The uncompleted Blocks 308 and 310 Punggol. From a Shapes and Forms Feng Shui; the stacks are cemented together in some kind of a broken hex type of design. Highly unusual. But from a first view; many stacks because they are "glued together" can be generally considered as "not favourable external shapes and forms due to perhaps, how qi is going to circulate properly within many stacks. As there is a waterway running between Block 308 under Waterway Ter I and Block 310 Waterway Ter II; the architects have opened up the hex at locations facing the waterway from both blocks. Truly, a highly unusual design. Very uncommon design. For such a development; more likely; depending …

These are some consideration: 1. Looks like the edge of Tower 22, Stack 45 is aimed towards Tower 10, Stack 18. Hopefully, it is not aimed towards the balcony / living room windows. 1.1 Unlike a bedroom window, which often can be easily neutralised by e.g. day curtain(s) or blinds; a living room area is often usually an open area. 2. Pot Luck and Tower 10, Stack 18. As it may be affected by both the poison arrow (sharp corner of Tower 22, Stack 45. STACK 18 ======== 2.1. In addition @ the East coast or around the South side of Singapore which is near to the sea; often one can feel strong winds blowing from the land towards the sea (South.) 2.2. Tower 10, Stack 18 direct…

VIIO @ Balestier Road's thin profile with it's "base" sits exactly the North-South alignment of Balestier Road. Stacks 03, 04, 05 and 06 most certainly has "pool view". Not it's own pool though but that of Ramada Hotel. This pool is a blessing in disguise; as it allows unobtructed view. Other than stack 03 which looks towards the side of Ramada Hotel. Common sense says that one should avoid direct afternoon sun. With all year round afternoon sun.. there is no where to hide.. for the stacks/units facing West. E2 facing stacks: It is such a waste that the combined auspicious wealth stars are wasted at the "rear" of the ho…

I have personally visited the showroom. Indeed, I have witnessed firsthand how the showroom, particularly the bedrooms, appears significantly larger than in reality. For instance, the master bedroom can only accommodate a queen-sized bed and would struggle to fit a king-sized bed along with many stacks or units. Moreover, the raised floor tiles at the main entrance match the color of the main floor tiles, and if nothing is placed at the edge of the entrance, one can easily imagine a child or an elderly person tripping over the raised flooring. (Refer to the illustration) The only advantage is that this is currently one of the few executive condominiums…

Watercove @ Wak Hassan Drive 80 units of Freehold colonial style cluster terraces and semi-detached housing. Black and white colonial style. Do you know why it is called black and white? This is because of the wood that is varnished or protected by black coating:paint. And all these homes were whitewashed. Thus the house looks like a white house with black stripes/wooden beam outlines..Still find one house at Fort Road that was converted into kids school.

Watercove Ville @ Sembawang predominatly has facing direction of either NE1 or SW1 NE1. Has the auspicious water wealth #8 star at the frontage. Thus since many units face the sea, the sum-of-ten can be activated for : Health, wealth and family luck. If the unit is not facing a water position, then best to place a water position at the balcony area to activate the luck. On the downside; the other sectors in such a home has bad stars that best to be disarmed or neutralised. SW1. As the water wealth #8 is at the frontage; water at the frontage is good. It will be advantages if the unit faces a pool of water or activate a water position at the balcony area. As such…

Waterfront @ Faber by World Class Land Pte Ltd A stretch of the development faces the Ulu Pandan river. Expected TOP is next year. Intitial looks are that the "roof line s" may pose a threat if it is aimed towards an unit's frontage (if facing these roof-lines) [Review soon]

And correspondingly, stacks 15, 16 and 21, 22and 25 have stacks facing SW3. Equally good facing directions especially for the West Group. (Other than the consideration of the dreaded afternoon sun). 4. Stacks 01, 02, 05, 06, 07, 08, 09, 10, 13 and 14 (bright yellow…

For the last six months, having been to and seen so many developments (at least 35 scattered) all over the island... I must say; although the Watertown is a 99 leasehold property; Based on Shapes and Forms Feng Shui, I must truly say; this development has one of the better Feng Shui around.... Given that by 2016; there will be a glut of both new and old condo units; Watertown, both from a Feng Shui point and view and investment potential; would still fair pretty well. I have been to the show-room more than three times and love the mock-up of the model where especially the "my waterway@punggol"; the waterway seems to collect at the basin of this development. And how majest…

Waterway Terraces Sales Brochure: Site Plan and Floor Plans waterway-terraces.pdf Ultimately, one of the most distinctive designs is HDB Waterway Terraces 1 @ Punggol, which has recently achieved its Temporary Occupation Permit (TOP). If my memory serves me correctly, the last design that could be considered unusual or rather unique was the Pinnale @ Duxton. This entire complex, referred to as HDB Waterway Terraces, appears to feature exterior curves that are smoothed out. One of the most "unusual" experiences I encountered was during my visit to a stack/unit in the morning. It seems that the morning sun illuminates the neighboring walls, c…

Hi Cecil, Guess what? While cruising around on Saturday, we came across 'Central View' by Far East. We visited the showflat and fell in love with the layout and furnishing immediately (no toilet in the center). On Sunday, we went to view our chosen unit and decided to purchase it. It's cheaper because its living room, master bedroom and 1 more bedroom are facing west, thus bask in the afternoon sun. However, it's facing the Serangoon highway instead of other building. Will need to install thick curtain. Again, need your advise on 2 items: 1. You mentioned that period 7 building has #5 star x 2 at east direction. The unit we've chosen has it's front door at east direction,…
