Your situation similar to the above question which was posted a few days ago. If you have the time, the key sucess factor is the Three L's. (go read it up) as this Three L's = a massive 70% of the total luck of the plot of land. The rest accounts for 30% = In addition, since you are considered an East group person, your best frontage are South, SE, North and East.

Many of my clients avoid this location... As many clients told me WHY?:- 1. The biggest turn-off is the Close proximity to Tengah Airbase. In addition, Paya Lebar air-base will close and will be relocated there also. 1.1. This is already an unfavourable: No, No and No to deter many .. from buying at this "ULU, ulu" location... 2. No good schools.. What school? The nearest schools are Princess Elizabeth Primary School and Bukit Batok Secondary School ..hmm Eden School... 3. Virtually it's neighbouring HDB blocks like HDB West Edge, West Plains, West Ridges and West Rocks to name a few are also under construction. Thus no existing within walking distance facilities or market.) 4. Most likely those who have bought a unit go for value and price: first time home buyers or Bukit Batok upgraders. 5. Ultimately, any part of Singapore is never too far away. And new estates ultimately become just like any other mature estates in a few years time.

Cure for water drain in the back of our house ?
Cecil Lee replied to Spock2007's topic in Five Element Cures (Wu Xing)
These are some considerations:- https://www.geomancy.net/content/feng-shui-resources/feng-shui-articles/you-and-your-home/underground https://www.geomancy.net/content/feng-shui-resources/feng-shui-advice/other-topics/baubiology As no two locations are the same, a proper triage is recommended. -

A quick general overview... These are some considerations: 1. Location, location and location = 70% of the total luck 1.1. The plot (+ future building) the site and external environmental 1.2 Water classics: external or macro (helicopter view/analysis) 1.3 Water classics and micro Optimisation 2. The flying stars facing direction of house in consideration jointly with favourable direction for breadwinner = 30% of the total luck 2.1 Optimal allocation of sectors for bedroom(s), kitchen etc...

Is the toilet the centre of this floorplan
Cecil Lee replied to propertyinvestor's topic in General Help
This only one major leak. Often there are three or more leaks to trigger a major issue. Before asking a question: Can buy or not.. why not look at this, first.... https://www.geomancy.net/wiki/Feng_Shui_Triage If Feng Shui is so easy, might as well flip a coin: Heads buy. Tails don't buy.. -
No, still no issue.

Is the toilet the centre of this floorplan
Cecil Lee replied to propertyinvestor's topic in General Help
The center-of-gravity = centrepoint = exactly in the middle of the toilet. "the small passage way that is highlighted, has a small sort of balcony like opening that allows air to come in. Is this bad?" No. Since the main door opens to a solid wall. And these windows are further away. In Singapore, many HDB flats especially those built around the 1980's share this same design concept. And there are many of them out there... all over Singapore.. Note: The larger red-box-line is to cater/compensate for the protusion of the kitchen. Which can skew the centre-of-gravity. While the other (photo top-left) is to cater for the slight protusion the bedroom. Below is a quick eye-ball method to find the centre-of-gravity. Where roughly the big red-box-lines roughly equal the protrusion (plus minus at the kitchen/yard) side... Thus the centre-of-gravity is roughly where the red X intercross each other:- -

For example too much metal may imply health concerns relating to nose, throat, respiratory or lung issues. For a person, the Colour associations and recommended shapes. For eg. Designing his company logo etc..

What you are referring to is purely about Feng Shui or Earth Luck. Please don't be confused with an individual's Ba Zi. Ba Zi for an individual is about Heaven Luck. And there is a specific time frame or milestone for each individual. Take for example this male person. At age 34 to 43 there are changes to his birth element:- Contrast this to his elements when he was born:- For eg. When he was born, he has 13% water but at age 34 to 43, it is now 9%... etc.. This is what you should be looking at, first. In fact, if a person's dad or grandfather had consulted a geomancer; this is how he/she would have derived their mandarin name. The geomancer would calculate and propose names using the traditional Chinese characters. Thus this person's name should have the "fire" element in it. And avoid a name that has the metal element.

