King size beds: Why not use a Plat form bed

Hello everyone! For the king size bed
problem with the unseen divider support
under the bed: how about a "platform bed" for the bed instead?
I've seen pictures of these kinds of beds
in modern furniture magazines. They look
nice and I would like a king size mattress
with this type of bed. Cecil & Robert -

Hi Elena
You mean platform bed (that type in the hotel)?
It may not be good as there is space beneath for the 'qi' to flow right? Anyway I cannot change my king size bed to that type because my husband doesn't really agree about that. He don't 100% believe in fengshui.
Any other way bebesides of changing the bed?

Dear Anon,
Why cant you simply exchange the King size bed with the Queen size bed. Well I read in the magazine that one of the reason there is 90-92% divorce rate in California is that the majority of the people use King size bed. I do not know how true this is but it makes one wonder. Your husband need not to believe in feng shui. There are other ways you can convince him to change the bed. Simply tell him you don't like the huge bed. It takes up the whole room etc. Good luck!

Dear Anon,
I agree with you. Currently, there is no facts or statistics (if any) to show that King sized beds are `worse' off.
So long as it is a `whole' bed such as a King sized bed, in my opinion, there is no negative effects to prove otherwise at the moment.
Warmest Regards,
Cecil
