Suppose to do justice by eating more healthy food. This day is suppose to make coffee-shops and restaurants very $$$. As one is suppose to consume Raw Fish or Yu Sen. (O'Dear... raw fish is banned in Singapore due to flesh eating virus). No worries... subsitute with raw salmon or abalone. LOL

Case Study: This is another version of the Five "Ghosts" In Chinese Mythology, there are Five (5) Emperors of the Mountains in China The Five Mountain Emperors are: 1. Mount Song (Middle mountain) 2. Mount Tai (East) 3. Mount Hua (West) 4. Mount Heng 1 (North) 5. Mount Heng 2 (South) Throughout ancient China, temples paid homage to one of the Emperors by making offerings and burning incense all year round. These rituals were carried out at temples specifically built in honor of the Five (5) emperors.
