Kitchen located in the Northwest sector. How?
Cecil Lee replied to myfs_110970's topic in General Help
Case Study of an actual development: HDB Toa Payoh Kim Keat Beacon BTO with real life example of Kitchen at NW... If one has the time, please go through especially Part 8 and onwards for a detailed understanding of the above. -
Revisited: Matilda Court facing TPE and Bellewaters condo The unit(s) where I am standing although faces the TPE. Fortunately the MSCP car park did wonders in helping to reduce the traffic noise on the TPE significantly. Bellewaters Condo units facing the TPE are not so lucky. When Bellewaters T.O.P. previously, I had several clients who live just across Matlida Court in one of theses stacks/units. And believe me, depending on the floor/stoery the traffic sound especially kinda echoes from the RC ledge of the balcony and magnified into the units. The bedroom windows also when opened; the bedrooms are pretty noisy.. to most of us who are not used to such heavy traffic noises. Some of the loudest are that of the sound of motorcyle engines..

First Time Open Door Procedure for new or re-sale home
Cecil Lee replied to Cecil Lee's topic in Around Singapore
Master Cecil, for the first time open door procedure, the fruits, tea leaves and Fa Gao placed in the Centre of the living room, is there any specific placement? Or it is ok just to put all in the Centre? Reply: Yes in the centre for major fruits. In any arrangements as shown in these samples -
I would like to check how Long after moving in can we arrange the house warming is it based on the dates given also, Reply: yes based on dates given. There is no bible or rule to say when one can arrange the house warming. Based on common sense. By moving in.. means everything is ready in the house. Your kitchen with stove installed. Thus nothing to do with Feng Shui. Common sense.

What is the benefit of the Sum of Ten?
Cecil Lee replied to myfs_137363's topic in Flying Star Feng Shui (Xuan Kong Fei Xing)
Further to what I had mentioned:- Sum-of-ten takes into consideration:- 1. Shapes and Forms Feng Shui (the shape as rectangular as possible) 2. Flying Stars Feng Shui: 2.1. By right each sector should be looked at and either enhanced or bad qi neutralised. 2.2. Frontage : Look at the Mountain Star (MS) and Water Star (WS) and see whether any enhancement can be activated. For example, it would be exceptionally good from 2004 to 2023 that there is a WS #8 at the frontage. Make an effort to activate this to kick-in the sum-of-ten. When applying a water cure, here be careful where the water position is placed. If placed wrongly especially to the right of the main door can bring upon illicit affairs or "roving eyes". 2.3. Look at the Mountain and water stars at the rear of the home. For example if the rear of the house has again from 2004 to 2023 a MS#8 this should be activated to tap on the sum-of-ten. 3. In fact, if possible all sectors of the house should have a Flying Star evaluation to see if each sector's luck can be boosted. Which simply means, doing a Flying Star review of the sum-of-ten house! -

Thanks for the information. 1. In my opinion, in general, the external looks acceptable with gated surroundings. 2. Some are affected by kitchen at NW, others not so. 3. Bedroom at NW and other factors includes the suitability to the owners need to be considered... 3.1 Such as the Eight house chart to the right 3.2 And finally the three major considerations: The above three are looked at to have a final holistic look at the house. 4. Resource on Kitchen at NW and why some are not affected by this: The relevant page from the above resource

Frankly, hard to visualise with just this layout plan. Firstly it is blur. As well as no external perspectives.

Please make an effort to use the search feature in this forum. There are many references to the altar dimensions:- I found 28 results....

Those acquainted with The Clementi Mall will recognize this as one of the linkways connecting Clementi MRT station to Clementi Central. There are three sets of escalators positioned in front of the shop. Typically, two of them are moving downward, while the remaining one is designated for upward movement.

This Jurong line is a link between the North to Southern side and NW of this district. Most noticeable is this entirely new Jurong line that is at the door step of NTU and Jurong East Avenue Three. Includes the iconic name of Peng Kang Hill. Where many section commanders must have memories good or not so good about it. LOL
