  1. Majority of EC & condo units often, close the main door when not in use. Thus if so, then lessen this issue vs such stars 5 2 or 2 5 in the master bedroom (if any). Plus a cure could be activated, here. For those who still do not understand the term frontage, can perhaps read this article:
  2. You wrote: In general this is what some Feng Shui persons may do. Frankly, under Holistic Feng Shui, there are a further considerations other than the above.

  15. This practise of fixed template with compass readings is based on the method by Lin Yun. Where the compass direction is used together with a FIXED template bagua map:- Meet the "Emperor" of Fake FIXED Template Fung Sway, here. Confessions of Lin Yun Transcribed from the Chinese Daily News, Issue No. 7110, July 8, 1997 July 7, 1997, Taipei, Taiwan. As this country continues to reel from back-to-back scandals involving its political leaders and their spiritual advisors, the guru of the so-called Black Sect, Master Lin Yun, surrounded by his students and followers in the Presidential Suite of the Hyatt, Taipei, admits in a shocking interview of self-denouncement, “The best advice I can offer is to tell you that you are better off believing yourself instead of believing me. I am a wandering impostor whose predictions have been 99.9% wrong.” He cited his 1994 prediction that Li Deng Qui would not be renominated to the presidency of Taiwan (not only was he renominated, he was reelected). He sheepishly shrugged, “My record of successes is very poor.” “People call me the Grand Master when, in fact, I am the Grand Disappointment.” Born in Beijing, and raised in Taijung, Lin Yun studied and loosely based his Black Sect cult on Tibetan beliefs. He told of how he was ostracized in Taiwan for combining elements of Taoism, Feng Shui, Yin Yang, fortunetelling, psychology, medicine, color theory and construction into his own brand of Feng Shui. He lamented, “My biggest mistake in life was to study religion.” He would not name names, but he did add that he has given Feng Shui advice to many highly placed officials in the Taiwanese government. Although his Black Sect beliefs have been widely rejected in Asia, Lin Yun has found a more receptive following in the West, where he has a temple each in California and New York. When contacted for comment, Lin Yun’s church released a statement saying that “Westerners do not understand.” When it was pointed out that the statement did not seem to have a bearing on the situation — the article came from a Chinese paper and was transcribed by ethnic Chinese into English — church officials were confused. Finally, the church resorted to its standard explanation that Lin Yun was once again misquoted. This “living Buddha” (Da Shi) of the Black Sect church has a long-standing history of being misquoted. He needs to hire experienced media and communications specialists (“spin doctors”), or take a course in effective communication himself — because the only people who seem to understand him to the church’s satisfaction are his sycophants.
  16. Case Study 10: Recognise Fixed template Bagua Map is a modern invention or Fake! The use of headers like Helpful People & Travel, Reputation, Family & Money, Wisdom & Knowledge, Love & Relationship, Creativiey & Children. Authentic Traditional Feng Shui does not use (JUST) one single Fixed template Bagua Map on it's own. As Feng Shui is not one size fits all. Good news is that if one is in Asia, unlikely chance any practitiones will APE such a no-brainer "Westhern Method". But stupidity holds no boundary...
  17. Case Study 9: How to recognise Fake Western Feng Shui (FWFS) vs Authentic Traditional Feng Shui (ATFS) 1. The only thing they share in common is the word “Feng Shui”. Otherwise a Fake is but a Fake. 2. Western FWFS comes in two forms: 2.1 Black Hat Sect or Black Hat Tantric Sect or simply called B.T.B. Uses a compass to determine the front door. Then superimpose a fixed bagua template. 2.2 Western FFS: Also uses a fixed bagua template. The only difference is to align the frontage of the layout towards the main door direction. 3. Try to avoid these two Fake practises. No basis in real Feng Shui. 4. Once one is aware of this; avoid posting future Fake practises in this forum. It is like approaching a genuine parts shop and asking for fake parts and services. 5. For those who had studied : Michael Porter's concept in the field of Strategic Management:- 5.1. Porter's five forces analysis & his barriers to entry. Authentic Feng Shui shares this common trait: "entry barriers are higher" 5.2 Authentic Feng Shui takes years of study and training: and involved lots of science and art of Feng Shui. 5.2 Fake Feng Shui uses a one size fits all "Fixed" Template (rubbish FS). Entry barriers are low. As everyone can use the same fix template bagua chart and go bullshit their clients. Anytime anywhere. Entry level are low. Because such Feng Shui is called a No Substance stuff. 6. Find our more:-
  18. 1. Stack 314 faces East cardinal point of 90 degrees. Thus faces the morning sun. No issue. 2. However, every home will have afternoon sun around or between 11.30am to 1pm depending on the compass direction of the home. 3. At around 12pm to perhaps 2pm (depending on the floor level. thus if higher floors afternoon rays of the sun on a sunny day can bathe the master bedroom air-con ledge side wall. Else the staircase area in blue buffers the kitchen wall. Thus no issue, here. Understand the Frontage of the home for the purposes of Feng Shui analysis (if any): For this home (unit); It is considered as Facing Flying Star E2 (90 degrees) sitting West unit.
  19. OIC! There is always a stigma associated with living or having a view of the graveyard. As you are concerned, in the future, others may as well. Thus, under this area, it is really not Feng Shui but "other concerns". In many countries with Chinese graveyards, many of the burial land were chosen because of it's good Feng Shui. Not sure about Malay Keramat etc.. I have seen in Singapore, many are on hilly areas and beside a mosque. Such as the Sultan Mosque in Singapore and even Royal land still owned by the King of Johore in Singapore at Keppel and even at Telok Blangah. Good luck in your search! Actually, for those who believe in spirits (normal ones) ... they have their own set of rules.
  20. To me, this is quite a new feature found in a passenger lift. that of "DOOr HOLD" for Loading/Unloading where .. pressing the DOOR HOLD button can result in extending the closing time of a lift for 3 minutes....for anotheer three minutes ... Advantages for some.. an irritation for those waiting for a lift.. hmm Low crime does not mean no crime:
  21. 2nd storey leading towards the landscape gardens Pointed roof line can be a poison arrow of aimed towards a unit’s window(s) Many "inner" units face this lovely, peaceful garden;- More:-
  22. These roof-lines can become a potential poison arrow if aimed towards a unit's opening:-
  23. There are many articles in this website on this subject matter.
