In my opinion, I can only depend on your description. You wrote "quite near the curve" + lower part of the LRT track. Here, I assume that it is not AT the curve. Thus if the unit is parallel to the curve, it might not a major issue.

Not all Feng Shui practitioners possess the same level of expertise. Many present themselves as Feng Shui experts while merely operating as commercial enterprises. In Singapore, the situation is exacerbated by those with established lineages who engage in such practices openly. One might question, "Is it necessary for me to purchase from you?" When consumer demand ceases, the supply will also diminish. Genuine Feng Shui is based on scientific principles and does not necessitate the acquisition of costly commercial items under the guise of Feng Shui.

Hi master, if my fridge has to be partial in line with stove, is it alright? Reply: so long as the fridge does not have a water dispenser that faces the stove. Or like some LG fridge where one can tap on a window and see water bottle(s).. facing the stove...

1. Often, when moving Guan Yin to a new home, it is common for people to inform her at each step of the way, such as before leaving the old home, when reaching the new home's car park, and when outside the main door. 2. Human factors 2.1. Before moving Guan Yin to your mother's home, it is important to check with her about her preferences. 2.2. Keep in mind that there are no strict rules for these matters. 2.3. If you feel that it should be cleansed based on good feelings and information, then go ahead. 3. You asked: "Is there a need to buy a new incense holder?" 3.1. Common sense should guide your decision. 3.2. For instance, if the current incense holder is too large or damaged, then it may be necessary to change it. 3.3. If you ask the shops selling incense holders, they may advise you to change, but consider their motives. 3.4. Another common sense consideration is that if you purchase a new incense holder, you will need to figure out how to dispose of the old one. 4. Other matters: 4.1. If the Guan Yin is "active" and has a real god within it, it may be best to bring it to your mother's home to avoid it being "dirtied" during transport to the temple or affected by other things. 4.2. Some Guan Yin statues are DUDs, meaning no god is within them. If so, get it cleansed and activated. 4.3. It's best to check with the temple directly if you are considering bringing it to them.

Is it ok to purchase a house near to petrol station ?
Cecil Lee replied to WinnieK's topic in General Help
1. Frankly, if you already have some doubts about it, equally there are many others who would have do so. 2. Thus even if it there is no issue, will or may affect your future resale value of this potential unit. 3. You can use the Search feature on "petrol stations" and these are some of them:- 4. There is a write-up on petrol station fumes beside this development:- 5. Previously had also posted a local article of the concern of a remote (not so common) leaking of underground tank(s) in a petrol station... 6. If in doubt, skip it... especially low floors and if wind blowing the fume vapours such as during vehicles pumping petrol / diesel on a daily basis... -
Some observations regarding the afternoon sun:- 1. The greenhouse effect leads to heat accumulation, which frequently penetrates the walls. 2. Children typically attend school in the morning but return home around noon. Adults often work in cooler environments. Many cannot afford to use air conditioning for the children. 3. Individuals of Asian descent generally possess darker skin, which reduces the risk of skin cancer despite increased exposure to UV rays. We Chinese have yellow skin, while other races have a brownish hue, which can be considered a hidden advantage. 4. When a master bedroom wall or the walls of living rooms and bedrooms absorb afternoon sunlight, they may continue to radiate heat even at 8 or 9 PM... just imagine that.... 5. With rising temperatures globally and in Singapore, the climate is becoming increasingly hotter... leading to a tendency for family members to become irritable.... it’s just common sense, lah. 6. Many individuals who have previously lived in homes that receive “afternoon sun” will often seek to avoid such residences if possible. 7. To be frank, none of these aspects are directly linked to Feng Shui. However, if after relocating, an individual asserts... there is an issue with the Feng Shui of my house, especially since we seem to be arguing constantly! Does this then qualify as Feng Shui or not?
