  1. I was told that for the next 60 years, my luck from heaven is extremely poor!
  2. These are some of the considerations:- 1. The main concern is that of a tree trunk slicing towards a window or an opening e.g. balcony sliding door or any other opening in a home. It is akin to a butter knife (the trunk) slicing towards the home creating a sha-qi or poison arrow. 2. If there are lots of branches, then if it blocks the view; this is not the same as Para 1; but again; if it facing an unblocked view ... "what a waste!" 3. In the past, in Singapore around the 1960's to 1970's where many landed properties were pretty large e.g. at least 5,000 sq feet to 10,000 sq feet; planting one or several mango trees are of no issue. 3.1. Today, if one stands below a matured mango tree; it is often dark below the tree as sunlight cannot penetrate. Thus, naturally, not ideal condition especially without some natural sunlight all the time.
  3. Usually a luopan can be placed behind a figurine of say a Guan Yin statue or below it. But, need expert help to check on it's feasiblity. This "ba-gua" is a Luopan Ba gua and is used for "wealth" purposes.
  4. Please don't mistake me for a doctor, please! Quack, Quack, Quack!
  5. Ted Y. wrote: Paid someone to see my son's 8 char, he say it is lousy. need a 2nd views. Masters please help This forum is only for free general advice. Like what you had mentioned, you can always seek another Geomancer's opinion.
  6. 1. This free report can find out whether an apartment'sunit number is suitable or not:- http://www.geomancy.net/reports/reports-list/hselist-houseno.htm 2. There is no scientific proof thatstrong magnetic field can affect one's health. This includes sub-stations and even those MRI's used in hospital where the magnetic field is 100 times those of sub-stations. 3. In fact, there are many private apartmentsand even condos that have sub-stations much closer thanyou mentioned. For example, the Meyer Place condo; a substation is just belowone of the units. 4. Many condos e.g. Dahlia park; and 100's more condos with substations and units close-by to them. 5. Therefore, if one is talking about magnetic field stemming from sub-stations; there is so far no concrete medical or scientic proof that itaffects health.
  7. 1. Name plate pointing towards your entrance:- Unfortunately, the best alternative is a tit-for-tat situation. Install the same pointed exactly towards your neighbour'sname plate is one solution. 2. You mentioned: two bagua mirrors .. fixed facing your door If you have a photo of the mirrors would be great or at least describe each of the mirrors e.g. one mirror has a bagua trigram on the outer rim and a concave or convex mirror.. etc.. If you have more details; then may be just may be the tit-for-tat house number plate is not necessary. Without more details....... difficult to figure out what is the "cure" especially for the two mirrors that you had mentioned... Mahima S. wrote: Last two years, I have been staying in a flat where the opposite neighbour's have placed poison arrows placed on their name plate, pointing towards our entrance.Secondly, two bagua mirrors have been fixed facing our door.
  8. These are some of the considerations:- 1. Wow! In my opinion, what you wrote is like theoritical physics or a thesis inked in stone! 2. I can also say this "This is really heavy stuff man!" Again, wow, wow, wow! 3. Just imagine, lets go back to 100 years back. Frankly, 100 years is not a long time given that the Chinese civilisation is one of the four that can go back 5,000 years ago. 4. This kind of thinking is truly "beyond" me and our fore-fore-fore fathers. 5. Just ponder over this; maybe the cavemen sleep on rocks. So you should agree with me that theorically, this would be excellent choice if one lacks earth! 6. So how come.. earth or stone bed is missing in your information? Why can't this be added into the "missing corner". Maybe perhaps, some give an excuse and say.. yeah.. this could be that porcelian pillows were found and used in the past. 7. Perhaps, it makes sense for those lacking in earth to sleep on the five footh way? 8. If the water is concealed in a water bed; it really does not make any difference. 9. Imagine.. what happens if our forefathers lack metal in the past? Won't it be detrimental if he/she does not have the luxury of a metal frame and springs? 10. Do you know that even in the last 100 years; it is very costly to sleep on a metal bed? So how? Detrimental effects to those that lack or need metal? 11. If we visit the Forbidden city in Beijing.. go look at the bed... tell me if you SEE a metal bed or even a water bed. 12. In conclusion: in my opinion, those who promote or link such things with ba zi etc... should get their heads examined! 13. For example, drawing a parallel; if one lacks wood does it mean that you have to draw a car or rather a cart made of wood and you should avoid driving a metallic car? OMG! Looney tunes... 14. Personally, have better things to do than to worry whether should I sleep on foam or non spring or non wood etc.... What has this world become? Again, we should spent more quality time on other matters than this rather "crazy notations".
