  1. Useful resource: Can Feng Shui really help? And /or what to take note of. What are the boundaries and limitations of Feng Shui?
  2. A. Please re-read these two previous extracts of my reply again: Extract: ”2. Generally in Feng Shui (FS) this is considered a major “leak”. Fortunately, often to have problems; a home can have three or more major leaks (health and/or wealth)” 2.1. Location, location and location accounts for 70% of the total Feng Shui. - - - End of extract - - - Thus in essence, this simply means that majority of the time most homes do not have three or more major “leaks”. Therefore many of such homes can do equally fine even with one handicap! Especially if Location, location, location is fairly good. And there are no further “leaks” to “sink the ship”. If so, see Para B. Below... B. Please read especially no. 3 The concept of maximising luck. And yes, you wrote: “Is there any way to counter”. Go read the 12th habit => no. 12. Head banger Others perhaps like no. 11 = A rotten apple or unpolished gem...etc
  3. 1. This photo was taken at Downtown East, Pasir Ris on 12 January 2020. 2. I found it to be meaningful and nice. 3. Thus decided to use this backdrop for Geomancy.net's 2020 Year of the Rat Greetings:- 4. Last year 2019 was the Year of the Pig. 4.1. When I was at Takashimaya Ngee Ann City, got this inspiration of designer Pigs:- 5. I hope for 2021, I will get another inspiration of capturing another photo.. this time of an OX or Oxes... crossing my fingers...
  4. Can I check. If my fridge can be seen from the main door as it's an open concept kitchen. Does it pose an issue? 1. This is part of open concept. It is not threatening. You should expect it. 2. Contrary to some others, a regular fridge when closed is surrounded by mostly metal = a metal box. And such a fridge is not issue even if seen from the main door. 3. However, it may make a difference if perhaps, the fridge has a water and/or ice dispenser on one of it's doors. 4. Or instead a wine fridge where the front door is virtually a see thru glass piece. 5. If one "insists" of having an open concept kitchen, something has to give. 6. Fortunately, as mentioned, there is no major issue. 7. Unless one starts to place all sorts of stickers or magnetic pictures that may symbolically like a water fall flowing out of the home. Such sort of things...
  5. Congratulations! Alkaff Lakeview just T.O.P. Paying a visit shortly...
  6. Related. Similarly, equally not great is to have the stove directly at the centrepoint of the unit. Case Study: Unit at Signature @ Yishun = Poor Shapes and Forms with the stove at the centrepoint of the unit:- The link to Feng Shui of Signature EC at Yishun:

  8. Previously, the former Nassim Woods has the sharp corner of Interpol Global Complex for Innovation from 18 Nassim. Hopefully, the new block/stack units is not affected by this poison arrow(s). As shown below:-

  10. Greetings to the standard-:) It's bound to happen.
  11. Frankly one of the better choice for this estate. Very minor is that every last six months of the year, slight afternoon sun on the frontage (approximately 3 degrees from west). No major concern, here. Numbers? One man’s meat is another man’s poison. Frankly so long as not infamous numbers like 4 44 would generally be whatever one wants it to be. Nor does it adversely the resale value is good enough.
  12. I apologize for using an iPhone application to locate the Centrepoint. The accuracy may be slightly compromised due to the imprecision of finger drawing. However, it appears that the Centrepoint is situated precisely at the WC!
  13. 1. To be honest, my main concern is the shared toilet located in the middle of the unit. (I am currently offsite and will be heading to an appointment shortly, so I can only make a rough assessment that the toilet should ideally be in the middle of the unit). 2. In Feng Shui (FS), this is generally considered a significant "leak". It is fortunate that a home can have three or more major leaks (related to health and/or wealth). 2.1. The location of the property accounts for 70% of the overall Feng Shui. 2.2. The interior of the property accounts for 30%. One of the key factors in determining whether a home is suitable for the main breadwinner is the concept of Yang Zhai San Yao. 3. Please conduct a search within this forum regarding toilets; numerous discussions on this topic have already taken place. 4. For the master bedroom, the situation is not ideal but not insurmountable. If one feels uneasy, simply close the toilet door when it is not in use. This approach is based on common sense and the concept mentioned in Paragraph 4.1. Do you understand the concept now? Or is it still unclear? 5. The absence of significant corners can vary depending on the circumstances!
  14. Numerous coffeeshops prepare five servings of beverages for the five spirits... This particular Coffeeshop takes it a step further by offering: 1 cup of tea with milk, plain They may have a deep understanding of which spirit favors which preferences. Laugh out loud.
  15. Case Study 6: Okay thank you. We forgot to ask you about the placement of standing fans. Anywhere to avoid? No specific areas to avoid. As Feng Shui does not micro manage to the smallest thing
  16. Forgot to ask just now. You have good and reliable Property Agent to recommend? We thinking of moving to a smaller place since my mum is not around anymore.
