  1. “Screams of 60 heard!” No, not 60 years old! But 60 percent sold!
  2. Many photos taken on 12 June 2021. Created a separate thread, here:- Taken from several angles.
  3. This house is beside Parkway East Hospital, Telok Kurau Road
  4. “Wow! I shall ask my MA / MC to look into this…. “ Will you? Count me in.. LOL
  5. Very common in the olden days especially of large Teochew mansions. Just avoid this will do
  6. Generally quite okay. Given that a glimpse of the plot is still pretty rectangular + service road seems parallel to the frontage. Slightly lower at the back can easily be addressed or may perhaps even remain.
  7. Case Study 1: Avoid low floors of Block 241B Stack #316 as there is a potential Sha Qi from vehicles entering the estate.
  8. Is my existing house or potential new home still lucky today?
  9. Paid a visit on 9 June 2021 I am always early. And this is my favourite waiting pavilion-:)
  10. Case Study 1: Sha Qi from potential Long corridor towards Block 95A Stack 510 - also depends on the position of the front door. Photos are for illustration only. (Not from this estate) View from the front gate of this unit: P.S. Please note that the photo illustrations were from a recent T.O.P unit at another HDB estate in Bedok i.e Bedok South Horizon. Additional Stacks/units that may be affected by a long corridor: Block 95C Stack 578 Block 97B Stack 60B
  11. Morning Master Cecil, can I check with you for the Moving in, if the Reno has yet to be completed maybe left with the furnitures and some installation, can we still choose a date to move in first? Reply: Since the all important stove is there, no issue OK thank you! only the parent first or plus the kids will need to as well? As in if me and my wife move in first prior to the kids is it ok? Reply: Okay can
  12. You are absolutely correct. The previous resource was actually to say that the front door when plotted on a pie chart is found at S2 that's all. Thus indeed the direction you mentioned is SW2.
  13. In general, white is considered a neutral colour. If the cure is to "defeat" especially #5, then; for example, do avoid yellowish materials such as yellowish bed-sheets and/or curtains. And/or even warm white lights if possible. This is because even with white walls, warm white lights can turn the wall yellowish. Traditional Feng Shui metal cures include 6 coins tied with red string / 7 coins tied with red string and salt water cure. P.S. #5 is also called "Five Yellow". And anything yellow may actually inflame it further.
  14. 1. Thank you for the site map. 2. If the front door is within marking in red "X" then the front door is literally not directly facing the staircase door. 3. However, there are some who says that if one stands at the front door, if one could see the stairs then this is inauspicious. 4. Fortunately as mentioned under my earlier reply, it is mandatory under Singapore law that such emergency exit doors must be closed at all times. 5. It is considered a Sha Qi if the front door faces partial staircase wall as shown in the example via a "z":-
  15. Many Private Apartments are also in close proximity to Tan Tock Seng Hospital… Some more this Hospital is also for Infectious diseases… far more of a worry?
  16. Sir, I must protest! My Freehold Semi-detached home No. 305 with my neighbour 303 are in the same boat. But my boat is nearly to the Hospital. What say you? Don't believe? Look, above. LOL No Kidding Right?
  17. To be honest and of no offence. My personal standards in choosing my own home is either: District 10, 15 or Seletar Hills. For example, in a war, one just need to destroy these three districts and either the Top echelons in Singapore be it Presidents / Past and Present/ Ex Ministers; Ministers, MPs, Heads of corporations and unformed groups will be wiped out. Some of us by virtue already elderly citizens so have.... Unfortunately for most Singaporeans who wish to aspire, have no choice. But you have set even higher standards for most Singaporeans. Do you know that just around Ola EC. The Vales which is a pure condo not EC is beside Sengkang GH. Which is more serious stuff as they have a A & E. While Ola EC is only beside a pussy cat Sengkang COMMUNITY Hospital? Frankly so long as one is not in close proximity to a morgue than this is preferred. What about many more hospitals in Singapore? Parkway East Hospital? Where it is surrounded mostly by Terrace, Semi Ds and Bungalow houses & Freehold Private Condos? Isn't Eastpoint Green Condo just a street (Simei Street 3) next to Changi General Hospital. I can go on and on. Basically if one is young even a PMET often has to start from "scratch". Most plots or sites have their Good the Bad and Ugly units. Thus no different for Ola EC. Where are still good units.
