The above can result in a "stigma" associated with homes located close the Pasir Gudang, Johor, Malaysia. In fact, when HDB launched several developments in Punggol, a few clients who had tasked me to do a Can or cannot buy avoided selecting any from Punggol. At that time, he zoomed into the Tampines "GREEN..." series of flats instead. Thus it can be possible that in the future, more and more will eventually shun Punggol... And yes, it is very difficult to offset prejudices such as this... even if it may not be true... or an occassional thing.... This is a onemap street plan showning Malaysia's Industrial estate Pasir Gudang is just a stone's throw away from SGP... How come SGP has so many atas universities. And non does a study or thesis on this? Hmm..... If you are a university student or a university researcher... why not do a research paper... on this ..... to get erh.. your Doctorate.. in...

Question: Hi Cecil, if we put dining table at our balcony. Any fengshui indication for our family ? Comments: This is not Feng Shui. More to do with common sense and taboos (if any).. Like external even with external blinds.. can be windy or if blinds are open.. even at 10 storeys can find insects... There is a condern if no invisible grilles... children can climb on the chair and tables and dangerous.. Thus is more of a lifestyle thing...

Morning Master, if the salt water cure is place 1) above the wardrobe in the room next to living room and 2) top level kitchen cabinet above the stove highlighted by the orange circles, near your your original proposed locations, is that fine? As the original proposed locations have difficulty placing them.

Just T.O.P. Good that the common area has clean looks.. nothing like that of Visionaire’s obstacle course. P.S. Sometimes it is better for the developers to concentrate on what they do best than to offer additional packages like smart systems. As often, these smart technologies become outdated as what some residents found out when they received....And such premium packages costing $7K etc... are not cheap...

I visited Seletar Mall, where I found that the Daiyo brand wired bell serves the same function as the MK brand. The complimentary casing is a valuable addition, although it can be omitted if desired. This applies to developments such as Treasure Crest, The Clementi Canopy, The Topiary, and PARC Riviera, among others.

For information, it is also unfortunate that many commerical sellers and (some so called Feng Shui Masters) of such salt lamps claim that this is meant as a Feng Shui enhancement or cure. Rubbish! Buy like any other decorative items that one normally buy. Please don't connect it to Feng Shui.

Q: And on top how many light can we put ? Just one or can hv many light to shine on painting and right corner Reply: But if spot lights.. do buy lots of spares. As often the aircon servicing person is going to have their ladders kissing these lights and damaging them if they are not FLUSHED into the ceiling. So chose those flushed into the ceiling tillable lights are best.

Q: Also for the left dragon and white tiger for feng shui....is building a house with car park on the right side before entering the main door...going to activate the tiger? Is that good or bad? Frankly, your questions are like a computer nerd. The answer has to be always 1 or 0? Is it good or bad? Very bad Feng Shui For example, if someone post a one liner statement... how then can someone regurgitate a "one-size" fits all reply? Taking a cue from the age old medical practises especially more so.. at 24 Hour A&E practises:- Feng Shui Triage Proper trouble-shooting is required. In addition, Compass School of Feng Shui also needed to be considered...... Traditional... it is not so simplistic as what you wrote. As the proper frontage has also to be determined to find out exactly where the White tiger location is. And other considerations e.g. not to have a circular pool that symbolises the mouth of the tiger .. it can also be the architectural design. In addition, many Doctors who become interested in Feng Shui. Also conceptualise that everything must be where they are. Thus, from a doctor's perspective, some assume that it is like the human body where all heart should exactly be located, the location of the liver etc.. In human anatomy.. where got the heart is at the bottom-side.. etc... But Feng Shui does not need to or is not always the same place or location. For all one knows... in Feng Shui, one's head could be at bottom of the body while the hands and legs can swop... this sort of thing.... Frankly... Feng Shui is not too clinical... Under the Management concept of "Situational Approach".. no two situations are the same. And as mentioned earlier... a triage is required. Thus how to answer a question if the writer always wants a Yes or No ; Good or Bad answer... Feng Shui is not one size-fits all... It Depends! I strongly suggest, please don't ask a Good or Bad, Yes or No, 0 or 1 question with such limited information. Replies can be misunderstood...

Q: Can i ask if a few steps before the main door is considered the same as stairs? Is there any differences? Are steps or stairs before the main door very bad feng shui and why 1. Do a search for "Auspicious no. of steps" and there are lots of past resources on this. 2. All the time, I mentioned the word: STEPS. Never "Auspicious no. of stairs [steps]". 3. Thus common sense says that given there are auspicious number of steps; there can be inauspicious number of steps. 4. Thus steps before the main door can count as auspicious or inauspicious. 5. In general, if the steps before the main door count is inauspicious. Then it considered inauspicious. 6. Common sense need not be Feng Shui 6.1. Not elderly/disabled friendly or baby/toddler friendly.

There are just too many considerations in a home purchase. Although missing corners can be one of them. It is certainly not of the highest weightage. Ultimately the two major success factors are: 1. Location, location and location which accounts for 70% of the total Feng Shui luck. 2. Next major considerations or the remaining 30% goes to this:- [Based on the Main Breadwinner’s profile] In addition, do take note that a real fantastic waterfall is one where no amount of money can buy it....
