Units on lower floors that are adjacent to or overlook the Guard Post tend to be among the last to be sold. 2. There are several red flags, particularly regarding the view of the Bin Centre and its close proximity: 2.1. The Substation & Transformer Room (which carries a stigma). 2.2. The Shoppes (which may be unclean and infested with insects and rodents). 2.3. The access points for vehicles (which may have poor shapes and forms). 2.4. The Grill & Dine Pavilion (which may have unpleasant odors). 2.5. The Multipurpose Court (which may contribute to noise pollution after 10 PM). 2.6. The Clubhouse - caution is advised regarding the roofline as it may affect sha qi (if present). 2.7. Proximity to or views of the Changing Rooms. 2.8. The Tennis Court (which may also contribute to noise pollution). etc... 3. Furthermore, if the central rubbish bin(s) [there may be two: a common one and a recycling bin (if available)] are situated in the common lobby, it is advisable to request from your ERA agent a copy of the common lobby layout plan before finalizing your purchase. This will help you ascertain the location of the rubbish bin(s). 3.1. It is prudent to avoid acquiring a unit that is adjacent to or directly faces the main door of the rubbish bin.

It is not surprising that with many uniform blocks, the Temporary Occupation Permit (T.O.P.) is anticipated to be issued swiftly by the end of 2022, considering there are a total of 1399 units plus 5 shop units. The Singapore local version has a dull light to dark brown colour. Part of the sparrow species. Once captured will usually bite it’s tongue. Thus will never ever see them in captivity. Often goes in a pair. In many other countries, they can be in yellow, bluish etc... Hokkiens called it: “ceck Kar Chiao” which literally means rice bird.

From a DIY Feng Shui point of view:- 1. Plot a Flying Star chart for the home. 2. Locate imbalances such as Mountain Star #3 or Water #3. Also combined with the annual #3. 2.1. #3 = Quarrels, conflicts and legal entanglements. 2.2. Check if it is possible to disarm these three sectors (if possible). Especially if they fall in areas such as the main door or frontage of the home e.g. living room / dining room etc. 2.3. Also try to disarm nasty star especially #5 = misfortune/sickness. 2.4. Sometimes, #5 combines with #3 either as the Mountain or Water stars or vice versa.

These signs are pretty common in the development, but this one, in my opinion, is a real red flag! Hope something can be done before those sharp edges accidentally hurt anyone, especially toddlers or kids. We definitely don’t want anyone getting their face, eyes, etc. injured. If you are a subsidiary proprietor of this development, please help to highlight this to the Managing Agent. And just to be clear, this has nothing to do with Feng Shui. LOL Another danger spot: There is another area in the middle of the development where a yellow line really should be drawn to warn people that the 24 legend... hmm... P.S. However, the pool’s sky-blue tiles as shown above are actually the “safest” for spotting algae growth, in the event that the pool is not cleaned properly. The Topiary’s, on the other hand, looks like a cesspool, quite similar to the turtle pool at the Kong Meng San Phor Kark See Monastery at Sin Ming Avenue: Click Here...

Just T.O.P. This isn't about Feng Shui, but the pool really reminds me of the one at The Topiary – that same dark bluish-green color in the daytime. This is because the pool maintenance team needs to clean the surface every week to prevent algae from growing. Unlike its other sister pool, which is the traditional blue, it's hard to tell if this pool has been cleaned properly... Another development with this same situation is Stratum at Pasir Ris as well. Yikes! In the daytime so unappealing.. Help, please! After all that ruckus above, I really need a quick massage!
