Gramercy Park by CDL formerly Lucky Towers 1. My first impressions of this condo's name Gra - mercy? I simply don't like this unusual non-English name. Especially when I "break-it up" as above. 1.1. No offence, initially I also thought that Gramercy is a new horror movie like gremlins or something of that nature. 2. 1. In general, it is best to get a unit furthest away from the MRT line especially for units between 3rd to 6th storey. As the MRT train noise may penetrate thru some of the walls of apartments. (Noise pollution). 2. Usually in all developments, there are often good units and not so good units. Although South facing (Flying Star Period 8 South 2) has overall good Feng Shui, however, many units facing south would be affected by "Fire-at-Heaven's gate". For example, just take note of this unit confirguration. Where the balcony faces South and the stove is directly on the NW compass direction. Thus this unit suffers from "Fire at Heaven's gate". Many of such units are dotted within the ClementiWood's condominium. Will may have a bearing in the male breadwinner's career as well as 'no luck - from heaven'.

I must say; although the Watertown is a 99 leasehold property; Based on Shapes and Forms Feng Shui, I must truly say; this development has one of the better Feng Shui around....
