1. Frankly, Feng Shui does not micro-manage every facade of a house. 2. If it is an apartment block; and of that stack faces a busy road or highway; there is a tendency for traffic noise to bounce up to an upper floor Bay roofing. 2.1. Noise can reflect onto the roofline and amplify into a unit or house. 2.2. Sound proofing of balcony or open Bay windows:- Reference: 3. Sliding rear door is also not an issue. More to do with symbolism in Chinese customs. That it is nice to have a door that swings onwards instead of outwards or sliding doors.

$5/- Hor Fun. Lots of assorted ingredients. Gravy watery. Not fantastic but acceptable. Comfort food. -
1. Although the house is irregular; it is considered not perfect but not as irregular as this example. 1.1. Thus the plot you mentioned can be acceptable given that three sides are a square/rectangular form 2. Feng Shui is not one size fits all. And the questions you asked cannot simply be answered just by staring at the questions. Someone has to work on it.

1. Applies to high-rise units. Not landed property. Based on either build date or a re-build date or major renovations (subject to interpretations). 2. Refer to Para 1. 3. Please go and search for "Change Period". Already lots of resources on this subject from the previous Period 7 to Period 8 era. 4. What is the purpose, here? If it is for using a date for input, refer to Para 1. 5. Please note that Period 7 is history. Why dwell with the past?

Sewer and Rainwater drainage running across land
Cecil Lee replied to Peterpoiter80's topic in General Help
1. As mentioned earlier, in Feng Shui, the Water Classics is used to determine the exit point(s) e.g. sewerage and or other drainage from the plot out of the home. 2. For example, compass degrees of the plot of land is plotted. And the Water classics is used to determine where drainage is good:- Below is the full Extract from Case Study 29: Built from Scratch + Water Classics of drainage out of the house 1. Which sector is suitable for what? 2. Best Bed-head + study directions for the kids. The above extract can be found under this reference resource:- -
Sewer and Rainwater drainage running across land
Cecil Lee replied to Peterpoiter80's topic in General Help
1. You wrote: My concerns is with a Government sewer line that runs down one side of the land, (from the back to the front). This Is a sewer line that connects to surrounding properties. It does not go under the house. 1.1. Frankly, there are several considerations e.g. the distance from the house as well as it's exit point(s) from the property itself. As this can affect the wealth. 1.2. Thus distance from the house can be determined. The 2nd on exit point(s) need calculations based on Feng Shui "Water classics". Thus this is a unknow, here. 2. Good to know, however, that the sewerage line does not run inside the home such as an example, shown, here:- 3. If in doubt, unfortunately, look elsewhere. -
Looking for a re-sale unit? Case Study: Do you know that even if a geomancer says that the site is excellent, all sites are govern by the concept of the Bell Curve 1. Remember, even if a geomancer says that this is a good development. However, a good unit also depends on where it is within the development: 2. Is your potential unit under the Good, the Bad or the Ugly? 3. Often if one is lucky, even if the unit is not so fantastic superficially. Some units are like an unpolished gem. While others unfortunately may be a hopeless rotten apple. 3.1. Just imagine, if the unit is like a 10 year old rundown 1,000 cc car. Even a good Feng Shui Master is unable to turn it into a good unit! By the way, (above) this falls under Habit Number 11. 4. Under Habit 1, one possibility is by ranking one's bedroom type by stack/unit: 1st choice, 2nd choice etc... Reference: Habit 1 can be found under this link:-

Case Study: Yin and Yang Concept does not favour a stove sharing the same wall or near to a WC 1. A simple remedy is to request the developer or if the developer looks at this, to just move the stove slightly away from below. Realistically, it is possible. 2. Do request the developer to revise the stove position as shown in BLUE

Case Study: Flying Star Feng Shui of the development is in a NE and SW alignment 1. Take extra care when placing an altar or Pooja in a unit the altar either facing NE or SW. 2. Learn the concern of a home aligned in a NE to SW or SW to NE facing /sitting direction and the devil's gate/ devil's backdoor.

Case Study: Are you aware that even if a geomancer claims that the location is outstanding, all sites are subject to the principles of the Bell Curve? 1. Some conservative Feng Shui Masters would not like to see a development side-by-side or (facing) a place of worship = Newton Life Church. 2. Fortunately, due also to a piece taken by The Atelier, the outline of Kopar looks more like a butcher's knife aimed towards Newton Life Church. One can say that this is a consolation of having it "side-by-side" beside the church. 3. Another saving grace of the site is that Kopar is set-back from the Newton Circus. 4. Based on the Water Classics the canal is parallel to Kopar and thank god it is at it's knife edge. 4.1. The Two main blocks 4 and 8 aligned in a "Castle gate" angle is favourable in relation to this pointy-point site. 4.1. As in a boxing match: "Saved by the bell" LOL. 5. Remember, even if a geomancer says that this is a good development. However, a good unit also depends on where it is within the development: 6. Is your potential unit under the Good, the Bad or the Ugly? 7. Often if one is lucky, even if the unit is not so fantastic superficially. Some units are like an unpolished gem. While others unfortunately may be a hopeless rotten apple. 7.1. Just imagine, if the unit is like a 10 year old rundown 1,000 cc car. Even a good Feng Shui Master is unable to turn it into a good unit! 8. By the way, (above) this falls under Habit Number 11. 8.1. Under Habit 1, one possibility is by ranking one's bedroom type by stack/unit: 1st choice, 2nd choice etc... Reference: Habit 1 can be found under this link:-

This is not really Feng Shui. More of a French dislike for this former WWW One hero turned traitor in WWW Two. That's all. 2. Many conservative Feng Shui Masters does not look favourably to a plot that is beside a temple. This is the major "stumbling block" in Feng Shui. 3. Often, if the unit is not chosen correctly.. can affect wealth of the residents. Subject to Para 4. (below). 3.1. But the number of good or outstanding units in this development is small. 3.2. Taking into consideration the Feng Shui concept of Yang Zhai San Yao. This is another consideration in determining how suitable or unsuitable a unit is to the main breadwinner, also. 4. Remember, even if a geomancer says that this is a good development. However, a good unit also depends on where it is within the development: 5. Is your potential unit under the Good, the Bad or the Ugly? 6. Often if one is lucky, even if the unit is not so fantastic superficially. Some units are like an unpolished gem.
