Hi, I would like to know of any remedial measures that I can do please. We bought a house about a year ago and I wasn't aware of feng shui as we never really checked for any direction. Howvere studying your website, I was checking with my husbands date of birth which is 19/07/1974, and main door of our house points in the death direction thats (South east) as per his chart. Are there any measures i can take to completely reduce the effects. Please help. Many Thanks

For 2: the best is to close the door when not in use. For 1: if the toilet location has bad flying star numbers; that would indirectly be good. Such questions are something like: my earlier example of a person who has 7 grown up family members. He is now driving a saloon car (capacity of 5 persons). How are you going to squeeze the other two family members in that car - I wonder. Go get a Deluxe MPV with a seating capacity of 7 to 8 persons, then. Anonymous wrote: Dear Master Cecil lee, I have study your course note that mentioned about our toilet. Hiya! I've been meaning to replace the dual glass doors to my room with a single solid wood one for a long while. Based on a few other aspects I was thinking to place it on the half where the bookshelf is currently covering some of the doorway. However, I wanted to take feng shui into account and I remember reading that the door to the bedroom should not be opposite from the bathroom door (the one with the broken glass). In my case drawing a straight line from the proposed door spot lands semi on the opposing wall/brother's door. However, since the bathroom door/wall has a different angle, then drawing a straight line from there lands directly where my…

Dear Anon, Breadwinner refers to:- 1. When assessing a home, the breadwinner can be said to be the person who brings in the most money to the household. 2. If there are two `breadwinners' and each contributes to half of the money for the household, then usually, for computation purposes, it would have to be the male or the husband who should be considered the `breadwinner'. 3. The `breadwinner' need not be the owner of the home. It can be someone renting the home and in this case, we look for a `breadwinner' i.e. the person who pays the rental and earns the most in the home (rental). In this case, for assessment of the home (both homes), you can use your sister's part…

Dear Anon, Please see below:- Usually, the analysis done by analysis e.g. 7 7 1 and their relationships with each other. Here, a 7 7 relationship may differ with the base number. Such as the `quality' of Double 7's may for example be better with a 7 7 1 than say, 7 7 2 Long gone prosperity are terms given to that specific sector. Other sectors could be `Current Prosperity'. For example under period 7, the current prosperity (term) is located at the centrepoint. As I mentioned earlier, these are merely terms given to specific sectors. It should never be glorified i.e. paid homage to. If one uses it `wrongly' and follow the trend of some.. who believe in sector Feng…

Dear Anon, The problem here is that Eight House analysis helps to tell you whether it is suitable or not. There is very little you can do to correct any issue about this kind of suitability issue. What I can say for this is that:- 1. As long as a house isn't Death or Disaster, then it isn't too bad. Else franly, the only way you can really expect to gain much better luck from such a situation is to in the long term move to a more suitable home to get a quantum leap in feng shui. 2. If your home like inyour case Spook or Irritation isn't really so bad. What you can do is ensure that you have another area which help to compensate for this problem. Remember thatassessin…

Dear master, My Bazi chart is as follow below. Various people tell me various things regarding the WU Day master and I am confused. Is it weak or not? Here the free reports says it is. Yet I am not sure, because first I don't know enough, and also I have been told various conflicting things. For ex. that there is so much WU rooted in the chart that it can't be weak. Or that the Wood in the Month pillar is not weakening the WU, because it is Dead Wood and should not be a concern, and that actually the Metal in that case is useful to chop the dead Wood and turn in into a Fire to warm up the Earth (and train the Metal). Is it so, that Metal is useful to my WU Day ma…

Dear Lana, In my opinion, it is best that you dispel with "Feng Shui" for the time being. Let me elaborate.... If one is currently facing financial problems; the worst senario is to depend on the `type' of Feng Shui that you are practising. The majority of what you are practising is: the wrong type of Human/Man Luck. I understand many of us want to feel comfort by placing things in our homes, just because we read that it "might work". We can draw a parallel to some people who when faced with difficulties "drown" themselves with food. Placing figurines etc.. does not work! In fact, if we look at it carefully, all the best human luck is/are Free! I often mentioned that we …

Dear Jillian, Congratulations on your new flat. Frankly, the best tip not just for yourself but for everyone who simply wants to create a harmonious environment or even troubleshoot. Is to always ensure that your Heaven, Earth and Human Luck are all in harmony. Particularly, Earth Luck which has an adverse impact on your overall luck. 1. Heaven Given Luck - which is luck that is given to you when you are born. Knowing your ba zi element, willl allow you to know what colour for decorating you home, or what career beings you best luck, what people helps you in your career etc. You can make use of the free ba zi report on our member area website to determine your birth el…

Thank you for your quick response, and sorry that I confuse you. My house has mountain star #8 at the facing direction (instead of sitting direction), and water star #8 at the sitting direction (instead of facing direction). According to flying star, this house is "reverse". BR #5 is bedroom number 5 in the N (or NW?) sector of the house, same with BR number 2 in the E (or SE?) sector of the house, I don't know how to determine which sector these BRs belong to. Again, thank you for your help.

