawker Centre’s Prata stall run by NTUC... Finished the prata. What’s left is a chunk of lamb fat... Bagus! (Good) The actual stall front:-

These are some considerations: 1. Location, location and location. The external, the site, the block and the unit within block = 70% of the Feng Shui Luck. 2. Understanding What is the frontage is important:- 3. This later link has several case studies to shows roughly what are taken into consideration... 3.2 For example: 3.2.1 And lots more examples. Where the external of the unit is looked into, the individual’s ba zi directions etc...

Head or foot of bed pointing to the direction of the street/main gate
Cecil Lee replied to stelle123's topic in General Help
What is the coffin position? 1. Historically, when a deceased person passed away and was brought home before the funeral, the head would be brought into the house through the main door. 2. Consequently, during the funeral, the legs would be the first to be taken out through the main door or main gate and onto the streets. 3. This is the significance and origin of your friend's remarks. 4. Furthermore, many new ECs and condos now have full glass panels in the bedrooms. Therefore, even if the legs do not face the bedroom door, but rather the windows, it can still be considered a coffin position. 4.1. What I mean to convey is that Paragraph 4 is based on common sense and holds some truth. 4.2. For instance, if someone's home is on the ground floor and the second floor, and the curtains are not properly drawn, one could see into the bedroom. It is undesirable to be able to see a person's underwear, especially if their legs are wide open and facing the windows. +++ IN SUMMARY The text highlights traditional funeral practices regarding the positioning of the deceased, emphasizing the cultural significance of how bodies are brought into and out of the home. Additionally, it addresses modern architectural designs that may inadvertently create discomfort regarding privacy and visibility in bedrooms. -
House A and B are considered to be at a T-junction. Touchwood! It depends how unlucky if a vehicle could run into either or the homes. By the way, house A is protected by “Jesus” .. a Christian cross ... see it?

Sengkang Grand Residences by CapitaLand and CDL at Bangkok MRT
Cecil Lee replied to Cecil Lee's topic in Around Singapore
Case Study 1: Stacks/units of Esparina Residences & Jewel at Buangkok facing the future Sengkang Central Mixed developments Often buying a unit facing an empty plot of land does not always guarantee unblocked views or approximately 2.5 to 3 years of construction noise and dusts. When I did this review for a client not too long ago; I had highlighted that one can never know when the empty plot of land will have construction. Today, as all of us are aware... this odd shaped plot is the new Sengkang Central Mixed development... Note: Only this "Part 4" is relevant to this topic. Thus no other Parts 1, 2 or 3 are enclosed, here. As expected... Singapore perhaps seems bent on a population of 10 million...that is why... any empty plot of land ... has a high chance of being built.... I recalled.. when the UOL 1km mall formerly at the Lion City Hotel was completed... it has to compete with Paya Lebar Square, SingPost building.. now it was renamed Kinex... Simply too many malls in SGP... LOL -
