Any body interested in learning how numbers fly can try the book called "The idiots complete guide to feng shui". But please don't apply the remedy given in that book since it takes in to consideration the water star and mountain star and it is based on the facing and sitting direction of the house. And does not base calculation on the location of main door.

The most common from a Flying Star Feng Shui is: often one hears this saying "Such a waste that the current prosperity is located in the kitchen". 1.1. Dear Srikanth, I am trying my best to understand your question. You mentioned that there are anomalies under Eight House. As the Eight House is personalised to an individual. It is best used to find out a person's best personal direction. It is also used to find out the degree of suitabiltiy e.g. if the death / diaster line falls at the main entrance door, the house is considered the most unsuitable for the person. Next, the sector where the individual spent the most time e.g. in the bedroom should preferably be a good / auspicious sector. If it is an inauspicious star, then you will be activating it instead. Next, you have to make sure firstly that before you start enhancing that sector the elements are balanced. The existing owner was selling their home. And their daughter also prefers to sleep as you had described.However, when the new owner purchased the home, his elderly father will be occupying the "daughters" bedroom. Further to what I had mentioned, this attachment shows one of the best facing directions of the study/work table at North (Prosperity direction). And if one "drags" the layout plan into the actual layout, it fits into each of the bedrooms (Master bedroom for Mr X) and the second bedroom for Mr Y. And for the bed, one will notice that one of the best bed head facing direction is East and this is the better facing direction of the bed-head vs having the bed-head facing a bad West direction. In the past, many buildings are built on the Ming Tang concept i.e. a pool (not stagnant) at the frontage of the building. It is a semi-circular shaped, with the the semi-circle radiating away from the frontage of the building. 2. Dear Ann, Under the attachment, it seems that there is a long narrow corridor between the living, corridor and bedroom/balcony. The centerpoint of the home has restricted qi flow or flux. In addition, markings 1, thru 2 thru 3 shows the leak from the living towards the middle bedroom. In my opinion, it is better to activate a water position at the frontage of the apartment; Since there is already a large body of moving water in your apartment; actually, whether water flowing left to right or right to left have a bearing to the apartment. Plus whether it is flowing parallel to the home (apartment block) or "slicing" it also matters.
