Dear Anon, In my opinion, although the main door facing may not be suitable to you; however, it is too premature to know for sure how it affects your finance. For example, this can be considered as ONE (1) leak. But yet, this one leak can be either: No or minimal issue (minor leak) or a major leak. From my past experience, many other factors need to be taken into account:- 1. External Environment (The landscape, the site, the building). This is strongly affected by Shapes and Forms Feng Shui. Usually, the rich get richer, is by building a home specific to draw wealth from the environment. This is not illegal as one cannot complain to the police to arrest him/her. Qua…

Dear Georgy, #8 = current prosperity and appears as the base (or palace star #8) #1 = future, future prosperity water element ON Mountain star AND #6 = strong metal Thus, #6 strengths the mountain star #1 (future, future prosperity). In addition, base star #8 is the current prosperity thus bring good relationship and networking luck. Overall, despite your ba zi element: You can consider painting the room cream or beige. As you are a strong metal person although earth colours are suppose not to besuitable for you:- Earth colours are: BRIGHT Yellow, cream or beige But because this sector or room has verygoodearth (mountain) elements, you can seriously consider paintin…

Dear Anon, Anonymous wrote: I have just purchased a new flat and the concept of my theme is white and zen style. But I just happened to see that my unfavourable colour is green, brown and red. I have brought my bedroom set which is oak in colour and also the tile of my toilets comes with oak brown colour. Does that mean I have to re select the colours for all the furnitures and change the theme of my house? Is there any way I can still keep the the theme colour? Green/Brown=Wood, Red=Fire. Are you are a Strong Fire element? If so, then yes these colours make may your element too strong. However, you can also attempt to balance it by introducing a 3rd element. ie Earth…

Dear Marisol, Indeed, when performing Flying Star calculations, it is advisable to utilize the expansive terrace that offers a pleasant view as the front of the residence. This is because Flying Star Feng Shui is primarily concerned with the movement of qi into the home. Furthermore, this orientation appears to possess yang qi. Warmest Regards, Cecil Quote: Marisol Colon wrote: I have a huge terrace that overlooks a huge amount of mountains and I can see the sea from 3 directions. I was wondering if I would use this as my front door?

Dear Anon, Can you check and feed-back further: i.e. what type of ba gua mirror did your neighbour place above their main door: Key features of the ba gua mirror: 1. Is there a mirror on the ba gua mirror? Yes/No 2. If so, is the mirror flat / concave or convex? Concave/ Convex 3. Is it purely a single mirror or on the exterior there are outer rings of the ba gua eight tigram? 4. Other ba guas e.g. with qi ling or "lion head" or with guardians of two door gods? Any other figurines (or pair of figurines) aimed at your home. Any yellow charms above their door? For info, usu…

Dear Anon, In my opinion, it more to do with either: a. "old folks-tale" and /or b. may affect some of us psychologically. c. health wise a. Old folks-tale Many of us would find it reasonable to hear old tales or belief that carring a mole at the back of our body is considered like "carrying" a burden. Sounds resonable, rite? b. Psychology or feel-good-feel-bad Small things like these may affect some people's confidence level and affect their mind-health c. Health reasons Hopefully not but sometimes they could be cancerous or start of a tumour Frankly, there is no right or wrong in this case. Any one of the above could be reasons why we may consider removing th…

Dear Anon, Typically, there are numerous factors to consider beyond merely visualizing one's Ba Chai (Eight House) Feng Shui. The Eight House Theory is relatively fixed, and the essential aspect of this theory is: How appropriate the house is for the breadwinner. It is more related to the time spent in a sector and the optimal facing direction of the bed-head and the study/work area. The Key success factor in Feng Shui is to understand and apply the 12 Habits of Feng Shui as follows:- Warmest Regards, Cecil Quote: Anonymous wrote: My house has 2 toilets in the north-east sector which is considered m…

Dear Trish, Frankly, without a sketch, it is quite difficult to figure out your exact room layout plan. Firstly, what are you trying to achieve. From your second last paragraph, you mentioned that pointing west is good for you. However, does it look not only feasible but "comfortable" for you. In other positions are you trying to avoid aiming your foot towards the bathroom door? Generally, if there are no other better placements, this is quite acceptable. Most of the time, to be honest there are limited configurations for placing the bed /bed-head. Warmest Regards, Cecil Quote: Trish Perry wrote: My question has to do with bed positioning. Dear Anon, Usually, what you had described is considered under the category of "Commonsense approach" to Feng Shui. This is often considered inauspicious because that there may be a probability or "a higher risk" of landslide. Especially if there is unduly a heavy rain and plus soil erosion. Because of this reason, it is considered inauspicious under Feng Shui. However, if this is not a concern, then, frankly (in general) there is no issue. Warmest Regards, Cecil Quote: Anonymous wrote: could you please let me know if up hill back gardens (when the ground behindones housegoesvery steep up)could have anegativeeffect.

