  1. Case Study: A blessing in disguise! P.S. "Heng Ah" (Hokkien) = Phew! I am safe... The "kink" as found highlighted in yellow = "z" is indeed a blessing in disguise. Coupled with especially house No. 4 Terang Bulan Avenue has a wide space as shown in partial green = y. Phew!
  2. Nowadays the three digit analog (dial) combination locks are cheap. Price range from $5.90 to $9.90. The Touch Screen Digital Electronic Password is seems slightly cheaper now... P.S. Please note that Geomancy.net does not sell these. Part of a wider common knowledge.
  3. Case Study: Examples of houses affected by a T-Junction in a country (Singapore) with Right-hand drive cars... At time of writing, House number 62 Figaro Street shows "blank". This implies that the house is currently under construction. For example at Figaro Street house number 27 is not shown. It is also under construction. Same for House number 13 at Aida Street. Examples of houses at a T-junction on Figaro Stree are House no. 12, 36, 62 and 37C.
  4. As I mentioned, the Boss of a company or business entity is suppose to grow the company. Already mentioned in detail, in my earlier reply. Please note that each of us have our birth date. Thus with our birthdate then we an come up with our element e.g. strong or weak metal element. How can everything be isolated. A building a shop front or a coffee-shop also has it's specific birth date. When it was born. And what direction it faces. Kopitiam is also govern by even auspicious colours or colour associations etc... Just because your favourable colours are suitable to you. Then you have to use the suitable colours based on self? Check this out.. quite similar... a shop's ba zi is also looked it by the science of Compass school Feng shui... In the example below... how come a sector cannot use a certain colour e.g. green or yellow etc.. etc... The saying goes: " A little knowledge is a dangerous thing".
  5. You wrote: " Cause under your element chart it is under Wood element, some may argue it is fall under Water or Fire element. " Who says that there must always be a single right or wrong answer? P.S. Si Mee Lah! (Hokkien) means What huh?
  6. Frankly, there is no one size fits all answer. For example, a CEO is often in charge of many people and functions. He can be in charge of:- 1. Accounting = metal 2. Marketing and sales = fire 3. Public Relations = Water etc... But a CEO is suppose to grow the business. Thus even if he is in-charge of many functions, he is suppose to GROW the company thus Wood element. Again, even if you are in the Kopitam business... 1. if you are making drinks and selling drinks... then what's wrong with being of the Water element. 2. if you fry Char Kuay Teow or carrot cake etc... what's wrong being a Fire element? 3. Therefore, who says that one has to be in a specific element? 4. If you are a boss of a Koptiam, by right you are suppose to GROW the "Kopitiam" right? 5. A CEO of a Kopitiam is suppose to grow the company = Wood element. 6. If you are holding flyers or distributing them for your business then perhaps... you like to hear that it is Fire element.. = very suitable to you. 7. Thus there is no right or wrong answer for every occupation. 8. In the field of Strategic Management, and if one applies concepts like Professor Porter's Five Forces etc... one can understand that there can also be two or more elements: 8.1. For example, if I work for Honda/BMW, generally, Honda/BMW car manufacturing can belong to the Metal Element. 8.2. But if I am hired by them to be an accountant, then the element is metal. If I am hired as a Salesman, then my core job function is Fire element. Wow.. if they hire me as a GM or CEO, I am suppose to grow the company.. = Wood element. 9. Why can't a job have different elements?
  7. Another powerful factor to consider is stigma. 1. Sometimes, even if we are open to living near a hospital, stigma can play a role. 2. In many cases, you don’t have to be very close to a hospital for it to be a concern. 3. For some people, even seeing a hospital from a few kilometers away can be off-putting. 4. For example, HDB DBSS Adora Green has several units with a clear view of Khoo Teck Puat Hospital (KTPH). 5. I often receive private messages asking if this is a bad thing. 6. Honestly, it is difficult to change someone’s bias, fears, or perceptions. 7. So, if you are unsure, it may be best to consider other options. 8. Ultimately, buying a home is a big investment. With HDB flats having decreasing leases, this could soon lead to poor resale value, difficulty selling, or getting only low offers.