The Creek @ Bukit - Is my unit still lucky?
Cecil Lee replied to Cecil Lee's topic in Singapore Property Review
Case Study: Soho-Style 3 Bedroom Stack 51 Based on common sense (or some call it Common sense Feng Shui); it is best to avoid sleeping with the head close-by sharing the wall as the WC. See below, highlighted in Yellow:- Why common sense: the sewerage pipe is at this side of the wall. -

Many years ago each time we go to a new launch; my mum always asks two questions:- 1. Where is the rubbish bin? If the answer was it is at the lobby; she would stop short and no longer interested in looking at the layout. 2. The second question she will ask is: "Is there a one-to-one car park?" if the answer was .. this development only has 70% car parks as it is near to MRT. Guess what? She will also stop viewing the show room. 3. Looking at this development, defintely the rubbish bin is at the lobby... 3.1. Thus, best to find out exactly where it is before signing the dotted line... 4. Today, my mum would be asking a third question: Are the interior walls dry walls or solid? Guess what she will do if she hears that they are not solid? What do you think? 4.1. Unfortunately, nowadays even freehold properties stop short of all solid interior walls. Only older developments that are 8 years or older may have guaranteed sold walls, today. 5. Many of the points in this link are relevant to The Creek... 5.1 I believe most of us would prefer not to own a home next to this.., -

Case Study: No visible signs of where are the power sub-station and bin centre? There is really no indication of where these two: power sub-station and bin center are? In the Sales brochure sitemap. All the sitemap tells are lovely this, lovely that...hmm.. Highly unlikely that it is at the main entrance. As I don't seem to see anywhere a bin truck could possibly drive-up to especially where one would assume that it could be close to Toh Tuck Road. Or could it be that the rubbish truck has to pass by Block 13 and or towards Block 15 area to collect the rubbish? -

Case Study: Sales Brochure Sitemap vs Streetdirectory.com 1. It is always good to compare compass readings from the Sales brochure with maps like streetdirectory.com and onemap.sg. 1.1. For onemap.sg, unfortunately, close to T.O.P. or on or after T.O.P. that the outline of the blocks shows up. 2. I took the compass readings from streetdirectory.com. And learned that most likely that the "once-in-a-while" thing has happened i.e. the Sales brochure's sitemap North marking is most likely incorrect. The last inaccurate site map was that of Hillvista at Elizabeth Drive. 3. The compass readings via streetdirectory.com shows the majority of the blocks other than 13 and 13A are Flying Stars N2 and S2. While the sales brochure shows N3 and S3. The difference is sufficient to change the charts from N3 to N2 and S3 to S2. 3.1. Luckily, for this development: the Flying Star chart numbers are identical for a N2 = N3 and S2 = S3 chart. Thus even if the sales brochure's North marking is considered inaccurate; the Flying star numbers are identical. 3.2. Just make sure that when one place the compass markings onto the Flying Star template, orientate the unit correctly to that of the N2 or S2 chart. 3.3. Can I use onemap.sg to compare the compass directions? 3.3.1 Unfortunately, as one can see from the above. Onemap.sg only shows the outline of the blocks close to or just after T.O.P. 3.3.2 Use onemap.sg only after the development has T.O.P. -

Case Study: The Sterling Condominum at Bukit Timah vs Creek @ Bukit Reference: - 1. In 1999 I wrote to explain why a triangle plot of land like The Sterling Condominum. The Sterling condo T.O.P. two years later in 2001. 2. Imagine this: the base (or the broadest point) of this pyramid plot is at the main road side and guard room. And literally, as it moves up slope one reach the apex units. There are only two there. And these are two best stacks/units. 3. The Creek is a totally different cup-of-tea. The triangular plot cannot even be considered a proper pyramid shaped. It is more a squashed cone shape. 4. Okay.. for those who have bought it and don't like to hear bad reviews.. sorry, lah.. I change it to "a wonderful bouquet of flowers" or an "Olymic torch?.. Happy now? 4.1. How about an ice-cream cone. Where obesity after eating all those ice-creams breed.. fat and happy families... 5. Under Shapes and Forms Feng Shui, much like a landed plot; the safer blocks are those around 13, 13A, 15, 15A, 17 and 17A. 19 and 19A is closer to the borderline. Please don't ask me about stacks 51 and 52! Ouch!