Hi... I have posted a question before asking how to improve luck and increase sale for my husband, but I forgot to mention that my husband was born in the year of pig (17 Nov 1971). My last posted question was "I would like to ask on How to improve Sales?? My husband is working in the sales line. All the while his sales figure was very good, until the company change to other brand few months ago. The first month was still ok but thereafter was not good until now. He is carrying a small Ru Yi hanging on his handphone and small tortoise dragon in his pants pocket. Dear Anon, Sector Feng Shui or saying that SW = romance sector for each and very one of us may not be as accurate to activate romance luck. Try instead to apply Flying Star Feng Shui:- Specially for romance luck try activating a sector with water star #4. This then can be equated to you "SW" or so called romance sector. For example: MS#1 WS#4 Base#7 (Period 7) Then, since this sector has a water star #4 = good for romance. In addition, if the home has MS#8 or MS9 then activate with a mountain to improve networking and relationship luck. For example if a sector has: MS#8 WS#1 Base #8 then activate this mountain sector to improve networking and relationship luck!…

Dear Krisztina, Since you mentioned hat you flat-share; within your room, yes; you can still do a "little" of Feng Shui. There are two approaches and both can be combined together:- 1. Eight House Compass School Feng Shui Try to determine whether you are either an East or West Group person. If not sure, can use the free tools provided under http://www.geomancy-online.com It is recommended that you should generate the best bed-head direction and best work/study table direction charts. And if possible, invest in a small compass. Once youhave all these, you can then try to see whether you can position your bed / study in the best possible directions (not withstanding t…

Dear Anon, For really bad stars #5 combined or inflammed by #9; it is good to control this with "moving-metal". "Moving-metal" is particulary useful since you mentioned that in addition to these two bad stars, there is a further #3 = lawsuits, quarrels star. If the bedroom is not a bedroom, then one may consider using a six-hollow-rod windchime at that specific sector. Or a chiming clock around the wall of that sector. A clock that makes mechanical movement is also acceptable. Other traditional Feng Shui cures include:- a. the placement of a hulu or bottle gourd e.g. placed at the bed side table. b. for severe cases: get a jam jar (sized bottle). place 6 copper co…

Dear Anon, Frankly, you are not alone. There are thousands and in-fact millions of people who bought homes prior-to or never even heard of Feng Shui. Or had bought their dream-home prior to consulting which is their suitable directions etc... In order to apply Feng Shui, it is best to go more on a holistic approach. As there are many (many variables) not just "one-wrong" point and oops! We are done for! For example, in many instances, even if a home does not suit us but some homes may have "superior" external shapes and forms. In addition, under Flying Star Feng Shui for the current period "Period 8" - in general; NE homes are suppose to or can benefit from good Feng …

Dear Lindy, Frankly, it is a good idea to rebuild the home entirely. Since your friend knows the history of the site; where there is no major history of bad qi other than she has no "feelings towards" the old home. As mentioned earlier, it is always better to rebuild totally or at least if rebuild partially not to touch the frontage of the building. I have produced a past link whereI told the story of how my grand pa, "chopped" off the head-of his home. No sooner had he done that and when work started on the new wing at the head-of-the house, he met with "calamity". The link is below:-http://www.geomancy.net/resources/art/art-grandpa3.htm Traditionally, if a geoman…

Dear Anon, Most of the time, our office orientation (sitting) is constrained by either the layout of the office and the use of system furniture where we are not able to tilt our table. Only those who "own" a room may perhaps change their directions. Again, often if the furniture i.e. cabinets, sidetable and table are fixed, also difficult to change, here. However, Eight House Theory or 4Good & Bad directions has limitations, in your situation. There is no magic cure for this. Since you cannot do much, here; have to consider other situations like looking at home Feng Shui. Warmest Regards, Cecil Quote: Anonymous wrote: I am currently facing my 'Death' position i…

If a wedding has to be take place within 6-months to 1 year, then it is best that both couples do not attend each other wedding. This is to avoid either couples from any inauspicious influence.
