This stretch of pebble walk paths is located in the Bukit Merah View estate. Such pebble paths used to be popular in the 1980's. Suppose to be good for people to walk on. However, in my opinion, was told that it is not that good for diabetics (who often may not have sensitive feel on their foot)...

These are some considerations:- 1. Although Yin and Yang has existed for some time; Left and Right Brain "persons" are also classified being either Yin or Yang. 2. In addition; in selecting a career; one also has to look into the above cues... 3. For example, in the past, I had mentioned that we have to find out the child's inclination; 4. Here, we should look into the child's traits: some children are more spatial. Some people are more into the arts and humanities while others are more mathematical. 5. For example, a parent may sent a child to MIT, US if he has excellent skills in the mathematical side while a parent may sent a child to another different Ivy league school: Havard who is good at language e.g. law etc.. 6. Under the Five Elements concept; yes, wood career would be considered OK for a strong water person. (Colour deficiency is in my opinion another area e.g. where it may affect one's perception of traffic lights etc..)

These are some considerations: 1. In the past, careers were straight-forward. For example, a butcher is a butcher, a merchant is a merchant etc... 2. Nowadays, with both multi-skilling and management studies like strategic planning; Professor Porter's Five Forces to evaluate an industry and core-skills; things have become complicated. 3. In addition, it is often "complicated" by education and education system. 4. For example, in Singapore; our education system in the past, in my opinion is still more of reguritation of facts or reproducing them. And not very good for innovation. 5. And the majority would rely on their education certificate: for example, an accountant would often stick to their current career even if ba zi says that their careers are not that suitable to them. Of course, there are some who change careers in a drastic measure, such as a few lawyers who could not adapt to the stress of their career. Thus, this often limits one's scope to change job. 6. In addition, in Singapore, many who switch jobs and could not find employment may end up as Taxi drivers and even open food stalls.. due to low startup costs if any. 6. Furthermore, under the Holy Trinity of Luck:- 6.1. What you mentioned belong only to the Heaven Luck category and there are lots of escape clause to it. For example, as mentioned, your education, your relationship would change it somewhat. 6.2. Earth Luck is Feng Shui. 6.3. Human or man luck is another. 7. Thus, Heaven Luck or Ba zi is only 33.3 percent of the total luck. 8. In a business, what is more important also is the "product". For example, in Singapore, there are instances of famous food stalls were relocated to odd corners of Singapore and yet, they instantly become successful no matter where they are situation. Contrary to those not so good.. run of the mill food stalls.

Unfortunately, although Ba Zi sounds the same; it is like the hot and cold continuum.. where it can be as detalied or general; another cross-slice is the use of Hsia or Xia Li vs Lunar computation etc.. Frankly, in real life; since you "asked for it" consulting more cooks; then one should; either you swallow one of the recommendations and forgo the other; This is the most practical thing to do. I don't think the two FS masters would revert; but if one is kinda thick-skinned; maybe check with either and/or both how they calculate it. I mean.. since you paid for it right? Not a good idea.. just thinking aloud.

1. When NEX shopping mall opened this year, I was looking at the Shapes and Forms to see which location within the NEX shopping mall has good or bad Feng Shui. 2. The moment, I walked passed this Restaurant, I felt that somehow; the location is in my opinion, considered to have one of the worst Feng Shui within NEX mall. 3. Often, objectively: some business fail or will ultimately fail due to it's product or service. 4. Here, in my opinion, most likely, the business: Restaurant could (would/ may) fail because of bad Feng Shui. 5. Do you think that by placing a Ba Gua mirror on the signage; will save this Restaurant? I don't think so! 6. In my opinion, it is only a matter of time; that : Location, location and location will fail this restaurant... Do mark my words... for it! P.S. NEX opened this year 2011. See how long this (unfortunate) restaurant can last!... CLUE: IT is directly below UOB, Serangoon Central, NEX...

Actually, the sky bridge is a linking bridge linking the two roof-tops of the two multi-storey car parks at HDB Punggol Sapphire... Perhaps, this is the unique feature (roof bridge-link) of this estate..

I dare you to read a newspaper at the medium median of a 3 lane x 2 road! Well, can you see these three men enjoying their daily dose of newspaper along this road? Even their panel van is parked at the median of this road! The saying goes "on this day thisis their father's road!" Fortunately, there are construction on both sides of this "Punggol Road". Just imagine, a year or two from now; would you dare to sit at the median of this 3 lane road and start reading your newspaper?

Location: Whampoa Drive area Most likely most of the residents have moved out. Leaving this "bird park" desolated.

The characteristic of this estate (HDB Punggol Sapphire); the two halves constructed by two different contractors are linked by uniqueroof bridges to the tworoof gardens (above the two multi-storey car-parks). In fact, nowadays, all roof tops of HDB multi-storey car parks (MSCPs) have a garden on it's roof...

1. One of my most favourite watch is the Tag Heuer: 3000 Professional Series two tone Gold and Silver look watch. 2. This series was sold around twenty years ago. And no more in production. 3. So happened that I was on a Feng Shui audit and saw the couple's parent's each wearing one. 4. All of us loved our (this series) watch. And here goes: a photo of the THREE watches. Mine is the centre one (boy-sized) watch. Note: the Man-sized watch had it's watch face changed that is why the Tag Heuer logo is coloured. Otherwise, the logo on the watch face is suppose to be in distinct all black... Although these watches don't cost that much; but...... (Location/event: Woodville 28 - Potong Pasir)

Further to what I had mentioned; 1. In some situations, it is not so straight-forward. 2. Although the majority would look at just one period to analyse a home; in some situations, one may even have to look at two or more Flying Star Periods. 3. Thus, if you were to start comparing the two periods; I can assure you that you are not alone nor the very first to do so...
-
These are some considerations: 1. If one is concerned that the home may fall within two periods; 2. In my opinion, it is as mentioned earlier to plot TWO charts: for two different periods. And also try to work out the template. 3. Personally, I have seen some charts that (by coincidence) have similar type of #star influence within a sector in either period. 4. In your situation, you could closely examine:- 4.1. Important sectors especially the bedroom(s); the living room / dining area etc. 4.2. and check out the #stars under both periods and study closely which "cures" or "enhancement(s)" may apply that is beneifical to both periods or does not further inflame these #stars. 5. Of course, it is still better if the actual period can be ascertained. 6. Moving forward; the above seems to be the most sensible thing to do in such a situation for a DIYer...

The garden above the new HDB Havelock Road flats are still under-construction. But doesn't the roof top garden with it's distinct geometric design starting to look very lovely? I believe the first generation, new estate in Punggol (around 10 years ago) were the first few which had experimented with a roof garden on top of the multi-storey car-park. Instead of the car-park running up to the roof-top. Since, then, many older estates and the rest of the estates in Singapore, like this newer generation estates have a roof-top (not exactly sky garden...)

1. Since you are more clear about the situation; for example, whether or not any renovations were done after Chinese New Year (Lunar Year) 2004; etc... 2. I am not sure what you mean by this statement: "awful three years since you are using period 7." Do you literally mean that after ploting using period 7, as a result you got awlful three years. And are you saying that you should have plotted using period 8's to find the best cures etc... 3. Hope you understand, your info is hazy and misty where most of us are reading between the lines where you wrote, below.. 4. In a text book case; if I somewhat interpret you; you can plot two charts using Period 7 and 8 (provided you used the correct facing direction) and see which is more accurate since, you have been staying there for at least three years or more.
