  4. At first looks like no hope: Slightly promising... Finally, they grew well...
  5. A consolation is that The Central rubbish bin not directly beside a unit’s main door. In the future, this unit’s owner can claim that the unit’s main door is literally beside a Dry Riser. And the rubbish bin is closer to the lifts.
  6. Just T.O.P. The most distinctive landmark in this development is the circular weave to the right of this photo:-

  12. An inventive twist.. Hello Friend,Good day to you, I'm very sorry to have disturbed you with my Proposal. I am glad to know you but God knows you better and he knows why he has directed me to you at this point in time.My name is Abigail Herbert, I am a 24 years old girl, from London -England, where I am attending a school and working as a fashion designer. I work a part time job after school. I am the only daughter. My father died In a fatal auto accident on his way to see my sick mother at the hospital. She was admitted to the hospital for Cancer treatment, My mother died three weeks later. Before the death of my father, he willed part of his Real Estate Business, Gas Stations and a total sum of £50,700,000.00(Fifty Million, Seven Hundred Thousand Pounds Sterling) to me. After the death of parents, things became hard for me, paying school fees, putting food on the table and taking care of my other needs with my fashion designer work is not enough. I went to the bank where my late father deposited the fund on my behalf to with-draw money in other to pay for my school fees and other bills.I was shocked when the Bank Manager explained to me that I will not be able to with-draw from the deposited money, because my father had put a clause on the Will, which he used in depositing the fund, saying that before I will be given access to the money, I will either have to be 30 years old or if only I get married before the age of 30 , in which case, my husband will be legible to collect the money on my behalf by standing in as my late father’s next of kin to claim the deposited fund on my behalf.Today I am only 24 years old. And I have no access to the money till I'm 30 years. So, I'm contacting you to stand as my husband to claim this fund on my behalf and in case if you are married already, you can still help me by standing in as my late father's next of kin to the deposited fund. So, please get back to me as to know how you will be remunerated as I will part with 25% of the total sum £50,700,000.00 (Fifty Million, Seven Hundred Thousand Pounds Sterling),while 10% will be mapped out for any expenses that we're to use to receive the money from the deposited Bank. Please remember that I am writing you this email purely on the ground of trust so we can achieve this deal together.God Bless You,Abigail Herbert
  13. In my opinion, this has more to do with common sense. This is more of a safety concern. Should a child be sleeping directly below the mezzanine and something drop onto the child. The bed away from the mezzanine is preferred. See below-
  14. Q: Hi master Lee is it good fengshui if the beds are placed below the mezzanine
  15. Q: Putting fans above beds ok? Reply: 1. From Feng Shui point of view no. So long as the centre mass is not above the chest. 1.1 The rest have more to do with unfounded concerns like the fan will drop down .. etc..etc.. 2.1 Reference resources: https://www.geomancy.net/forums/topic/14604-any-problem-if-ceilings-fans-are-installed-all-rms/?tab=comments#comment-30493 2.2 Reference: https://www.geomancy.net/forums/topic/15595-is-ceiling-fan-in-the-bedrooms-ok/?tab=comments#comment-33197 3. A ceiling fan is in theory practically fine as most landed properties have them. But in all bedrooms; try to avoid a ceiling fan each that has drop down e.g. 3 or 5 lights. For all bedrooms, if there is a light below the fan, it has to be circular. 3.1. If possible, the bulb or the centre weight of the fan, ideally should not be directly above one's stomach when lying on the bed. 3.2. Do take a pinch of salt if you have visitors in your home and some comment that a fan can drop down and hurt the person or that of Para 3.1. Sometimes all these negative comments may make the meek or one highly worried. If one can be affected by such comments, then frankly, please don't install the fans.
  16. Q: Ok to have a short pelmet above the master bed like this?Reply: Although not load bearing..but often; many relatives or friends may say no good. Thus although I say no issue.. hopefully.. don’t receive a note from you that says: “Why you say is okay”?? But others say no good? Can you explain?” If like this; then I might as well now say that it is bad, bad, bad. Here, this is no longer scientific; but rather... one’s feelings.. (feeling uncomfortable with it.. after hearing bad things from so many close persons about it).
  17. Q: Hi Master Lee, Thanks for your advice. You mean that it doesn't matter whether it is placed at level 1 or level 6 for the niche? Reply: As mentioned, cremation is neutral. No more physical body. Thus, no issue stacking urns high or Low. More to do with preference. In the past: around “table” height level is preferred.. as loved ones can easily reach out and even set up a temporary table to pray... This higher niches for this reason are less popular.
  18. 1. Reservior view is preferred. Although most of the time; many couples draw their curtains most of the time. 1.1 Which means the view(s) are no longer a primary importance. 1.2 Thus if so,either direction SW or NE is equally ok. 2. For some, they have a preference to avoid having the bed-head area seeing into the master toilet (if any). And this is perhaps another consideration. 3. For study/work enhancements other than facing directions - depends on plotting the Flying Star numbers and looking at these numbers: in some cases to enhance or to diffuse bad star numbers.
  19. More white elephants... QUEUE SIGNS AT AN "INTEGRATED" FOOD COURT Another similar White Elephant is at Keat Hong Mirage Coffee Shop; just beside McDonald's Fast Food..
  20. Question: Hi Master, we are going to relocate my dad niche to mandai. Need to select a good location for niche. Do you do that? Reply: Once cremated is neutral. Thus, the block and niche avoid facing afternoon sun is good enough. This is why once cremated, can stack many storeys high. Question: What time I should go check if there is afternoon sun? RED mostly afternoon sun. Pink partial afternoon sun. Best time to check is on a sunny day around 2.30 to 3.00pm
