Leaf design ceiling fans
Cecil Lee replied to Cecil Lee's topic in Ba Zi Feng Shui / 4 Pillars of Destiny / Life Reading
This ceiling fan commonly found at MRT stations have eight blades. The more blades means less vibrations and smoother and more powerful wind flow. -

WaterBank at Dakota (Water Bank) - Which units are lucky today?
Cecil Lee replied to Cecil Lee's topic in Around Singapore
A leaf from traditional bridge. Where it is never a straight path.. The idea is that ghosts have difficulty negotiating the 90 degree turns, here. -
WaterBank at Dakota These ground floor units have high bushes and plants to shield it for the constant vehicle movements “towards it” when these vehicles exit the development Imagine the frontage of your unit looks like this:- Poor bright Hall effect : due to always dim and dark = poor Feng Shui Luck This car needs to turn past the ground floor PES: Here the vehicle needs to take a 90 degrees turn to the right in order to avoid ploughing into the ground floor units:- While other Units facing the canal and pool have better luck:-

Hope you understand, this (specific) is beyond this general advice forum. I am more than happy if you post similar questions such as these: But not specific questions about " 13, 8 or 14. etc..." Frankly, no else nor many would be interested in ..... Furthermore, someone has to make an effort to prepare, analyse + review and comment... -
There is no scientific literature to suggest that magnetism is harmful, in my view. Furthermore, there are a number of private apartments with the transformer room located directly above a unit. Just recently, I shared photos of several HDB homes with the transformer room situated below a unit. If you have this concern, whether it is real or imagined, you are not alone. This is often referred to as the "grandmother stigma" or an old wives' tale. As a result, this could potentially impact or diminish the future resale value of the property.

East Crown at Canberra recently T.O.P. This is the precinct pavilion: One issue is that many flats particularly 2nd and 3rd storeys have a full view of it.. good or bad... bad if a wake occurs during one’s festival eg Chinese New Year.. etc From this photo block 119B, 120A and B has a view of this pavilion:- From East Crown: this is the view of under construction block 131A East link I. East link I development has a shopping centre. And it is facing the under construction Canberra MRT station. Canberra MRT is slated to be operational in 2018.

Part 4: Drawing a parallel with the kitchen refrigerator Lets talk about a home and even many shopping centres and food courts and even local market cum food centre. The sink is often located at the outer-most of many of these toilets Where do we find a sink behind the WC? For a common kitchen, often we also place the refrigerator closest to the entrance of the kitchen. How often does one see the refrigerator close to the service yard side of a kitchen? The sink is also like the refrigerator. Many homes and public places place them closest to the entrance area of a toilet.

Part 3: Common sense says that is it always best to mount the mirror facing the toilet door. (Mirror at a brighter - lighted area) 1. This is to allow natural light to come-in to the toilet. And thus when we open the toilet door; some light would enter the toilet. As opposed to the mirror inside the toilet. And often must always turn on the lights in order to see one-self. This is not the case of A and D. 2. Isn't it more natural to open the toilet door and one can quickly look at one's facial features. Instead of opening the door and greeted with a THRONE. And having to turn a corner to view one's face.

Part 2: Hygiene consideration. Isn't this also based on common sense? 1. Do you know that whenever we do not close the toilet lid; and flush the toilet, the micro-droplets will "spray" out of the toilet bowl. 1.1. Below, the illustration may seem exaggerated.. but look at the "spray" pattern:- For A and D: If do not close the toilet door, the toilet micro-droplet or spray would flow out of the toilet door! For B: Imagine, the tooth brush, cosmetics etc.. may be sprayed by the WC "water". C: In this case is suppose to be the least of the worst of the above. Does the above evaluation makes sense? Thus, no need to tie this with Feng Shui. Simply try to analyse it via pure common sense, right? In addition for C: even if one forgot to close the toilet door; one is seated to the side of the toilet.

PART 1: Common sense and avoiding knee injury and or feeling awkward.. In my opinion, there are two considerations: 1. The first consideration is always: Has common sense to do with any of these layouts? 2. Based on common sense Feng Shui; Let's look at "D": 2.1. Imagine if forgot to lock the door. Someone is quite rough and force their way in when one is seated on the "THRONE". May even cause injury to the knee or calf-muscles. Thus, one should not use this layout plan. (Unless perhaps using a bi-fold door) 2.2. A is just as bad. But luckily there could be a toilet roll module on the wall to at least halt the door fully opened. But if one looks at the photo: the knee caps may also be vulnerable like that of Para 2.1 marking D. In addition, it makes not sense that a toilet door cannot be fully opened. And if one is not careful, the right leg : when seated on the throne.. may also hit toilet roll. 3. Most people would feel more comfortable with the toilet seat at marking C. 3.1. How many toilets have a WC as shown in marking B? This may still work or be okay. But would you or majority feel comfortable seating on such a throne? If not then; in my opinion, the clear winner should be marking C.

Attached are macro use of Flying Star Feng Shui. And in these two examples, Flying Star numbers are applied to them:- Hopefully, what you are applying is also based on Flying Star numbers. And not the "fixed" templates type of Ba Gua e.g. where North = career, SW = romance etc... If so, go somewhere else. As this is the laughing stock of traditional Feng Shui world. It can also be applied in a room. But less effective given that a room is small. Avoid posting any attachments with .docx as these may contain virus. Anyway, I did open the attachment in a contained environment. But nothing found except for an "i".

Leaf design ceiling fans
Cecil Lee replied to Cecil Lee's topic in Ba Zi Feng Shui / 4 Pillars of Destiny / Life Reading
Tall Ceiling fans with nine blades. Actually the more blades the more air-flow + less wind vortex to the fan blades = a smooth flow. For example these fans are like cars with V8 or V12 engines. If not, fans hung so high will wobble noticeably and may even cause it to come away from the mounted bolts. These fans hang as high as 4.8 metres high. Utra quiet DC motors. Location: Food Paradise at Eastwave Canberra -

This house faces a T-junction. Often the owners go into a defensive mode and a build amore robust solid frontage similar to this illustration. With the exception that some don’t add additional Lion’s.. This photo was taken directly from the main gate of the house. It shows that this house faces this T-junction: Side view: To the left is the T-junction: The main gate and high concrete walls: Close-up of the solid concrete walls:
