  1. Why you shouldn't wash raw chicken. Huh? Fake News? How to handle prepare raw chicken? The advice is DON'T! Don't believe? Check out this advice which has the approval of Center for Disease Control (CDC) USA! https://www.facebook.com/115222941001/posts/10157826128071002?s=100002404263621&v=e&sfns=mo In disbelief for many older folks...
  2. The other project by the same developer was.... Most likely this was the last : "shoot oneself in the foot" type of situation for the developer.... and the intervention by "higher powers" in this tiny red dot... may spell impending doom.. a matter of time... in SGP...
  3. This same developer obtained a not so complimentary "No-sale Licence" at One Normanton Park:- With such a mega site (second only to Treasure at Tampines for 2019) .... not sure if this developer can still.... survive... with the No-sale Licence... hmmm....
  4. The earliest or it's first project by the same company:- The most recent...
  5. Kingsford Hillview Peak at Hillview Rise was the first project of Chinese-citizen-turned-Singaporean Cui Zhengfeng. He is also the owner of Kingsford Huray in Singapore. Kingsford Huray obtained a No-Sale Licence at One Normation Park:-
  6. Many resources in this forum was posted many (many) years ago. Thus, please check when the resource was posted before clicking on some of the links. For example, this resource was posted in the year 2002. I did a random checks and found some of the sites had already closed down. For example even this CDL's Myhome.com http://www.myhome.com.sg The first homeowners' portal in Singapore. Is no longer around. (Nowadays developers prefer to use their main website instead of fancy websites like My this or My that ...) In internet years 17 years is a long time. LOL
  7. Morning Master Cecil, i need your advice on my guan yin wood statue Recentle found a line on her back that look like cracked
  8. Around Geylang... Had my much at this Coffee shop. Just last week ago, heard that a car went out of control and rammed into this same Coffeeshop. Fortunately around 20 persons got out of the way.. in time.. Durian season.. on the cheap.. 1 for $1 also got..
  9. 1970’s Yi Xiu Factory Building 65 Sims Avenue
  10. A new batch of lush green beans has emerged at The Clementi Canopy.
  11. This year’s Hungry Ghost month starts on 1 August to 30 August 2019.
  12. Once upon a time.... before the construction of Central Expressway CTE and around the neighbourhood of Gardenvista...
  13. New kid on the block and close-by...
  14. "Luck can change with times".. LOL! New neighbours can also affect the Feng Shui of the site...
  15. Feng Shui is never static. Sometimes it can be once upon a time good. But due to surrounding redevelopments.. change the status quo.. LOL!
  16. Generally no poison arrow(s). But with the T.O.P. of the 10 storeys high Jardin at the former Yeo Hosp Seng Drinks factory; the Jardin has blocked much of the “frontage views”. Thus development has poorer Shaoes and Forms as compared to the years 2003 till 2012 or before the competition of Jardin in 2013. P.S. Gardenvista = 12 storeys high. Jardin = 10 storeys high.
  17. 2018/2019 Happy Dumpling Festival Whatsapp exhange
  18. So happens we have WWII surplus cannons. Can you let us have your address to sent to? LOL
  19. Once upon a time, tear drop polished metallic seats were placed outside the newly completed HDB flats at Clementi Central. These were quickly removed. As they became a health issue as they can be hot and scald someone! Let’s hope something like this is also not soaked in heat! A dedicated Police equipment room... The centre piece is to deter someone lying down and sleep on this bench:
  20. Who says a notice board is just for one selfish seller! Should boycott such people.. LOL Again at another block:-
  21. Please note that Feng Shui does not take unit number into consideration. More to do with cultural preferences. For example, all SIA planes never have a #13. Perhaps to cater for western preferences in the past and today. Unit numbers like 04-44 or 14-44 don’t appeal to SOME Chinese. And or may sometimes affect resale value. There are some who instead find such numbers lucky. But this is often limited to fewer Chinese.
  22. Fortunately, the rubbish bin well is not sharing the same wall as the living room. But nevertheless, ouch! Can certainly impact on future resale value..
