Annual review at HDB Park Central Ang Mo Kio Jing Shan Primary School ...literally means “Tranquil Hill”. Formerly called Cheng San School. But it does not mean that all units in a development may be good ... Please understand The concept of the “bell curve” found within this thread:- Thus although generally both The Terrase & The Waterline may be acceptable. But, it also depends on which unit. -

I have at least 15 clients that live within this map:- Just last weekend, did an annual visit for a regular client staying at Limbok Terrace. They moved in to this place for at least 8 years already. Like The Waterline, Lim Bok Terrace would you say is closest to The Japanese Cemetry Park? Just last year I visited another client who stays at Jewel@ Chuan Hoe. He moved into this development immediately after it’s TOP. As he wanted to discuss renovations to his kitchen. I also paid an annual visit last month to another client at The Terrasse. I also have several Heads of business, staying at Parry.... Thus not an issue. The issue I was shocked, hahahaha no Feng Shui was the shoebox sized showroom unit. At The Waterline, that’s all! The living room of the show flat was like...... -
