1990’s HDB flats. Those stacks with the metallic louvres face afternoon sun. In this photo, stacks/units on the left face morning sun. Thus one do not see any of the metallic sunshades as found in units on the right. It was late afternoon and one can confirm the afternoon sun shining at the afternoon sun units on the right:- This 30 years old block of flats (see below) at Simei also has sun-shades. These are some considerations: 1. In theory, the technique or direction is: standing inside the main door looking out. Note: He is standing inside the main door looking outwards 2. Thus the difference is only 2 degrees from the Sales Brochure site plan. 3.2. And comfortably still fall under Flying Stars NE2 or SW2. Certainly a good start.

1. Young children and their siblings can be educated about the significance of steering clear of areas near invisible grilles, if such grilles are present. 2. Furthermore, an additional approach to avert accidents is to offer more education on this subject.
