Unit at Thomson impression
Thanks for the three photos. In my opinion the two roof-lines of the HDB BLOCK(s) pose no threat to this unit.

Case Study 4A: Are Stacks/units #919 and #925 of Block 372A front door facing a long corridor? 1. Generally some may still feel that the front doors face a long corridor. Thus it is rather subjective. 2. Often, if we feel that it is not long; what is there during a re-sale for someone else to feel concerned about it? Case Study 4B: In theory even if the front door of #925 is slightly off-set from the corridor, both #925 and #919 does face each other. 3. Fortunately, in a "High Noon" situation, the doors are really far away. Thus even in many Western movies, both don't stand so far away to draw their guns. Furthermore, handguns (revolvers) aren't that accurate during a duel from such long distances. Got-it, get it? 4. Okay, wait till one buy a condo unit. Most condo unit's front door REALLY faces a neigbour's in CLOSE-proximity. Even as close as 1.5 metres from each other! How's that for a close-up HIGH NOON? "McFly : Back to the Future III "

Case Study 3: Should I be concerned if the front door has a view of the two common bins? 1. Generally, it is good that the planners of this development sandwich majority of the two common bins between the two emergency exit staircase/stairwell. 2. However, unfortunately not so for Stacks #971 and #973. 3. As what separates both the common bin lobby and the two open air common bins (common and recycle) can be seen from the front doors of both these stacks/units:- 4. The red dots shown above are usually the half-height safety railings and often not a solid wall to allow ventilation of the common bin lobby. Well this is often what was seen in previous developments. Well hopefully the HDB has changed this.. But in my opinion be safe the sorry. 5. For example Block 374B shows the block's common bin lobby sandwiched between two emergency exit stairwell = GOOD! 6. Oh Dear! Not fair! Block 373A Stacks 953 and 955 also share the same concern:- 7. This is a NO, NO! If one encounters someone who only "SWEARS" by the Front Door. And even more so, if one hires a Feng Shui Master who only EATS, SLEEP, EAT and SLEEP only on the front door. They are called: THE CONSERVATIVES! 7.1. Cannot understand? How do you Feng Shui your home? Use your front door? Please check out this link:-

Case Study 2: Should I be concerned if the emergency staircase exit door can be seen from my front door? 1. By law all emergency exit staircase door(s) must be closed at all time to prevent smoke from say a burning unit filtering into the staircase and hampering exit from these stairwell. 2. Anyway, if one looks closely at this illustration: Even if at the front door of Unit 1059 can see into the staircase well, the only thing one can really see is the actual staircase door. Not the stairs! Thus what is the problem? No issue right? 3. Okay, okay! Understand. Once Minimum Occupation Period or M.O.P. is up, there can be "fear mongering" potential buyer and or their Feng Shui Master who may see otherwise. Then too bad... next!

Case Study: My Grandmother (mum's mom) just passed away yesterday. From a Feng Shui angle, how will this affect - our wedding on xx Dec. Can the family members still attend?
Is it important for a mausoleum to check if the direction is ok? Reply: Cremation is neutral… thus not crucial. Thus can (even be) stacked high

Case Study 1: Avoid Low floors especially levels 2 to 4 of Block 373B Stack #977 as it directly faces the entrance. In addition, based on pure common sense, especially in the evenings do expect the headlights of vehicles to shine into especially Master bedroom and other bedrooms of say like #02-977

Toilet/Kitchen/Storeroom in SW sector bad for females?
Drawing a parallel, why some are more affected by NW = Fire at Heaven’s gate then others? Again, it is not the One size fits all senario.

Thank you for your super prompt and detailed response.

1. Although SW represents (yin) and NW (yang) elements, it is fortunately not one size fits all. 2. One way of looking at it is the 12 Habits of Feng Shui. 2.1. If one applies Habits 1, 2 and 3. It should usually be sufficient to avoid your concern:- 3. Some potential buyers even consider doing a proper triage with things like: 3.1. How will my luck be till last year 2020. How about 2022, 2023, 2024? and Years 2025 till 2043. 3.2. Another information from this sample is that Location, location and location accounts for a whopping 70% of the total Feng Shui luck! 3.3. Thus e.g. even if SW is an inauspicious for say the (yin) Female, it and many other such factors account for only 30% out of the 100 marks. 3.4 Also under this 30% = or the three major considerations of: Frontage Kitchen Main Bedroom (Master Bedroom) 3.4.1 If say the main breadwinner is the male, this means that Frontage and Main Bedroom needs to be considered for him. While do take note that the kitchen is considered under the Wife (Female) in this example. Reference:- 4. Lastly do take note of Habit number 12. Don't be a Head banger. Thus even if SW is say considered inauspicious for the Female Head, even if one bangs one head until it cracks open, no use. If so, refer to Habits 2 and 3!- Re-visting The Linear Condo

Case Study 2: Potential sharp corner of the MSCP building corner (up to 7th storeys) aimed towards Stack 628. I can also see the ESS with a sharp corner aimed towards 594. Fortunately it and the sharp corner of the MSCP does not seem to be a threat at all, here.- HDB Garden Bloom @ Tengah (May 2021 Build-To-Order) - Which units are lucky?
Case Study 9A: Stack 352 front door are can have a view of one of the common bins 1. In my opinion more to do with a situation where unit has met Minimum Occupation Period (M.O.P.) . 2. And a potential buyer and or buyer's Feng Shui Master made it be known (a stigma) that it is inauspicious to have (somehow) the front door with a view of the common bin lobby / bin (if any). 3. Thus even if one might be okay with it. The "other" guy or gay may not like it. And some even give "low-ball" offers (if any). Case Study 9B: Any issue if the front door (Stack 354) faces the two lift lobbies? 4. Again, if one has a habit of leaving the front door open, this is subject more to privacy, then Feng Shui. P.S. Please note that this is a sampling. And there can be more stacks facing either of these two situations.- Need advice
Further to what I mentioned above, illustrations such as these show clearly whether a front door is affected by the sharp corner.... Reference...- Off-site Advice on Altar Placement of Guan Yin etc..
This link shows many examples of Altar facing a dining table. Do take note that the minimum height is of the altar top is 126cm to ensure that it is much higher than the dining table. Above shows a sample illustration from a LANDED home. There are lots more examples, below for flats:- Only one is not recommended as the Altar also shares the same wall as a Toilet/WC:-- Need advice
Wondering what does this photo tell? Please don't post something that has no Head - no Tail. Perhaps only the person who posted it truly knows what's up. Really a waste of everyone's time. - Sri Senpaga Vinayagar Temple @Marshall Road
