The Floravale These photos were taken from the Male “open air” toilet” at Westwood residences towards The Floravale blocks 226 and 228:- This means that the 2nd and ground floor units of block 226 is directly facing this open air toilet. While many units at block 228 can look down into this open air toilet. Of course the urinals could not be seen. But one may see a head and shoulders ... of the person using the urinals.. Let’s hope the foliage of the plants grow dense and healthy.. It may affect the resale value of the flats as the balcony of these stacks at The Floravale faces the toilets ..of Westwood residence. Blicks 226 and 228 once face an empty plot of land. But not only had to endure construction noise and dusts.. but also this... Thus sometimes better to buy unit’s looking onwards of the development.. at least you know what is and will be expected today and in the future.

I am glad that you find my articles useful. In my opinion, I would treat it like just any old decorative piece even if is was “blessed”. But for peace-of-mind; just wrap it in an old newspaper and place it in a used plastic or paper bag and simply throw it away into a rubbish bin.

Eunos Court Sales Brochure: Site Plan and Floor Plans eunos-court.pdf Expected Completion falls under Period 8 Feng Shui (provided falls within years 2022 or 2023) HDB Eunos Court BTO launched in November 2017 The initial BTO launch information. And previous photos of this new HDB Eunos Court virgin land.. These blocks highlighed in purple are the existing HDB Eunos Court flats. For many years, they have enjoyed unobstructed views. But soon, they would have to put up with construction noise and dusts. As well as when fully built up; their views would not only be obstructed. But also face the living room / bedroom windows of the newly built up flats... An equivalent of The Bayshore condo after the built-up of Costa Del Sol.

HDB Tampines GreenCourt BTO launched in November 2017 Sales Brochure: Site Plan and Floor Plans tampines-greencourt.pdf 1. The 4 and 5 bedroom Type of this development spots a new variant where the master wardrope area is sunk-into the passageway of the master bedroom. 2. From a Shapes and Forms Feng Shui point of view; this is good or a plus point. As it makes the usuable space as rectangular as possible. 3. Please take a look at this illustration:- 3.1 Often, the master bedroom wardrope is an "L-shaped" design. So that there can be more wardrope space. 3.2. In doing so, if the wardrope is too close to the bed, there is a poison arrow of around 40cm. As in the above example. 3.3. It is also common sense to avoid this. Especially if one has a child. And the tendency for the child to jump on the bed. And may even hit their head against this sharp corner of the wardrope. 3.4. The best is to either round the cabinet or a rounded set of shelving or install a small side-table that is of even height as the bed. 4. The rest of the 4 and 5 bedroom types of Tampines GreenCourt also uses this "sunk-in wardrope" layout design for the master bedroom:- This is the overview of November 2017's BTO launch:-

CUSTOM HOUSE, MAXWELL ROAD This was the headquarters of Singapore Customs from 1932 to 1989. Formerly known as the Government Monopolies Department, the Customs collected duties levied on selected imported goods such as opium and liquor. It banned opium after the Second World War due to societal problems caused by the drug. The Custom House also housed the Film Censor’s Office and the Maxwell Road Post Office.