Master Lee, Since my last correspondance to you, I 've moved my bed where my head will be pointing East when I sleep. I hope the following description provides you a visual of what my room looks like: [____East____SE wall__________Window(SE/S)____] [East Wall: Bed closet along part of S wall] [windowalong E/NE wall.1 ft closet] of headboard overlaps window [NE/N wallSWwall] [N__________NW wall___________________Door (West)] I've place a wooden screen with pictures covering the window on the East wall. The room actually "feels" better but I want to tap into my best direction. I would really appreciate your feedback. Thank you. Kind regards, Olivia

Dear Geok Tin, 1. An office environment is different from a home. 2. Unless; one is the CEO or senior positions or do not have a personal room; frankly, there is very little one can do to or next to impossible to change the working desk direction. 3. Nowadays, many office use system furniture and it is next to impossible to tilt or change it's direction. 4. Honestly, you would have to depend more on "Human Luck". Nowadays, I do understand that many of us have `low morale' and tend to worry about things like restructing or retrenchments. 5. However, look at it this way: the more we worry, the more, we get into a vicious cycle of such thoughts. 6. In my opinion, "nervousnes…

Dear Master, First of all, I’d like to express my gratitude for your work and sorry in advance for the long post. my birthday is 12/31/1985 and my husband’s is 07/26/1985. We’ve been happily married for 7 years and have one son, but we’ve been struggling to conceive another child. My husband works extremely hard (harder than anyone I know) and is quite smart but luck isn’t on his side. I’ve always been interested in Feng Shui so I tried researching online and reading, though I still feel very new to it as it’s a complicated subject only an expert as you could give a solid answer. 1/ I came across a test online and it’s analysis said my bazi is n…

Dear Suzanne, 1. Under the Five element concept, it is true that fire produces or fuels earth element. If we take just this two element flow. 2. However, this is not the "end" of the world. Earlier on, you are just looking at what is known as a "TWO-ELEMENT" flow i.e. Fire give rise (or fuels) Earth (full stop). But it does not end, here. 3. One can look at it from a wider spectrum i.e. move into or apply a three element flow i.e. FIRE - 6. To get around the concern of: not able to introduce say Red, or Green or some other colours because of one reason or the other, we can instead, introduce the entire "range" of the Five elements. This is simply known as FIVE-ele…

Dear Master Lee, I live in Germany. The kitchen style is quite different from style in Asia. The stove is electrical (not fire) using heat-conduction (quite flat) and mounted in the long wooden board. The sink is also mounted in the same board. So the stove and sink are on the same height. Since I live in rent flat, I can not change the height. Is there way to remedy the problem? Thank you in advance. Warm regards, ZQ

Dear Rachel, Rachel Rachel wrote: In addition to my first point, I'd also like to add that the binding elements between me and my husband is Earth and Wood, so does that mean that I also have to try and incorporate some Earth into the room as well, to satisfy the advice given by the Flying Star Paid Report, and also to satisfy the favourable elements of each of us, and the binding elements for all of us? Please advice! Thanks! Yes, first balance the flying star. Then, you can add a little of additional colours from like bedsheet etc. If only one person is staying in the room, then choose colours he/she lacks. If more than one person is staying in the same room, then …

Dear Ken, I've added two questions in the attached file for you. From the Shapes and Form School of Feng Shui, your office table seems a bit 'entrapped' at a 'dead' end or corner. To be honest, it isn’t an ideal setup, especially if your back is left unprotected by a narrow stretch of corridor behind you. Warmest Regards, Cecil

1. This method is taught by some Geomancers to their aids or rather their work-hands. 2. Here, the concept is; better to get it close to the correct area than far from it. 3. In this instance, the Geomancer would often ask the novice work-hand to draw as many lines from one end or corner to another opposite side corner. 4. Where the most amount of lines that criss-crossed close-by; implies that the centrepoint is close-by. 5. In this sample example, lines drawn A to A; B to B and C to C seems to congregrate towards a small triangle (Highlighted in Yellow). 6. While there seems to be an ORPHAN line E to E which seems not to be on it's own. 7. Frankly, I don't quilte like …
