These photos were taken during CityLife EC's T.O.P. in 2016 of HDB GreenVerge. Then the land was just being cleared. Earlier on, the area with yellow highlights was suppose to continue to be both green and a cycling dirt track... In Singapore, it is more likely that every corner will be turned into some kind of housing development: HDB/EC/codo or into a shopping mall etc...

Had done reviews during T.O.P. for a few clients. This is a newer review done after T.O.P. Intentionally Pixelated.

Our first generation of Feng Shui report. Review was done in the year 2006. The date that The Quintet just T.O.P. then. During T.O.P. I had done around another 6 more reviews for other clients in this EC. Okay, it was not in colour unlike our newer generation of Feng Shui reports. This is progress, right.

Hi master, does this staircase without vertical wood stand pose any threat? Technically NO. But be prepared for busybody relatives or friends bad mouth it. And if got naughty child or kids.. must ask parents to sign indemnity form. Wear a helmet if you do cleaning down there. Otherwise it is no issue