  8. Again, I empathise with you. Please also understand the purpose of this forum....
  9. 1. Although I can empathise with you on your plight. 2. But seriously, please be realistic. 2.1. Just because one can post messages to a forum, does not mean one can post..... 2.2. Furthermore, based on the 12 Habits of Feng Shui, not even the 1st habit has been considered... 3. The First Habit of Feng Shui which is a very important one!... 4. Other matters: 4.1. Not too long ago, I know of a couple who had stayed in an upscale condominium in Bukit Timah. 4.2. They were at WITs ends when their concealed wiring particularly in their utility room also had issues. 4.3. Surprisingly.. the cause were termites... ! Perhaps, yours could be other issues... 4.4. Your situation may not be similar to this issue. But hey! Again, Triage can be applied to many other things. Not necessary in the medical or Feng Shui field.
  10. Hi can I check if any of the master offer service to arrange seating position for the leader of a team? If yes may I ask roughly what is the service charges? Weekdays is $288/-. Weekends is an additional $68 more
  11. Advised her to reconsider not to... But she insisted to arrange a site visit. At last, she cancelled the viewing of a unit, here.
  12. An experienced client who is again taking up my service to check on a potential new home at a condo development... Client:” Preferably weekend evening as I need to check west sun also“
  13. Using the protractor method to get an accurate compass readings. Of course, cannot do without an accurate street map. This street map uses the data.gov survey map. In order to do an Off-site Feng Shui review, always recognise e.g. standing inside the living room looking outwards. For example, this is how the layout should be aligned for stack #01. In this example, it is a penthouse unit. Once, I have this, can do the rest to determine the compass direction of the unit. Bearing in mind that this is a Period 7 Flying Star Feng Shui unit.
  14. China’s pork shortage puts dog and rabbit meat back on the menu in rural communities
  15. You will see that my replies are short. Finally, Sorry what is the purpose?
  16. The kid swallowed a coin.. Just watch how professionally a doctor extracts it, while another hospital might even perform a surgery and empty the parent's wallet.
  17. Fernwood Towers Flying Star Feng Shui under Period 7. (T.O.P. 1994)
  18. I believe that Real Estate agents will be around for many years to come. As there will always be a need for a go between for most people: buyers and sellers. However, looks like the field is tightening especially for the more common transactions related to HDB flats, ECs and condos. Here, the rental market... This is one of the examples.... I saw advertised on Facebook will browsing it... P.S. I don’t know this company or ever used their service. Just curious that there is such a service...
  19. Case Study 6A: Mixed developments always have air-con cooling towers somewhere on the roof or in this case close to the common area(s) of the residential facilities. Before signing on the dotted line, check with your respective Agent or in this case a CDL representative that the mall air-con cooling towers are not close-by or next to your potential unit. Often, if one's unit is beside such a cooling tower, one may hear the noise generated by the cooling fans x ? how many? In addition, when the development gets older... often.. older cooling tower fans may get noisier. In addition, the flow of air from the cooling towers are not exactly a breath of fresh air. If you kinda get my drift.. P.S. VRF stands for Variable refrigerant flow. Invented by Daikin https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Variable_refrigerant_flow Case Study 6B: Humming sound can be heard from nearby units of the HDB estate which are beside or close to the door of the Tampine Care Home Turn on the volume to hear the humming... Apologies, my phone is just an ordinary phone... cannot capture the exact pitch of the humming quite well... IMG_2018.MOV IMG_2021.MOV Click on below for a longer recording of the humming... 20. Many Feng Shui Masters are actually a Feng Shui Salesman trying to off-load their commercial products. Feng Shui is scientific and does not require the purchase of Commercial Products in the name of Feng Shui. Ask: "Must I buy from YOU?"
