Cecil Lee replied to Cecil Lee's topic in Singapore Property Review
Photos taken on 1 September 2018 from The Crest condo... Looks like the last stage: landscaping works.. towards T.O.P. Most likely around five to six months time.... maybe February 2019? -
HDB Punggol Point Woods BTO launched in August 2018

Interlude - Case Study: What is Duck-on-water? And why waste each other's time on this? -
Part 8 - Snake like block/stack formation is more likely to have potential poison arrow(s) from sharp corner of neigbouring stacks. 1. Question: How to confirm if the threat is real? 1.1. Frankly the only way to properly determine if it is a threat is only after one is able to phyically enter the unit to view the situation. 2. There is a stack = #858 with TWO (Yes!) two (2) potential poison arrows aimed at this stack/unit.

Of some interest is the future temple at Melody Spring. Under Part 3 - Case study of the future temple, there

Are Some Geomancers misleading you?
Cecil Lee replied to Cecil Lee's topic in Feng Shui Tips & Guidelines
Case Study: Uncomfortable with Feng Shui Master’s advice. Told to buy several of his commercial products. Seek an independent audit As Geomancy.net has a reputation of doing strictly scientific Feng Shui; was approached to do an independent audit. -
Part 7 - No matter how, there is often a stigma living close to an Electrical Sub-Station (ESS). Good news is that the two Electrical Sub-Stations in Yishun Glen are far away from all stacks with the exception of stack #878. "If one cannot beat them, thus might as well avoid purchasing a unit especially at lower floors in stack #878. The other ESS is located at the development's Multi-Storey Car Park. Away from any Yishun Glen stacks/units:

Part 6 - Best to avoid these stacks/lower floor units that are close to one of the two Precinct Pavilions (PP) in Yishun Glen: 1. For example, often chants or religious rituals are performed at a funeral. Stacks such as 1571 although do not face the PP, because of the accostics, the chants may even be heard at low floors. 2. For the above reason, equally, stack 1575 is pretty close to the PP.

Part 5 - Kitchen at North West = inauspicious Fire @ Heaven's Gate. Affects male head career and overall luck of family members. 1. This is just a sampling exercise: 2. Stacks such as the above is considered inauspicious as the kitchen is located at the NW sector of the home. 3. There are others... but as mentioned, this is just a sampling.

To be honest, i have seen a master but that is for Period 8, however my friend from another geomancy firm indicated my house is not good for Period 9. Hence now i need your help for an independent audit to review the entire thing. But u see both companies are very commercialised no matter what they say. But i saw ur review for Blossom Spring and hence i thought it would be good for you to do an independent review.

More photos and the surroundings Highest floor... never know a water tank is above a unit until too late... hmm
-
Recent photos Just T.O.P. Seemingly innocent drop-off point roof lines if pointed towards a unit eg. In this case to a second storey unit may be considered a Sha Qi or poison arrows.

Part 4 - Poor Shapes and Forms Feng Shui as one of the two central rubbish chutes share the same wall as these stacks/units: #44, #64, #818, #832 & #878. 1. Sample illustration from Block 383A stack #818. Can you see one of the two central rubbish chutes shares the same wall as the living room wall? 2. In addition, in order to enter or exit the unit; one has to pass through the central rubbish bin lobby daily. 2. Do take this into consideration when considering the purchase of a stack/unit at HDB Yishun Glen. 3. The architect most likely focused more on the efficiency of rubbish truck collection, first. And resident's needs is an after thought. 3.1. If this was Germany in the 1940's... most likely the architect could be branded a Jew and most likely hung by piano wires ... and presto! Such a Block layout would either never have happened.. or will never ever happen again. 3.2 Fortunately, this is SGP. Nothing will happen to the architect. But may be cursed.. by residents who had purchased a unit as in 818 etc... 3.3 I envisage a future owner of stack 44 making the most noises! In SGP there is more of a negative stigma associated with 44. Yet this situation compounds it even more. Added the diminishing value of HDB 99 year leases... P.S. All new HDB developments has a recycle and a common rubbish bin.
