  13. HDB Eunos Court features stacks or units that face three different directions: N1, S1, or E1. The four-bedroom units are available in either N1 or S1 orientations, whereas the three-bedroom and two-bedroom units predominantly face E1, with a few also facing N1. 1. N1= 318, 320, 332, 334, 340, 342, 352, 354, 356, 370, 372, 374, 380, 382, 384 and 386 has the auspicious double 8s at it's frontage. Good if the frontage has a water position. 1.1 It is favorable for the master bedroom to be situated in the NE sector, as it possesses beneficial auspicious star combinations of MS#6 and WS#1. 1.2 A bedroom positioned in the East is advantageous for serving as both a bedroom and a study. 1.3 The remaining sectors are associated with inauspicious stars and may require mitigation measures. 2. S1 includes the following numbers: 312, 316, 326, 328, 330, 392, 394, 366, 368, 348, 350, 378, 362, 360, 368, 366, 394, among others. The auspicious wealth stars MS#8 and WS#8 are located at the rear of the unit, which is unfortunate as this area typically comprises the kitchen and yard. 2.2 A bedroom located in the East sector is beneficial, particularly for study purposes. 2.3 If the main entrance is positioned in the NE sector, it is considered excellent due to the favorable combinations of MS#1 and WS#6 present in this area.

  15. Case Study 2: Scanning the external environment for any threats? (If any) One will realise that the Sales brochure's site plan has mapped out the outline of other existing HDB flats in the near vicinity of HDB Anchorvale Village. Can you see the yellow highlighted circles? Some of these circles shows the sharp corner of the existing blocks aimed towards a particular stack at HDB Anchorvale Village. At best only after the units are completed; can one then accurately access: standing inside the unit looking outwards to see if such a sharp edge or corner is aimed towards an opening in this development or not. What happens if it is only aimed at an external wall? Then no issue. What happens if it is aimed towards a living room opening or windows. Then harder to cure. What happens if it is aimed towards a bedroom window. Then one solution is to draw down a day curtain. "If it cannot be seen, it no longer becomes a threat" applies.

As it is one collective single block of flats: the flats either face Flying Stars Period 8: N2 or S2. N2= Stacks/Units 354, 356, 358, 360, 362, 382, 384, 368 & 360: These stacks has the double auspicious #8's wasted at the "back" of the unit. Thus not as favourable. S2 = Stacks/Units 350, 352, 364 etc are the best stacks for a East group person. As both frontage enjoys the double auspicious #8 wealth stars. And furthermore their facing directions has water. Bring great wealth. 1. Attached, please find a sample illustration of a Flying Star Period 8, S2 chart. 2. In the attachment: it is advantages for the [8] & [8] which symbolises : Prosperity, good wealth at the frontage of the home. Vs a N2 facing where this good stars are wasted at the "rear" which is usually the kitchen/yard area. 3. The only concern for a S2 facing chart is that so often, the kitchen may be located at NW sector. Which in Feng Shui is called: "Fire at Heaven's Gate". And this can affect the male breadwinner's career luck. 4. Thus for a South facing (S2) best to select a unit where the kitchen is either at North or North-east sector is preferred.
  17. Case Study 1: The site of the Precinct Pavilion It is good to see that the planners of this estate also excerise consideration in the placement of it's Precinct Pavilion (PP). Here, the PP is located closer to the main road and only lower floors especially 2nd or 3rd of stacks 20, 22, 32 and 34 could look into it. Case Study 2: The central rubbish chute is located next to/near-by to the lift lobby It is also good to learn that the central rubbish chutes of all three blocks are centrally located next to lift lobby. This means that none of the stacks/units have the central rubbish chutes next to or facing the units.
  18. The planners of this HDB estate is considerate enough to place the site reserved for a Chinese Temple tucked away and sandwiched by the MSCP = Block 402. Thus the only stack #54 of Block 402B has direct view from ground-up of the future temple grounds. Stack #52 master bedroom may also have such a view. Otherwise, only higher units of stacks facing SW1 and NW1 could in the future see the temple. Thus, one should take this into consideration when purchasing such a unit. Generally, it is not an issue. But often it has more to do with the stigma attached to it. Except for stacks 54 (SW1) and 56 (NE1). Where, these stacks are aligned to the Devil's gate: or Devil's front and back doors. If one has the time can do a Search in this forum for "Devil's gate". A sample is:-
  19. HDB Northshore Edge consists only of three blocks of flats. Majority of the flats belong to the West Group: NE1, SW1 and NW1 facing. NE1 = 36, 38, 46, 48, 54, 56, 68. Has the auspicious water wealth #8 star at the frontage. Thus, units with water position at the frontage (balcony side) can enjoy good Feng Shui. If so, the sum-of-ten can be activated for : Health, wealth and family luck. If the unit is not facing a water position, then best to place a water position at the balcony area to activate the luck. On the downside; the other sectors in such a home has bad stars that best to be disarmed or neutralised. SW1 = 40, 42, 44, 50, 52 & 54. As the water wealth #8 is at the frontage; water at the frontage is good. It will be advantages if the unit faces a pool of water or activate a water position at the balcony area. As such overall, the unit can activate the sum-of-ten. Need though to disarm bad stars in many sectors of the home. To disarm health related considerations. NW1 = 24, 26, 28, 30 NW1 = 24, 26, 28, 30. To activate the auspicious Pearl String effect; best to have a "mountain" at the front and ideally water behind the unit. In addition, the water position is at the rear of the block. SW1 = 20, 22, 32 & 34. For SW1 facing, ideally, water position to be at the frontage. If so, it is a double bonus as SW1 enjoys the auspicous 10 combinations under the Flying Star Feng Shui. Expected TOP is in 4th Quarter 2021

