  1. Part 3: Red Flages = Close proximity awarness of faciliies in the development: close to bin centre etc... 1. Units on lower floors that are adjacent to or overlook the Guard Post tend to be among the last to be sold. 2. There are several red flags, particularly regarding the view of the Bin Centre and its close proximity: 2.1. The Substation & Transformer Room (which carries a stigma). 2.2. The Shoppes (which may be unclean and infested with insects and rodents). 2.3. The access points for vehicles (which may have poor shapes and forms). 2.4. The Grill & Dine Pavilion (which may have unpleasant odors). 2.5. The Multipurpose Court (which may contribute to noise pollution after 10 PM). 2.6. The Clubhouse - caution is advised regarding the roofline as it may affect sha qi (if present). 2.7. Proximity to or views of the Changing Rooms. 2.8. The Tennis Court (which may also contribute to noise pollution). etc... 3. Furthermore, if the central rubbish bin(s) [there may be two: a common one and a recycling bin (if available)] are situated in the common lobby, it is advisable to request from your ERA agent a copy of the common lobby layout plan before finalizing your purchase. This will help you ascertain the location of the rubbish bin(s). 3.1. It is prudent to avoid acquiring a unit that is adjacent to or directly faces the main door of the rubbish bin.
  2. Part 2: Symmetric block layouts such at if one were to fold the site plan into half and open it up, each half's tower block is a mirror of the other. 1. This represents the conventional old-style block layouts, reminiscent of a symmetrical human face of an attractive individual, as observed in nature. 2. Under the category of Shapes and Forms, this design is advantageous, making the estate visually appealing from any direction one approaches it. 3. Furthermore, despite the proximity of the block sides to one another, there is sufficient space between them to classify them as POINT Blocks (Tower Blocks). 4. POINT Blocks (Tower Blocks) typically facilitate a safe flow of qi around each structure. Additionally, the blocks situated on opposite sides of the pools and amenities are positioned at the greatest distance from each other. 4.1. This evokes memories of the straightforward point blocks found in Laguna Park/View, Principal Gardens, The Crest, Tanglin View, Dover Parkview, and similar developments. 5. The drawbacks include noise from Changi Road, Sims Avenue, and the MRT train. It is hoped that MCL will take inspiration from The Visionaire by implementing sound buffers, particularly above the balconies of the "North" facing units (Sims Avenue), to mitigate some of the noise levels. 5.1. Additionally, the MRT should introduce newer, quieter trains. Similar to The Visionaire, where even in the absence of noise deflectors at the tracks, the noise is significantly reduced. 5.2. South-facing units, such as those on Changi Road, should also feature false ceilings on their balconies to lessen the impact of traffic noise. 5.3. Indirectly, ambient noise, such as that from traffic, can also be regarded as a form of Shapes and Forms Feng Shui, whether beneficial or detrimental. 6. It is not surprising that with many uniform blocks, the Temporary Occupation Permit (T.O.P.) is anticipated to be issued swiftly by the end of 2022, considering there are a total of 1399 units plus 5 shop units. Consequently, this development is associated with Period 8 Flying Stars Fei Xing Feng Shui. P.S. This is not Feng Shui. However, it is worth noting that Sim Lian was once a primary contractor for MCL on several of their projects during the 1990s.
  3. D-Day countdown by excited ERA agents... yells "Soon! Soon!" Yeah! "It's ours" Not Huttons! Hahaha! Yes, often, the standard is commission is not paid by the purchaser. The Parc Esta Site plan:
  4. These are some considerations: 1. A Period 7 home will often continue to apply the same Period 7 Flying Star chart unless circumstances range from a total rebuild to major renovations. The later will not be covered as it depends on varied interpretations by the conservatives to the more liberal Flying Star views. 2. In Period 7, the current prosperity wealth stars Mountain #7 and Water #7 are the current prosperity wealth stars during that period : 1984 to 2003. 3. From now 2004 to 2023; the above two stars #7 turns bad. And becomes "Theft or robbery star = lost opportunities" and PAST PROSPERITY. 4. Thus from 2004 to 2023: a Period 7 home still use the same Flying Star chart. But by now the wealth stars are Mountain #8 and Water #8. One can check where these two stars fall today (up to 2023). These Stars will affect the luck on that specific period.

  7. Location: Woodlands Street 31 Not many prata stalls in Singapore sells crispy prata. The prata should not be salty or burnt. In addition, this stall’s curry sauce is “creamy” and full of fragrant flavours: Eaten once a while is ok. Not for daily consumption. Two other locations has this: 1. Jalan Kayu 2. Joo Chiat : Mr and Mrs Mohgan's Super Crispy Roti Prata. Formerly the elderly couple were located at Crane Road. Their specialty is the sambal gravy to go with their crispy prata.
