For NE1, overall less lucky as this Double Auspicious Stars [#9] + [#9] are instead wasted at the "rear" of the unit which is often the kitchen - especially for the 3, 4 & 5 bedrooms flats. However, a saving grace for NE1 facing stacks/units is that it enjoys a "Sum of Ten Water Star" 2.1.1. Here an individual sector's Base Star + Water Star adds up to Ten. Even if this sector has bad stars it can flip to become favourable sector. 3. For SE1, it enjoys a "Sum of Ten Mountain Star" 3.1. Here an individual sector's Base Star + Mountain Star adds up to Ten. Even if this sector has bad stars it can flip to become favourable sector.

Given that (touch-wood) should anything happen or the unlikely event of the collapse of this block, it is good for a unit to share the infrastructure with a HS + Lifts x 2 = Added security and structural strength. Much like a unit sharing a wall with a set of EXIT staircase/stair-well.