  9. You can check out next year's forecast under this url:- http://www.geomancy.net/resources/yearly-forecast/fortunes-2011.htm
  10. These are some of the considerations:- GENERAL INFORMATION 1. In a micro-level; according to our Chinese customs; the most important consideration is that the common bed that you are currently sleeping on should never be moved even one month after giving birth. 2. Thus in some circumstances where one really has to say move house then, the pregnant wife should literally disappear and not involved in or look at the process of the shift. In many instances, a new bed should be purchased at the new home. Anyway, this para does not apply to your case. But do take note the same. INVOLVING A GEOMANCER 3. Usually, if geomancy (Feng Shui considerations) is involved and if you were to hire a professional geomancer:- 3.1. If you are hiring the geomancer as a package; then he/she would also review your layout plan(s). 3.2. A geomancer would then advice you whether it is ok to proceed as such considerations as "avoid disturbing the Grand Duke"; the five yellow location(s) = may affect misfortune and even the three-killings location. 3.3. Should the geomancer propose the go ahead; usually a good date and time is selected for the start-of renovations etc... FREE FOR ALL (ANYTHING GOES) 4. For those who don't want to hire a geomancer; then cross-fingers and hope for the best and close one's eyes to such things.
  11. These ae some of the considerations:- 1. Do a search in this forum for "altar" and there are many resources on this topic. For example:- http://forum.geomancy.net/phpforum/article.php?bid=2&fid=1&mid=27987&new= http://forum.geomancy.net/phpforum/article.php?bid=2&fid=1&mid=27336&new= 2. Attach a copy of your current layout plan with a simple sketch of where your current altar is and if possible also say the living room sitting arrangement(s) ... so that I can take a look at it.
  12. Please see attachment. Irina M. wrote: Dear Cecil, Please see attached the plan of my flat. For the purpose of finding the centre of the plan, can you please advise: 1) Is terrace considered to be the 'living' area? I have a table with 2 chairs on it. 2)The sticking out parts on top of the plan (bath and bedroom closet) - are these protrusions, or is the area between them a missing part? Many thanks, Irina
  13. I don't have special powers nor proper procedure of blessing an item! BUT what the heck! By doing so; I can even mark-up a $1 item to $1,000! Those silly fools!
  14. Southbank condo TOP recently. These are some photos of this small sized condo
  15. The red-light district (brothel) area in Singapore is littered with lots of temples, society and associations..... Location: Lorong 26, Geylang
  16. @ Evergreen Park at Hougang Avenue 7 Any negative energy or harmful structures that may affect the living space? In the search for a new apartment, it is important to be mindful of any negative energy or harmful structures that may affect the living space. In the case of Evergreen Park at Hougang Avenue 7, the spikes on the open air carpark do not pose a threat to the 2nd storey apartments. This is fortunate as if there were apartments on the ground level, the trellis spikes could have created a poison arrow effect towards many of the units. Thankfully, this is not the case here.
  17. In these "older" photos; you can clearly see the outline of the main entrance door. In the newer photos; the owner removed the main entrance door from that area. Check out some of the "newer" photos e.g. Triangular2.jpg etc..
  18. These are more pictures of the completed home in a shape of a triangle layout on a triangle plot of land. It is about placing a triangle peg in a triangle plot by an architect who is not aware of the Feng Shui implications. Good Luck! The owner sure needs lots of it! NOTE: The older photos were titled Shapesnforms_____.jpg While the newer photos starts with Tri _______ Did you notice that the owner had changed his main entrance door?If you see carefully, some of the photos under Shapesnforms.. Shapesnforms8(1).jpg main entrance is at the apex of the pointed triangle. In the latter photos .. the main door is no longerat this area and is replaced by a wall...
  19. The Trillium @ 112 Kim Seng Road is a freehold development with a total of 327 units. This development consists of three blocks: 112 116 118. Within this three blocks each have three layout types: Type "A"; Type "B" mid-sized and Type "C". (Additonal Type D). In the form of "eggs". A very unique design i.e. each block consists of a "nest of three eggs" each! Won't be surprised if each family has more than the normal number of children in each household! Each block overall, has a circular or under the Five elements concept = metal element (circular) From the top view, this development; each block has three stacks that looks roughly like three propellor blades. This development isestimated to be completed by this December 2010. Developer : Lippo Land Corporation This mid-sized condo has: the Gymnasium room, Jacuzzi, Swimming pool, Tennis courts &Wading pool
  20. More photos of The Trillium.... Please note that the photo: Tri-10.jpg is actually The Cosmopolitan condo and not that of The Trillium.
  21. First-time-open door procedure:- Green beans sprouting symbolise growth!

  23. 1. The Scala has a total of 5 blocks of 17 stories each. Each of the blocks and stacks face a different Flying Star direction each: Blk 130 : NW3 (334) and SE3 (154) Blk 132 : E2 (85) and W2 (265) Blk 134 : NE3 (57) and W2 (265) Blk 136 : E3 (110) and W3 (290) Blk 138 : N2 (354) and S2 (172) 2. This takes me back to 1999 when the nearby The Springbloom condo has just TOP andall the units were sold-out. 3. The Scala by Hong Leong has got to be the hottest selling development in the NE of Singapore. Cannot blame(indirectly becausesomehow this area is popular both with the nearby amenities (and future amenities) and it iswithin walking distance to the nearby Lorong Chuan MRT. 4. Overall, the interior layout plans are standard layout plans found in most condos. Other information:- Location: Lorong Chuan / Serangoon Ave 3 Tenure: 99 years leasehold Expected Completion is around plus minus 2013-14 Total Units: 468
