1. As a strong earth person, the metal business that you had mentioned that produces water is considered beneficial under the five elements concept. 2. Since you are a strong earth person, metal will help you and water is yourwealth element. Wood career or association with wood is your "power of authority". Quote: Norhaidah M. wrote: As a strong earth person with no water in my birthchart (either in stemor branch), I look forward for the coming luck pillar of water next year. 1. So sorry to hear about your situation! 2. What was looked at was just your proposed future partner's ba zi. His Heaven Luck. It involves lots of analysis so I would not dwell into it. 3. If the subsequent resistance is from your parents, then you can relate to them the following:- 4. For the Chinese, our LUCK is based on the "Holy Trinity" of Luck:- 4.1 Heaven Luck = personal Ba Zi 4.2 Earth Luck = Feng Shui of home / office 4.3 Human or Man Luck = relationship especially with family Thus Heaven Luck is just 33.3 percent of all of our total luck. Many people, have reasonable Feng Shui (home luck) and equally have very good and enduring relationships (Human or ma…

Dear Anon, Anonymous wrote: Does this also apply with business facing direction? Why not Wood (East) facing direction as in my Best Working position in the Reference Material? My Best Working Position are 1. East 2. South. Generally, the executive summary tries to make sense of how the five element percentage changes each luck period. The goal is always to try to ensure you have exactly 20% of each of the five element to attain perfect harmony. So depending on what is your birth element, there are a few elements that will bring you luck. That was just an example of one of the things that could bring you luck. It usually try to shows the most important element. That is a…

The most popular method is to check with the individual which is their "writing" hand. Majority are either right or left handed. But there are some who when young writes with their left hand but were "forced" to use their right hand. For these people, should or may consider their left hand instead. The rationale is that if we are right handed, this is most likely the hand that will reveal our characteristics, health etc.. While the left hand will be the hand that "shows our desires, wishes... etc.." Since your EX has a deep line, and several small ones... most likely his involvement with you was "deep". However, the lines often change (especially) add on.. in a few yea…

Dear Erwin, Frankly, I have no time to really go through the details you provided. However, I can quickly tell you that any chart that has too many clashes/harm tends to denote lots of quarrels or difference between the two person. So the 1st person even though the element is oppositee, can still be resolved by having a binding element to help improve the relationship. However, the 2nd person that has multiple clashes between the chart tends to more likely quarrel between or have major conflicts. Especially if there are major clashes or a total of 4 or more multiple clashes. However, ultimately in any relationship, the human luck factor is also as important. Warmest…

Dear Anon, Anonymous wrote: Hi Master, I am born in Singapore before 1 Jan 1982. During this day, the time was brought forward by 1/2 hour. Hence, my birth hour for Bazhi analysis is different before and after 1982. Which one should I use? See link. Thanks. http://www.math.nus.edu.sg/aslaksen/teaching/timezone.html This is exactly, why one of the reasons we do not apply timezone as method to determine the location of birth is due to the simplication of the timezone. Anyway, the timezone only affect one which is the longitude which represents east/west. So it only factor in one factor of the long. and lat. of birth. Dear C L, c l wrote: I didn't think daylight savings is the same as timezone. So are you advising me that I should use daylight savings time? If you are referring to daylight savings, then yes it would probably be slightly different from timezone. Given that whenbazi was first invented, there isn't any such issues. So really, there is no one who can also say for sure what would be right or wrong. I have done research on the timezone portion but not on the daylight savings. So not able to comment much on this as well. But in my opinion, the localtime that you use should be the one you should attempt to assess your ba zi with. So if your country in general uses daylight s…

Generally, in order to control the wealth elements, you first need to be strong. So for example, if you are a weak wood, and Metal is your wealth element. In a ba zi that I have seen of a relative, the earth branch of the month and year are Yang Metal Monkey and Yang Wood Tiger respectively. I understand that this is not a good pair and its effect is negative. My questions are: 1. How is this negativity manifested typically in a person's life? 2. Can the effect of this inauspicious pairing be minimized or better still, totally eliminated? E.g. can the person wearing any particularamulet help stave off this negative effect? If so, what should I buy? I hope that you can find the time to help me with these. Thank you.
