1. Please refer to this link with guidelines:- http://forum.geomancy.net/phpforum/article.php?bid=2&fid=6&mid=32760&new= 2. In the above link, do take note that the conservative may even still consider the home as a Period 7. 3. And one should still work out TWO charts. And follow the advice or guidelines. For example, there are situations where the Flying Star numbers at a specific sector(s) are: 3.1. In both periods sometimes both star numbers are near identical e.g. either auspicious or inauspicious stars. If so, it is safe to apply the 20 year flying star "cure" or "enhancement" without any detrimental effects. 3.2. Thus, don't always assume that just bec…

So...no tree planting in the W? or don't plant a lone tree in the W? I am thinking along the lines of a plum tree or something to capture the sunshine in front of the house/to give some shade from the glare of the setting sun. Also, to raise the value of the property. Anyways, thanks for the insight and I think I'm gonna go ahead and plant it.

1. More importantly, the "owners" or "breadwinners" or subsidary tenants or anyone who are suppose to move-in should SLEEP from that day onwards. Is generally considered as having moved-in. 2. In real life situations, some people may bring in their gods a few days earlier. An example is that they had an opportunity to bring in their gods on very good days such as every 15th lunar month or every 1st day of every lunar month. These days are always good days to bring in the gods. 3. Often, we should not bring in the GODs too early. What is too early? For example, one month before we actually moved-in. Thus in general, one may consider bringing in a god earliest should be a…

Part 2: The Wisteria Condo with Blocks 590 & 592 1. The streetdirectory workings shows a reading of NE1 25 degrees with SW1 of 205 degrees. 2. However, using the Sales Brochure, shows a totally different reading. Here, it is now N3 20 degrees and S3 200 degrees. 3. Although the deviation is only 5 degrees; this 5 degrees is at the fringe of the borderline of N3 and NE1 which resulted in two totally different readings. 4. Given the above findings; it is best that an on-site survey be conducted to confirm the Flying Star facing directions of these two blocks.

Thanks for giving me a better understanding of the 5-element and bazi. At first, after reading about using bazi to calulate compatibility and using 5-element concept to create balance, I thought it could also be applied to a family unit to enhance harmony, didn't quite understand. I suppose I misunderstood its application. Best regards Paul Wangchuk

DearCecil Thank you for your honest and quick reply, the reasons I ask this question is that in the Flying star sample report found in your forum their are untimely star that needs to be weaken, in the proposed solution in each analysis it is mentioned what element you introduce to weaken a bad star combination, i.easide from the pendulum clock, 6 coins toweaken 5=earthI was thinking of colors of furnitures, closets, cabinets doors etc depending on the flying star that needs to be weaken or enhance. Thank you!

Quote: Cally C. wrote: Thank you for your prompt response... I understand your points... I felt like i am getting overly obsessed and fearful that I no longer look forward to renovating my new house... Just a question, do you do on-line house analysis with proposed remedies/cures? Am thinking of not doing full on-site audit lest the more i know, the more fearful i get... Thanks for your time! 1. Frankly, you are not the only one in the same situation. As for those applying the Eight House, statistically 50-50 are either East or West Group. Thus, it is very common occurence! So no-worries 2. Yes, on-line analysis is available: email: support@geomancy.net

Further to what I had mentioned: 1. Please see attachment. 2. Three of themore important concepts under Can or Cannot Buy a home (apartment) are highlighted in RED box areas: numbered as 1, 2 and 3. 3. Location, location, location. This imply that even if or "so what" if the frontage is suitable to the person?" especially if the external Feng Shui has either threats or not so fantastic. 3.1. Here, even when seeking advice; can't just say " the frontage (or you may like to call it main door) is suitable to the person. But, one is looking at isolation. 3.2 One can have the most perfect home within the four walls of the house. But if outside is "condemned".. this is even wo…

Dear Carol, It is understandable to find computers in the bedroom. Personally, I also have 7 PCs connected in a network in my room. (No kidding!) Not including a TV set and two hi fi set... maybe this is how I create a more YANG environment so that I can stay glued to answering the constant `flood' of e-mails both in this forum and personal e-mails without the need for drinking coffee. *JOKE* The main points to note are:- 1. Try to make sure that the edge of the computer table does not point at the bed especially the head or body. This is considered adverse sha. (poison arrow) 2. Most new computer monitors have `matt' finish or `anti-glare' screens. This relates to the `…

Dear Jez, The ancient coins `tied together' to represent a `symbolic' sword should not be placed at the entrance especially one where it faces the main entrance door. This is bad feng shui. This situation is also very similar to someone hanging a painting of a hungry animal e.g. a tiger. This is symbolic of it's mouth being `open' and will cause problems for the household. Similiarly, one should NEVER hang a pakua in the house as it is equally bad. As the sword represents a `cutting' edge, it is suppose to `cut' away all your luck and bad. Hope that helps. Cecil Lee

In a practical world; so long as the design and placement seems to work for you this is acceptable. As frankly, there is no "bible" or "encyclopedia" to say that a dining table has to be of a certain fixed design. Like our 2nd Prime Minister's wife used to say: "His (TT Durai's pay of around $600,000) is peanuts. And this is in Feng Shui considered as "peanuts" if compared to some other considerations.

sir, here are some more information 1. Are the drains coverable? It would not be ideal for the drain water to flow from west to east or remain stagnant. ans: partially, enough for 4 people to walk in together into the restaurant, the rest is open, along the road i.e just infront of the main door it is covered. 2. Currently what is the distance between the drain and the main entrance? ans: around 4-5 feet 3. Is the drain parallel to the front entrance? ans: yes it is 4. Are there now plants outside the main entrance. If so, how many plants and how large are they? Are they planted or in pots. ans: There are 4 big potted plants sorry for inconvenience thank you madi

Dear Lisa, Assuming that if your backyard is East, then most likely, your frontage is West? facing? If for example, your home frontageis West 1 225 degrees (between 247.5 to 262.4) and West 2 270 degrees (between 262.5 to 277.4) then one can take advantage of water wealth position if water flows from right to left and exits between 277.5 to 292.4 degrees. And it is advantages if water flows passing left to right of the main door. If you want wealth for the home, then the water or drainage of the above property should exit between 7.4 to 37.4 degrees out of the property. If one wants to have "Power and Authority" i.e. high positions in business, politics etc.. then try…

Dear Glyn, Please see below:- -----Original Message----- From: Listmanager To: Recipients of 'free-advice' suppressed suppressed> Date: Tuesday, February 23, 1999 7:30 AM Subject: Devil's Gate There is an interesting short article I wrote on the Devil's main gate at: http://www.geomancy.net/fs/gate.htm It is not necessary as you have a large house and the trees are `proportionate' to the house. You can also check the type of leaves. Where best the trees at this area should preferably have `pointed' leaves rather than rounded leaves. I am more concerned with too many plants at the West or South West location as these are primarily YIN locations and too many pl…

These are some of the considerations:- 1. An ordinary compass may be affected by metal near-by. Thus if one's home has concrete with steel-re-bar in it; the compass readings may affect the compass. 2. In fact, it is always best to take a compass reading even outside of the home especially on a grass area (but again) some grass areas may have embedded metallic items. 3. Thus, take a few readings or use the street directory type of reading... do a search and there are some examples of doing so. 4. Frankly, it does not matter whether you take a reading from the pillow, the centrepoint of the bedroom, the living room; so long as the compass needle always matches and does not…