  8. How do you Feng Shui your home? Use your front door? Who are the Conservatives & the Modernist?
  9. Did you notice more and more details in this photo?
  10. A classical English style residential development: comprising 14 apartments with attic, a carpark at level 1, communal swimming pool and roof terrace at attic. And 2 semi-detached 3-Storey Houses with an Attic. In district 15: one of the three popular residential areas for who’s who in SGP. This is the only location in Singapore where many streets are named after local fruits: Rambutan, Chiku, Mangis, Langsat ... etc
  11. On this day, 15 October 2018, I visited the neighboring Evergreen Park condominium. From the visitor's parking area, I observed a building shrouded in a blue tarp, indicating that demolition is underway.
  12. He also has a stall at Kampong Admiralty Food Court level 2. Close to all the Malay stalls sector.
  13. In this long thread, there is a write-up on "the bell curve". What is meant by the bell curve? Just remember, when we were in school in our classroom: there are always the top students, the above-average, the average and those who were always at the bottom. Same, here. Every development has it's good, the bad the ugly. In Feng Shui of the office: the three major considerations are: How suitable is it to the boss or trade. As well as location, location and location of the unit within this 360 Arc.
  14. A catchy name for a foodcourt stall in Marsiling. The stall sells western fast food.
  15. The Singapore local version has a dull light to dark brown colour. Part of the sparrow species. Once captured will usually bite it’s tongue. Thus will never ever see them in captivity. Often goes in a pair. In many other countries, they can be in yellow, bluish etc... Hokkiens called it: “ceck Kar Chiao” which literally means rice bird.
  16. From a DIY Feng Shui point of view:- 1. Plot a Flying Star chart for the home. 2. Locate imbalances such as Mountain Star #3 or Water #3. Also combined with the annual #3. 2.1. #3 = Quarrels, conflicts and legal entanglements. 2.2. Check if it is possible to disarm these three sectors (if possible). Especially if they fall in areas such as the main door or frontage of the home e.g. living room / dining room etc. 2.3. Also try to disarm nasty star especially #5 = misfortune/sickness. 2.4. Sometimes, #5 combines with #3 either as the Mountain or Water stars or vice versa.
  17. These signs are pretty common in the development, but this one, in my opinion, is a real red flag! Hope something can be done before those sharp edges accidentally hurt anyone, especially toddlers or kids. We definitely don’t want anyone getting their face, eyes, etc. injured. If you are a subsidiary proprietor of this development, please help to highlight this to the Managing Agent. And just to be clear, this has nothing to do with Feng Shui. LOL Another danger spot: There is another area in the middle of the development where a yellow line really should be drawn to warn people that the 24 legend... hmm... P.S. However, the pool’s sky-blue tiles as shown above are actually the “safest” for spotting algae growth, in the event that the pool is not cleaned properly. The Topiary’s, on the other hand, looks like a cesspool, quite similar to the turtle pool at the Kong Meng San Phor Kark See Monastery at Sin Ming Avenue: Click Here...
  18. Just T.O.P. This isn't about Feng Shui, but the pool really reminds me of the one at The Topiary – that same dark bluish-green color in the daytime. This is because the pool maintenance team needs to clean the surface every week to prevent algae from growing. Unlike its other sister pool, which is the traditional blue, it's hard to tell if this pool has been cleaned properly... Another development with this same situation is Stratum at Pasir Ris as well. Yikes! In the daytime so unappealing.. Help, please! After all that ruckus above, I really need a quick massage!

Simple. As the 4 good directions, 2 directions tends to represents more wealth luck (Excellent/Prosperity), which is suitable for best house direction and/or work positions. While two represents health related (Longevity and Health), which is suitable for sleep / bed positions. So our report will consider that. So while there is no issue to use any 4 good directions, two sectors are better suited for certain aspects, hence it would be more effective on the appropriate areas to enhance the correct areas. 2) If in one family, which direction we should consider ? example; me and my wife, we should follow my Good Direction( North or South-East)? Depends. 1) If you are looking at best directions for home, then breadwinner ideally (husband) should get the better facing direction. So the breadwinner will have to compromise with the spouse. ie. Given that breadwinner get a better facing direction, then try to ensure the wife can stay in a suitable bedroom that fits her in order for her to draw luck from the bedroom. 2) If you are applying work/sleep positions within the individual room, you can then apply the direction according to better direction for that person. Such as who better to sleep on the right or left side (ie depending on which sector is better for the other person etc). Hence, you apply a give and take approach so that eventually both persons will be able to enjoy some luck. Warmest Regards Robert Lee
