Which is better, Yishun Emerald or Yishun Sapphire
Cecil Lee replied to myfs_145752's topic in General Help
Both Yishun Sapphire and Yishun Emerald's wealth luck sectors changes from 2024 till 2043. Actually, by today (2021) the change over has already began... -
One word: "Subjective!" To be honest, highly commercialised and not to my taste-:( ; ; ; ; ; ; ; P.S. Furthermore, please note that tiny fountain(s) are not effective in Feng Shui. In addition, if one does not have perseverance in making an effort to constantly or almost daily to add water... one can easily be enslaved to feed it water. A real waste of one's time and effort. However, maybe it appeals more to some people's Human or Man Luck considerations but definitely not Feng Shui:-

1. The relationship with the Tapestry (good or bad) depends on where the potential unit is in relation to the unit you may want to purchase. 2. The greater concern is the future road branching off from Yio Chu Kang parallel to Gerald Drive (formerly Woodbridge Road). 3. If you have seen, the MSCP Block 404 is purposely curved to accommodate this future road that will ultimately link it to the other end = Buangkok Drive that runs towards the KPE. 4. As mentioned earlier each unit is governed by the bell curve. Fern Spring is no different. 5. This was the first few developments at Fernvale also to accommodate the resettlement of the former vibrant Blocks 1 to 4 across the street. Where pre 2000’s hose a market, food centre .. Post Office , POSB, McDonalds... etc. Today, Greenwich and the residential condos... Related:

Case Study 8A: What is a coffin position? When one's legs face an opening such as a door from a bed. 1. Please see illustration (below):- Reference:- Case Study 8B: Can the bed-head share the same wall as a toilet? 1. This is not perfect but generally no issue, here:- 2. Hopefully the utility duct behind the bed does not contact sewerage pipe next to the bed-head. Not that great - if so.

Cases 6: Clash of Yin and Yang: Fire and Water... (WC-Waste) 1. Frankly, there is already a gap between the stove and the shared wall with Bath 2. Thus no issue:- 2. How if we move the stove further away? No difference. But this is equally fine or okay:- 3. Sorry to side-track, but frankly, not a great idea to place the DB so close to the stove. In my opinion, this is one of the rare occasions that I have seen this happening due to common sense!

Case Study 3: Flying Star Feng Shui 1. Based on the Sales Brochure Site Plan, this development's units either face N3 or S3. 2. Do you always use the main door for Flying Star Feng Shui? https://www.geomancy.net/forums/topic/16637-an-in-depth-understanding-of-the-frontage-of-a-home-is-it-always-the-main-door-who-are-the-conservatives-the-modernist-what-lead-to-the-conservatives-use-of-the-main-door-only/ 3. Expected T.O.P. Is in 2025 or Period 9 Flying Star Period Chart:-

Case Study 6: Fairly Good Common Bin Lobby placement for Blocks 119A and 119C. However, not that great for Block 119B and Stack 131:- -

Case Study 5: The planners did a reasonable fair job in isolating the Precinct Pavilion (PP) 1. Here residents of all units do not have a direct view of the PP. 2. During activities stacks 143 and 146 would have less privacy at the void deck. 3. Sounds coming from the PP may affect especially the lower floors of 141, 143 and 146. -
Case Study 7: Any issue with my unit #72 sharing the same wall as the lift lobby air-well + moving lifts? 1. Some Feng Shui Masters (FSMs) are concerned that a unit should not share the same wall as a lift lobby because of the constant movement of metal (lift cage). 2. Generally, it is not perfect. But one can argue that only the kitchen wall is attached to the lift air-well. Do make your own conclusions, here. 3. The main concern has more to do with privacy especially if one has a habit of leaving the front door during day-time.
-
Case Study 6: Under Period 9 Flying Star Feng Shui from future key collection till 2043, North (N2) facing stays enjoy the very auspicious double #9's at it's frontage during this period. However, still need to consider suitability and external Feng Shui factors, also. 1. In general, stacks #58, #60, #70 and #72 enjoys good Flying Star Feng Shui.
-
Case Study 5: Stacks #54 and #66 are affected by the inauspicious "Fire@Heaven's Gate". 1. Where possible try to avoid stacks #54 and #66 where the kitchen and most likely the usually the position of the stove could be at the NW sector. This can affect the male breadwinner's career and also overall luck for the family. 2. While for stacks #56 and #68 take care as not to "swop" the usual location of the stove and sink or like some wants to place it in the service yard area. Otherwise, can ignore this concern for these two stacks.
-
Case Study 4: Any issue if my unit faces a corridor? 1. In theory, yes, units like 52, 54 and 58's front door faces a corridor. 2. But in my opinion, it is not the longest corridor this less of such a concern, here. 3. For units 54 and 58 expect less privacy since these two units are in full view of the lift lobby - especially if one has a habit of leaving the front door opened whilst at home during the day-time.
-
Case Study 3: Stacks 50 & 52 enjoys the very auspicious double #9's Flying Star at it's frontage during Period 9 (2024 to 2043) - the date this development's lease commencement date starts. 1. It's a pity these two stacks faces the Kwong Wai Shiu Hospital. Frankly, for this development has more to do with a Stigma. Thus even if one is Okay with this, some may never get over it. 1.1. Worse in a situation where after the Minimum Occupation Period has been reached and it is time to sell. The potential buyer and/or their Feng Shui Master may often be apprehensive about it. 2. As for the site reserved for future high-rise residential - has more to do with the construction noise and dusts for the period of development of this neighbouring site. 3. In the past, a stack at the Adora Green DBSS was the most costliest at Yishun even when it directly face the Khoo Teck Puat Hospital (KTPH). Perhaps, many look at the stack/unit facing the pond rather than the distant KTPH hospital.
-
Case Study 2: Poor Shapes and Forms of Stack #68's front door and living room windows are literally beside the Common Bin Lobby (CBL) 1. Furthermore the CBL sticks out like a sore-thumb further than the frontage of Stack #68. 2. Stack #56 is the next closest to the CBL - Hopefully the front door of this stack and or stack 54 does not see into this CBL.
