And avoid low floors of stack XXX as it is close to the proposed Bus Bay. X = Expect construction noise and dusts for around 3/4 years from the future site reserved for residential development. X = Front door & unit is close-by/attached to the Common Bin Lobby (CBL) area. X = Avoid low floors where sometimes there is a funeral or wakes and when religious rituals are also performed. There are also instances where annoucements and/or loud music is placed during e.g. Malay weddings. X = Avoid low floors especially 2nd to 4th storey as there is a poison arrow from the corner of the MSCP aimed towards the stack/unit's one of the bedrooms.     1. In my opinion, this photo is not very clear. But good that the balcony seems angled and there is no direct path or opening. 2. The test or realization is like: if one were to hold an umbrella and the umbrella flips and tries to yank itself off one's hand, then the best is to control the wind into the home. 3. For DBSS Centrale 8, often the wind flow is North-South ; South-North. Thus highly unlikely to have an actual tian zhan sha.
