(and perhaps stack #56) under certain conditions: 1.1. Sunny day where the sun is intense and shines onto the pool area 1.2. Usually lower floors at either #57 and or #56 1.3. Majority of neighbours did not open any of their "openings" be it the balcony or windows. 1.4. Right wind conditions that blow "air" towards e.g #03-57. Under some or all of the above conditions, there is a higher chance of "dirty" pool chemical "water" gets blown into the unit.... thus may result in family members falling sick inhaling it.   4. Part 4: Usually, the more experienced buyer will often try to avoid purchasing a unit influenced by the afternoon sun. For one thing, especially in the evenings, the interior of the unit may feel very warm. Sometimes, the heat may even soak into the walls or glass panels and ozze out heat in the evening. Overall, if so, the entire unit may be quite warm.

I have highlighted in RED, some facilities that may have an effect on some persons. 7. In addition, there is a commercial glamping site a commercial at East Coast Parkway. This development also boasts a glamping side at around it's 2o'clock position directly facing Block 971 stacks #53 and #54. Clue: some sort of an external camping....
  6. Part 2: One of the first priorities under Can or Cannot buy is to locate where the Bin Centre (BC) is at Parc Komo. And if possible steer clear of the purchase of a unit anywhere remotely close to it as possible. Think of the BC as a plague.... Did not expect the Bin Centre to be at this location, and so close to two towners as well as three stacks: #27, #28 & #83. No wrong to also add stack #82 also. Same layout, just that this is at different level:-

  11. Part 13: Any potential poison arrows from sharp corners of neighbouring blocks? 1. The two closest blocks are Block 4 and 5 of HDB Boon Keng Road. 2. As these two blocks run parallel to HDB Kempas Residences site; the only potential poison arrow coming from these two blocks is one of the corners of Block 5 aimed towards Block 1B stack #11. 3. The good news is that this poison arrow neutralises each other as they are aimed at each other's corner. Thus totally no issue at all. 4. On the other hand, sometimes, a new development's block layout could instead become a threat. Such as Block 1B's stack #19 has a sharp angle aimed towards Block 5 Boon Keng Road:- 5. As HDB Kempas Residences blocks are angled as opposed to being parallel to that of Blocks 4, 5, 6; it MAY inadvertently cause or result in more poison arrows coming from this development to: Blocks 4, 5, 6! 6. Please take note that poison arrows arise only if it is aimed towards a unit's opening such as the main door or windows. 7. For example, the Kempass Residences (KR) MSCP. As this car-park is 7 storeys high, it's sharp corner as shown by the green arrow may only be a threat up to approximately 7 or 8th storey high at Boon Keng Block 4. 7.1. If one has ever been to the roof-top of an MSCP; the boundary of the roof-top is always lined with street lamps spaced out at specific distances. These lamp post it is slices towards a unit's main door or windows; it is also considered a poison arrow. 8. The DROP OFF (DOP) roof-top may sometimes pose a poison arrow if it is aimed towards say Block 4 or Block 6 - a unit facing this roof-line (IF ANY). 9. [Above] I have added more POTENTIAL poison arrow(s) if any from Block 2B ....
  12. General Knowledge: Is it always necessary or compulsory to place a partition (highlighted in yellow)? What do you think...? YES/NO/MAYBE???
  13. In the past, the stove table top is lower similar to these photos so that a portable stove can be placed. Such that when the portable stove has been placed; as can be seen in the following photos, the cooker hobs are around or exactly at the same level as the actual table top of the rest of the kitchen cabinets. It is because of this that is why till today, many still believed that this is Feng Shui. And that the "Stove should be lower than the sink". But what these people forgot is that the lower height of the stove table top is to provide allowance for the entire stove module. As can be seen (below) the two hobs are exactly at the same level with the rest of the kitchen table top:-

  15. Part 9: Location, location and location Many years back when we are in a class: there are always the Top students, the average and the poor grade students. Same, here. All developments have good, average and below average units. Location, location, location accounts for a high 70% of the total Feng Shui luck.
  16. Part 8: You will never be able to purchase a unit ending with a number 4 in Champion Green. Good or bad depending on one’s preference-:) Thus don't ever dream of it, here. A blessing in disguise? LOL This is because all units sold here have all odd numbers! P.S.   17. Part 12: Breaking [FAKE] News! HDB's 100 percent assurance that they will never sell you a unit with numbers: #04, #14 or #44 at Kempas Residences! HDB Sales Team wants you to know that they understand some of their clients well! Do you know that all stacks/units in this development are ODD numbered? And like POSBank = "NEIGHBOURS FIRST!" they want you to know that their people are also your neighbours. Or Ka Ki Lang.. LOL... P.S.   18. Part 9: What happens if I have an affinity only to ODD Unit numbers like 111, 113, 115? Sorry then you may have to look else where like HDB Garden Vale. HDB Plantation Acres only allows a unit that has an EVEN unit number! LOL HDB Spokesman says: "If you don't like unit numbers such as 544 etc... then who ask you to choose such a unit in the first place?" P.S.   19. *** BREAKING (FAKE) NEWS *** "An architect firm by the name of Bo Liao Architects & Sons has been permanently banned from designing future HDB BTO developments". The CEO of Bo Liao Architects & Sons had just called a shareholder's meeting at their HQ:- The CEO has been fired due to a vote of no confidence. Even her Indian Vastu Master says so... And her next job? Still got a job? Yes! A homemaker at her own home. LOL... P.S. Bo Liao is a Hokkien term. Which is translated into English as "No substance"..

Private developers will never show this on their Sales brochure: 2. [Singapore Casket] = It is nothing bad. Just plain honesty on the part of HDB Town map. 3. Hey! At least there is no excuse should a potential Kempas Residences to later on claim or faint ignorance that they were not informed of this. 3.1. For the civil servants; at least they can sleep soundly as their "backs are covered".. LOL 4. Perhaps the once upon a time Fernvale - Temple - Urn Niche was a wake-up lesson, here!
