Such a Block layout would either never have happened.. or will never ever happen again. 3.2 Fortunately, this is SGP. Nothing will happen to the architect. But may be cursed.. by residents who had purchased a unit as in 818 etc... 3.3 I envisage a future owner of stack 44 making the most noises! In SGP there is more of a negative stigma associated with 44. Yet this situation compounds it even more. Added the diminishing value of HDB 99 year leases... P.S. All new HDB developments has a recycle and a common rubbish bin.