If not can consider placing a water feature at the balcony to activate it. 1.1 Other than this, the rest of the sectors on this home has inbalances. 1.2 If the master bedroom or a bedroom is located at West sector of the home: be careful of frequent sickness 2. N1 with stack #61 has the auspicious double 8s at it's frontage. Good if the frontage has a water position. 2.1 Good if the master bedroom is located at NE sector. As it has good auspicious star combinations of MS#6 + WS#1. 2.2 If a bedroom is located at East is good for a bedroom cum study. 2.3 The rest of other sectors has inauspicious stars. And may need to be disarmed. 3. S1 with stacks = 57, 59, 71 & 73 has the combined auspicious wealth stars MS#8 + WS#8 are at the "rear" of the unit. Such a waste as usually this is the kitchen & yard area. 3.1 It will be good if a bedroom is located at East sector: good for studies. 3.2 If the main entrance is located at NE, this will be excellent as there are good combinations of MS#1 with WS#6 in this sector. 4. This development has the highest stacks facing both N2 as well as S2. 4.1 N2 = 63, 65, 67, 69, 75, 77, 103, 106, 107, 109, 143, 145, 147, 149. Stacks/Units has the double auspicious #8's wasted at the "back" of the unit. Thus has less favourable luck than the S2 stacks. 5. S2 stacks are 79, 61, 83, 85, 95, 97, 99, 101, 111, 113, 115, 117, 127, 129, 131, 133 5.1 Stacks are the best stacks for a East group person. As both frontage enjoys the double auspicious #8 wealth stars. And furthermore their facing directions has water. Bring great wealth. 1.   21. Case Study: Stack/unit affected by Fire @ Heaven's Gate may result in becoming 2nd Choice out of two stacks reviewed. Here, in order to do a proper review, a holistic approach involving weightage and factors. Stack 1513 has the kitchen at NW. Thus, this is larger concern even if this stack scores higher compatibiity with the breadwinner at 68.8%
  22. Traditionally, if a home has already being lived-in; there is no requirement to find a date each time a family member wants to move-in. If you want to choose a date for yourself to move-in; then no need to consider that of your mum's with yours. In this illustration, an East Group home with SE1 facing considering all factors is better than the other two units facing NW1. Thus, it is a myth that a West Group person should migrate to a West Group facing unit. While an East Group to an east group facing unit.
