  1. Case Study 2: Should I be concerned if the emergency staircase exit door can be seen from my front door? 1. By law all emergency exit staircase door(s) must be closed at all time to prevent smoke from say a burning unit filtering into the staircase and hampering exit from these stairwell. 2. Anyway, if one looks closely at this illustration: Even if at the front door of Unit 1059 can see into the staircase well, the only thing one can really see is the actual staircase door. Not the stairs! Thus what is the problem? No issue right? 3. Okay, okay! Understand. Once Minimum Occupation Period or M.O.P. is up, there can be "fear mongering" potential buyer and or their Feng Shui Master who may see otherwise. Then too bad... next!
  2. Is it important for a mausoleum to check if the direction is ok? Reply: Cremation is neutral… thus not crucial. Thus can (even be) stacked high
  3. Case Study 1: Avoid Low floors especially levels 2 to 4 of Block 373B Stack #977 as it directly faces the entrance. In addition, based on pure common sense, especially in the evenings do expect the headlights of vehicles to shine into especially Master bedroom and other bedrooms of say like #02-977
  4. $3.80/- at Block 632 Bukit Batok Central Food Court Highly unusual mock fish…
  5. Drawing a parallel, why some are more affected by NW = Fire at Heaven’s gate then others? Again, it is not the One size fits all senario.
  6. Flying Star Feng Shui at Maysprings Condo: Period 7 N1 or S1 facing directions
  7. On 27 June 2021 For some units, the entrance area is dim especially during the day. Sample as shown, here:-
  8. Ask: Must I buy from YOU? When the buying Stops, the selling CAN!
  9. Understand what is FAKE Feng Shui 1. Many Feng Shui Masters are a Feng Shui Products Store in disguise.
  10. Research makes the difference!
  11. 1. Although SW represents (yin) and NW (yang) elements, it is fortunately not one size fits all. 2. One way of looking at it is the 12 Habits of Feng Shui. 2.1. If one applies Habits 1, 2 and 3. It should usually be sufficient to avoid your concern:- 3. Some potential buyers even consider doing a proper triage with things like: 3.1. How will my luck be till last year 2020. How about 2022, 2023, 2024? and Years 2025 till 2043. 3.2. Another information from this sample is that Location, location and location accounts for a whopping 70% of the total Feng Shui luck! 3.3. Thus e.g. even if SW is an inauspicious for say the (yin) Female, it and many other such factors account for only 30% out of the 100 marks. 3.4 Also under this 30% = or the three major considerations of: Frontage Kitchen Main Bedroom (Master Bedroom) 3.4.1 If say the main breadwinner is the male, this means that Frontage and Main Bedroom needs to be considered for him. While do take note that the kitchen is considered under the Wife (Female) in this example. Reference:- 4. Lastly do take note of Habit number 12. Don't be a Head banger. Thus even if SW is say considered inauspicious for the Female Head, even if one bangs one head until it cracks open, no use. If so, refer to Habits 2 and 3!
  12. Case Study 2: Potential sharp corner of the MSCP building corner (up to 7th storeys) aimed towards Stack 628. I can also see the ESS with a sharp corner aimed towards 594. Fortunately it and the sharp corner of the MSCP does not seem to be a threat at all, here.
  13. Case Study 9A: Stack 352 front door are can have a view of one of the common bins 1. In my opinion more to do with a situation where unit has met Minimum Occupation Period (M.O.P.) . 2. And a potential buyer and or buyer's Feng Shui Master made it be known (a stigma) that it is inauspicious to have (somehow) the front door with a view of the common bin lobby / bin (if any). 3. Thus even if one might be okay with it. The "other" guy or gay may not like it. And some even give "low-ball" offers (if any). Case Study 9B: Any issue if the front door (Stack 354) faces the two lift lobbies? 4. Again, if one has a habit of leaving the front door open, this is subject more to privacy, then Feng Shui. P.S. Please note that this is a sampling. And there can be more stacks facing either of these two situations.
  14. Further to what I mentioned above, illustrations such as these show clearly whether a front door is affected by the sharp corner.... Reference...
  15. This link shows many examples of Altar facing a dining table. Do take note that the minimum height is of the altar top is 126cm to ensure that it is much higher than the dining table. Above shows a sample illustration from a LANDED home. There are lots more examples, below for flats:- Only one is not recommended as the Altar also shares the same wall as a Toilet/WC:-
  16. Wondering what does this photo tell? Please don't post something that has no Head - no Tail. Perhaps only the person who posted it truly knows what's up. Really a waste of everyone's time.

  18. Case Study 8: Block 244B Stack/Unit #402 = Why me? Why us and no one else at Garden Bloom? HDB, you owe me (us) an explanation! Why are we the only ones facing the Health and Medical Centre? Apa Ini?
  19. Case Study 7: Should I be concerned if my unit faces a school? 1. What do you think? 2. Find out more under this related link:- P.S. Oh Dear! What type of school is this?
