Case Study 2: After going through numerous comments and revisions, I will superimpose the ground floor onto the 2nd storey layout plan to see if there are any potential issues. For example: 1. On the 2nd storey: Is the stove above a bedroom/bed? 2. On the ground level: Is the toilet/WC above the main door? Is an altar directly below the 2nd storey's toilet etc...

Iconic Mountbatten Road (Previously Known as Olive Road)
Cecil Lee replied to Cecil Lee's topic in Around Singapore
The Ideal En Bloc Condos Location Are Districts 9, 10, and 15. After analysing the 87 condos that have gone en bloc between 2016 to 2019, these districts were the most common in terms of location. From here you can see that the districts that developers were most concentrated on were the higher-end districts, namely District 9 (11.5%), District 10 (24.1%) and District 15 (11.5%). District 10 took home the prize of the most popular district, garnering nearly a quarter of all the en bloc condos in the timeframe. The results here are unsurprising for two reasons. Firstly, as these are the more mature districts, they have a greater density of private developments and hence the bigger number of condominiums it would mean a bigger choice for developers to choose from. The second reason is that as these are traditionally the premium districts, they are obviously more in demand by people as well. Source and credit can be found within this attached:- -

Many Feng Shui concepts have it's roots in pure Common sense! Many Feng Shui Masters are actually a Salesperson with a Feng Shui Store in disguise. Recognise that their motive is only to Sell, sell, sell and make$$$, make$$$ make$$$! Ask: Must I buy from you? Spread the word to your relatives and friends. When the buying Stops!, the selling Can!

How about roller blinds? 1. Roller blinds often feature cords, whether they are hidden within beads or exposed strings. 2. It is important to ensure that the bed is not positioned near these cords to prevent any accidents. 3. One can envision a scenario where a loose cord could potentially pose a risk of entangling a child's head, highlighting the importance of safety measures.

Facilities at Neu @ Novena:- In the past, these two items (especially the 70 lots are a major consideration) 70 carpark lots at Basement 1 & 2. 2 Accessible carpark lots. Today, this is also a selling point.... 22 bicycle lots. Good news is that bicycles especially the expensive ones can also be parked within each unit... LOL!

Caution: Message for those who have never bought a related product before: On holiday in Taiwan? Why give your hard earned money to a Store in Taiwan? Please walk away from such stores and sellers. Remember this: Charity begins at Home! Why give your hard-earned money away to a glorified Sales person? ! LOL

Many Feng Shui Masters (FSMs) are themselves a Feng Shui Store. In Singapore and Malaysia one can easily notice walking past a store selling lots of modern commercial Feng Shui products. The FSMs in these stores are often simply a Sales person. Ask: Must I buy from YOU? When the buying Stops! The selling Can! These products are for the unlucky. Why unlucky? Donate one's hard earned money to these sellers. LOL

Frankly, keeping of a Pixiu is a modern commercial invention sold in the name of Feng Shui. 1. Keep one merely as any other DECORATIVE piece and nothing else. 2. And yes, some Feng Shui Masters are actually a Feng Shui Store and/or a specific Feng Shui store would like one to hear of it's potential magic. 3. There are a billion Chinese on this earth. And normal Chinese don't own one. Thus if normal Chinese don't ... those owning it are known as? __normal LOL! 4. Feng Shui is purely scientific. 5. If need to dispose, I have already said these are merely decorative items... nothing more.. nothing less.. dispose like any other unwanted decorative items....
