Frankly, no offence, this is considered rudimentary ... to buy or not to buy. If one does this frequently, my advice is might as well do this:- Isn't it much easier for one to flip a coin. Heads = Buy; Tails = Don't Buy or vice-versa right? This Kua/Gua thing [ON IT'S OWN] is identical to the above: Yes or No. Equivalent to Cave-men or Cave-person Fung Sway! LOL P.S. Don't get me wrong. Gua used singularly above is mediocre. It has to be used collectively or holistically with other fields on Feng Shui. Never standalone under this simplistic way.

1. In my opinion this considered a crude way of saying so - if one cares to do so. 2. A more refined method is to a Holistic Approach, encompassing: the External Feng Shui, Flying Stars etc.. which accounts for 70 percent of the overall luck + how suitable is the house = Frontage, Kitchen and Main Bedroom = 30 percent. 3. Your statement is just pointing towards only the Frontage. 4. It is just like the old days of looking at an X-ray film. 5. While modern times, even in Feng Shui we use the equivalent of the Magnetic resonance imaging (MRI). 6. In Higher learning it is the difference between Lower Class Honours and Upper Class Honours. 7. Another reason is clear: one may just eliminate a good home even if the frontage is not as suitable to that person. 8. Below is an MRI method incorporating a Holistic Approach to evaluating a home under House Hunting Exercise....

Same shop. Their saving grace is their plain pratas. Prata is okay... partially crispy. And their fish curry nice. Especially so eaten in the early morning. He did crush the pratas before serving. Many rarely does this any more.

The matter is quite subjective. The impact may vary from one individual to another - from seasoned Feng Shui Masters to the preferences of a potential home buyer. In general, as long as the house is not directly adjacent to it, at least two plots away, or facing it directly from the front or back, the situation is much more acceptable. P.S. We should be grateful that this is not the time period leading up to the early 1970s. Otherwise, prayers would be broadcasted by both mosques multiple times a day. In the past, if someone were to reside close to (not necessarily right beside, but in close proximity to) one of these mosques, they would have to "endure" the loud prayers being broadcasted six (6) times a day! Fajr - 6:03 AM. Sunrise - 7:12 AM. Dhuhr - 1:15 PM. Asr - 4:23 PM. Maghrib - 7:18 PM. Isha - 8:22 PM.

Feng Shui of Forestville EC @ Woodlands - Which units are lucky today?
Cecil Lee replied to Cecil Lee's topic in General Help
Yes. But the actual test is to stand inside such units to determine- if is is or not. Hardest to cure if such a poison arrow is aimed towards an opening such as the balcony/living room. If it is aimed towards a wall, then no issue. -
Under symbolism in Feng Shui, best to avoid such a fountain. This is because in the event that it is neglected in some way or the foundation not useable, there seems to be three (hungry) mouths ... sucking wealth. The three mouths/lips circled in red Otherwise, technically it is acceptable. Related:

Here’s another situation where common sense applies. Good morning! I’m exploring another idea: Is it better to have the staircase in the living hall designed this way, or should it be L-shaped instead? Is a straight staircase considered inauspicious? Some people blame this on Feng Shui. Feng Shui often favors staircases with a turn, as it’s believed the “qi” can meander upwards. In reality, this is not the strongest reason. With a landing in the staircase, if someone slips and falls, there is at least a break to stop them. But with a straight staircase, if someone falls—especially the elderly—there’s no rest stop, which could make accidents more dangerous.

Gd morning! Exploring one more idea. Is it advisable to have the stairs in living hall designed this way rather than L-shape? Is a set of straight staircase inauspicious? Blame this on Feng Shui! Feng Shui’s preference for the regular turn. As some say qi can meander upstairs. Actually this is a poor FS excuse. With a landing... if someone slips and fall, at least there is a break. Here, good luck! If some falls... and elderly also don’t have a rest stop

Auspicious dates are considered as “Nice-to” and not a “Must-do”. If one really has no choice, then simply make it a happy and memorable occasion-:) Here one is also employing “Human and Man Luck”!
