Case Study 2: Good that the plot is pretty much rectangular (Shapes and Forms Feng Shui). 1. A new road Canberra Crescent serves both Parc Canberra and another EC (by developer MCC). 2. As Canberra Link (a major road) where also the MRT tracks follow is slightly noisy at times. Hopefully, the developer place the multi storey car park at this side of the development. 2.1. Brownstone and The Visionaire has few stacks/units exposed to this Canberra Link road. 3. MRT station is around a 5 minutes walk. But frankly, this is not really a Feng Shui consideration, though. But often, it is one of the selling points especially for young couples and the elderly.

Case Study 18: Staying in a unit directly above the domestic transfer water tank & pump room. 1. For re-sale flats, it is easy to spot such units. 1.1. Usually it is a 2nd storey unit directly above this pump room. 1.2. For under construction HDB flats, hopefully the Sales Brochure site plan would highlight this. (Unfortunately, I have not come across this information on many or all of their site plans). 1.3. Instead HDB do highlight the Electrical Sub-Station (ESS) and Consumer Electric Room). These are fortunately in a separate 1 storey building within the development. 1.4. The same cannot be said for condos especially private condos. On November 27, 2019, a notice was seen inside a pavilion situated in an HDB estate in Anchorvale, Sengkang. The main area of this estate is encircled or "enclosed" by the sections of the pavilion.
