Definitely there is always a stigma with a unit especially when the living room balcony opens towards a development's rubbish room. Furthermore, the bin centre can still be seen so deep in the unit. Otherwise, the view is acceptable. As mentioned, once this involves a stigma, if possible, skip the unit.

Part 7 - Plot C is the preferred choice! However between Punggol Point Woods vs Punggol Point Cove: Overall "Cove" is preferred over "Woods". What a waste Plot C is definitely the TOP choice = if available. Punggol Point Cove stacks/units facing the sea (in blue stripes) are the best choice. (Other then consideration of avoiding units close to the potential Chinese temple). Huh? Aim for site C! Instead... but Sir! Not ready yet.... -

Case Study 8: Both companies are very commercialised no matter wht they say. "But u see both companies are very commercialised no matter what they say. But i saw ur review for Blossom Spring and hence i thought it would be good for you to do an independent review." -
You recently wrote something similar to this: In modern times thus is old school thinking. Nice-to have. But not a must have, today. Many Singapore Home’s now have flat roofs. What is more important is Location, location & location. Morale of the story: A roof does not make or break a home. There are more to it ..
