Part 4: External Shapes and Forms - As facilities are immobile, there is no way one can change these. Thus common sense says that one should study carefully especially areas like the Bin Centre, Generator set & Sub-station. There are many other areas to take note of. Especially:- No. 8 Pavillion BBQ By The Lake (Especially ground floor and low floors.. smell and some noise) No. 26 Kids Water Play Area (Especially on weekends can be rowdy) No. 27 Little Tots Play Area (Especially on weekends can be rowdy) etc... Part 2: Stacks/units with fluctuating luck depending on the mercy of the flow of qi (wind) in and around them. 1. Under Shapes and Forms Feng Shui, one has to understand how qi (wind) flows both at the frontage (living room/bedrooms side) and the rear of the unit. 2. Usually, stacks/units highlighted in yellow, are more prone to swings of health-wealth luck then the other stacks/units. 3. For example, especially strong windy days may even cause health and wealth issues to these yellow units: 3.1 Thus especially for stacks/units #27, #09, #32 and #42 can often have extremely good luck or very bad luck! 3.2 Thus, architects, planners/developers should take heed to instead, plan these blocks in a more rounded horse-shoe layout. For example similar to the likes of The Tropica at Bedok Reservoir. The previous review of The Tropica done at the request from Hong Leong/CDL :- http://www.geomancy.net/review/tropica/

Part 1: Block layouts at right-angles often always result in the creation of potential poison arrows from the sharp corners of neighbouring block aimed towards another block/stack. Question: How can I be sure whether my unit is affected by a potential poison arrow? Reply: Unfortunately, until the Block/stack/unit is up (completed) then can one confirm whether there is a potential poison arrow and how much impact it is on a unit. It is much more difficult to cure if the poison arrow is aimed towards a balcony opening such as the balcony sliding glass area especially exactly at the middle of the living room opening. However, external blind(s) can help. Or for bedrooms day curtains drawn most of the time is a consideration, here.

Question: Is this bad Feng Shui? Reply: 1. Under symbolism in Feng Shui, less than ideal to have a split directly at the middle. 2. This is similar to have a two piece mirror splitting the dining table into two. Thus can be considered to be inauspicious. 3. Common sense: A table such as this which has a split, may cause food to be caught in the GAP. And for hygiene purposes, may allow bacterial or germ to flourish.

What are the top 3 positions for placing a wall clock?
Cecil Lee replied to blubugs's topic in General Help
Good morning master lee, does hanging a wall clock have fengshui? I need to put a wall clock in the living room. Or i could hang it facing the bedroom walkways beside the atlar ? Reply: Not facing walkway leading into bedrooms. Avoid facing the main door. Avoid facing altar or above it. Or above the passageway ceiling before entering the bedroom. The rest is ok -
Case Study: Since day one, the position of the figures: Fu Lu Shou was both sold and displayed in the wrong order by the company. For example, traditional Chinese writing and thus reading of the figures are from left to right. Here, this is not correct:- Above: Left is Fu. Centre is Lu. Right is Shou. Instead Fu and Shou should be swapped... P.S. Please note all these are decorative items. Nothing to do with Feng Shui at all. Buy them because you like them. Not for the sake of Feng Shui, please.

Case Study 1: For high-rise units, the frontage does not automatically means standing inside the main door looking outwards. Example 1: A typical Can or Cannot Buy review that I have done. 1. Although standing at main door looking outwards is NW. 2. But in this instance, we should be standing inside the living room looking outwards. Which is the opposite direction or SE:- 3. Note Part 2 attachment is not included, here. Since it is not relevant in this example. 4. Here the frontage need not always be the main door. But rather, the frontage = standing inside the living room looking outwards.... 4. For privacy, all personal info, are always masked-out by me. 5. In this Can or Cannot Buy review: External and Internal Feng Shui are looked at. As External Feng Shui accounts for as much as 70% of the total Feng Shui of a home. While the internal comes to 30%. Example 2: House very lucky under Period 8. But very unlucky during the years 2022 to 2024. Afterwards just Pass mark! House was very lucky from 1st Owner's key collection till 2020. But especially years 2022, 2023 and 2024 the inauspicious impact is greatest. But once passed Year 2025, luck climbed up to 43%:- Note: Depending on the Flying Star numbers, magnitude of luck change varies between the years: 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025. Thus in some reviews, these dates may differ by 1 or 2 years from the other reports. Example 3: House is very lucky till 2021. Luck drops from 2024 till 2043. Luckily unit is a good fit for him! Unit enjoys good Feng Shui from 1st owner's key collection in year 2010 until year 2020. Luckily this unit was suitable to the potential breadwinner, the score from 2024 till 2043 brings this house to a Grade B. But if the house is totally unsuitable, then the total score may be 39 marks or a D score. Note: Depending on the Flying Star numbers, magnitude of luck change varies between the years: 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025. Thus in some reviews, these dates may differ by 1 or 2 years from the other reports. Example 4: House luck is still the same under both Period 8 and 9 Feng Shui Note: Depending on the Flying Star numbers, magnitude of luck change varies between the years: 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023, 2024 and 2025. Thus in some reviews, these dates may differ by 1 or 2 years from the other reports.

Master Lee, my daughter’s (Luck period) part 1 appears to missing the 2017-2026 age 2-10 portion Reply: Usually, 1st luck period for everyone starts anywhere between age 6-12, before that the child's luck is usually influence by the parents luck. Hence, the 1st luck pillar for daughter is Age 11-20. So that's correct as that's when the child's own luck starts to come into influence. Generally, influenced by the person who spends most time with the child. Can be mother, father or even grandparents, since the child luck is mainly influenced by the caregiver.

In my opinion, thie concern is not a major issue. What is more important and within one’s control can be deciding on the colour of the roof. For example: majority of vehicles on the read has a metallic skeleton. While a smaller amount is made of fibre glass. Does not mean that those who are unsuitable To metallic substances have to avoid them. Under the Five Elements concept; more important consideration is not what the materials composition; of course, it is nice to have. But colours can used to express the element. Thus a red car can be considered as belonging to the fire element; a blue or black car water element etc.. Same here, that of the colour of the roof...
