Past ranking excercise for three units/stacks in Treasure Crest. Stack #01 was ranked as Last Resort because of many factors including kitchen at NW Kitchen at NW:-

Overall, the designers of Treasure Crest ensure that the stove, while it shares the same wall as the toilet, is positioned in such a way that it only shares a "simple" wall. What I mean is that the stove does not share a wall with a WC, which is a layout often seen in some developments. This arrangement is deemed inauspicious according to Feng Shui principles. The two primary concerns are that the main door opens directly towards a view of the entire kitchen, including the sink and stove. This issue can be "corrected" without the need for extensive renovations. Another concern is that one of the stove hobs may be positioned facing the sink. In this case, it is advisable to collect the keys and conduct a visual inspection. In certain developments, during the construction phase, and possibly due to requests from owners, the main contractor may have adjusted the sink to prevent the stove from facing the sink or tap.

Which unit in stack #01, #02, and #34 might be impacted by the sharp edge of the clubhouse roof-lines? Question: How can one determine if the sharp edge of the clubhouse roof-line is a poison arrow or sha qi? Reply: If an individual is positioned inside a particular unit, for instance, in stack #34, and can observe this sharp edge directed towards an opening of the unit, such as the balcony, living room windows, or bedroom windows, then it poses a threat. How can I ascertain this, or can you verify it? However need to look closer. 7. In fact, many similar facing stacks also may "suffer" from this concern.

This rectangular development has Flying Star Period 8 NE3 or SW3 facing. NE3 units: As the mountain star #8 is at the frontage; In order to activate the pearl string effect; best not to have a water position at the frontage. Unfortunately, all the stacks in this facing (Sky Patio) have pool(s) of water at the frontage. SW2 units. Shares quite similiar characteristics as NE2. But as it enjoys an auspicious "parent string" combination; it has much better Feng Shui than NE2. But high floors may get a dose of indirect afternoon sunlight. Note: Readings are taken standing inside the unit looking outwards of the balcony/windows.

1. HDB started to built 3 Bedroom New Generation flats from 1976 and ended building them by 1989. 2. Whether by coincidence all these flats main door including the frame coincides with auspicious measurements of the Feng Shui ruler: where the opening is between 31" to 32" inches and the frame is around 35". 3. Another characteristics of these flats is that there is no directly openings e.g. if we stand at marking A (main door) looking inwards; there is a wall B to block a direct path towards the rear of the unit. 4. Under Shapes and Forms Feng Shui, this is to prevent loss of wealth. Overall, this design is Feng Shui friendly with the exception that in many instances, the kitchen may be at NW especially for South facing units.

Partial use of curtains is a possibility. 2. It would also depends on how often the main door is left open. Some slam-shut the main door after returning home and thus shut the door. While others leave the door partial opened to allow air to flow into the home. This has to be taken into account if no partition is used. 3. Under Shapes and Forms Feng Shui, it is often advised ESPECIALLY for newly married couples to avoid a master bedroom that is not rectangular. Thus, based on the layout; such layouts is to be avoided - if possible. 4. There are significance in which sector the missing corner is in and what the missing corner is associated both under Shapes and Forms Feng Shui and the other school: Flying Stars.
