Yes, indeed even locally in Singapore, metallic roofs are popular, especially for private small developments. And it is the only material that can be curved. Frankly, not an issue. As we are at the mercy of the construction materials in our home. For eg. Some homes have brick concrete structures. While others are wooden homes etc...

It has to be MIRRORED! Thus a quick glance of looking at the layout facing South and a quick zoom in is not enough! Once, the layout is mirrored, then it tells a different story. This development is not that friendly to toddlers: with many unlevel pathways and tight turns. Pray hard that no one injures themselves in this development..touch wood! I won't want to bring any child 2 to 5 years old anywhere near this development... It is in my opinion an accident waiting to happen. By then the planners and the development have already wash their hands with detergent ... and disappeared from this site.
