Dear Sir, I came across your website by chance. I stay in Australia. Please advise which is the best position for my Buddhist and ancestor altar. In fact, when I was watching some Taiwan fengshui program. They always said that it is not advisable to had a toilet, kitchen stove and bedroom behind the altar. Given the space constraint, I don't think anyone is able to fulfil all the requirement of having an ideal altar site. We can only do our best. on. Position A is the current position. It has 回风煞 and toilet issue. Unless I seal up the entrant on the right. Position B will result in the altar facing the door however the …

The altar facing is similar in nature to the stove. Thus, you should instead be standing at A facing X as the direction. As to the NE or SW, best that the altar is not located at the NE or SW sector of the home; where possible.

Dear Eng Soon, Generally, often it is best to purchase ready made altars. Most of the time, these altars are made according to Feng Shui measurements. If you have a Feng Shui ruler, most of the time, good altars have both measurements for both Yang (living) and Yin (dead) Feng Shui ruler measurements that match good auspicious measurements within these two zones. Thus, generally, good altar measurements range between:- 15 inches to 17 inches 16 to 27.5 inches 34 to 35.5 inches 41.5 to 23 inches 49.5 to 50.5 inches 57 to 58.5 inches Any of the above can be used for either the Width, Height, Length or Breath of an altar. Dear Master Robert Lee My brother's housealtar table was place against the kitchen toilet, facing the main entrance and above the altar area kidsroom. It had been placed for 12 years. As I have some knowledge of feng shui I advice him it inauspicious the altar table place against at the kitchen toilet. I have two option here:- 1) Can the altar table place facing the stairs to the room 2) Place it at the living room which is near the main entrance (sideofthe entrance) OR 3) leave as it is. I am a weak water. My job is sales in construction industry. That means Earth job with fire job function. Does that explains why i would always not be able to perform to my fullest potention? Frankly, it is best to clarify with the site or person who has provided you with the information. In general, a ba zi does have some indications of whether a person can migrate or not. In the sample illustration... I have produced Page 1 of 9. And in the 2nd attachment Page 9 under item I. Possible Migration / Change of location luck in such a ba zi report.

1. In my opinion, your home has only a "slight" protrusion. Nothing to worry too much about. 2. Based on your built up area; the missing corner is not an issue either as it is a solid area encompassing the garage. 3. Therefore, you should not be overly concerned with this thing called : protrusions or missing areas. But, more important seek to find out leaks and if possible enhancements = Elsewhere. 4. Greetings! I am looking at purchasing a house that is a perfect direction for the breadwinner of the family, however the frontage is in the Death direction for the spouse. Hi Anon, Unfortunately, not all problems or leaks will have a solution, in this case you will not be able to change the location of the toilet or main door entrance. So only thing you can to is to attempt to improve all other areas so as to offset this issue. Remember that Feng Shui is like taking an exam. Failing one question out of 20 will not mean that you will fail badly. Just like Feng Shui one leak will not mean it is a bad house. So in such cases where there is a leak that cannot be fixed, you should then attempt to correct other leaks so as to offset it. Hope that helps. Warmest Regards Robert Lee

I am not sure about natural crysals or gemstones but the shape preceeds material used. For example, for a piece of wood shaped like a pyramid, although its natural element is wood; but because it has taken the form of a pyramid, it should now be classified as a `fire element'.
