Spiral staircase advice needed
Recently visited Northoaks as a new client just purchased a re-sale unit, here. Northoaks pretty well maintained, today. With a self-service walk-in visitor’s input screen: where the visitor has to identify his identity card number, phone number and input the block/unit that he wants to visit. Finally, the visitor’s photo is captured by the screen...hmmm... Condos with squash courts are rare today! A few remain, today. Nice to see so many resident’s toddlers playing together at the children’s playground... Coloured mosaic belong to the early 2000’s era.. well maintained... Reasonable sized main Swimming pool:- How to completely Ensure that the trunks of palm trees lined along the entrance towards the estate do not topple down? Hmm...

8 @ 18 Fort Road
The side facing the afternoon sun. A distinctive weave concealing the fire escape staircase. This structure is slender and elevated. According to the Five Elements philosophy, it is categorized under the "Wood element." The stylistic "basket weave" characteristic of this building:- This structure is not designed for automobile enthusiasts. There are limited parking facilities and a scarcity of covered spaces.... Nevertheless, most of the units are currently rented out. If you look carefully, each unit is tiny thus one will notice that each unit consisted of TWO (2) floors... Each unit spans two floors each.

- Water saving WC with sink tap
From what I understand, not that popular in Singapore. But a few HDB estates install these in the master bedroom toilets...- House and commercial buildings using copper pipes
Copper piping is bendable and if proper installed; leak proof. However, today many homes there were built with water piping built around the 1995’s have started to corrode with tell tale signs of greenish pitting has started to leak... These pipes are in a new refurbished SingPost building. Stainless steel or PVC pipes are today a better value! Full audits are assured of the most comprehensive detailed proposals that can immediately be shared with your ID This is a a summary of the full work:-- Altar placement "too far" from main door
Thanks for the sketch. 1. You wrote: "The altar will be praying to Guan Yin and Guan Yu." Reply 1: Please note that traditionally one is suppose to pray to ODD number of deities or gods. Not TWO (2). 2. Normally if an Altar is to face the main entrance door; it is highly unusual in a HOME to place it so far back as per your RED outline.- Yellow cane palm, golden cane or Butterfly palm

- Tanjong Rhu spicy hot wanton noodle
Soon Fatt Wanton mee at Block 20 Ee Hoe Eating House’s noodle is chewy. Generius portions of wanton with water chestnuts. A rarity given that it is so hard to peel them! The stall proudly displays a Makansutra award!- Tanjong Rhu spicy hot wanton noodle
They seem to change their formula often. This time around at their Tanjong Rhu branch at Jalan Batu .. too much garlic smell. A turn-off for me. Other branches also have inconsistent quality. This Tanjong Rhu branch belongs to the elder brother / mum who still runs a stall at Marine Terrace market and food centre. These two stalls does not use the cantonese style noodles that was used at their other son's stall at Old Airport coffee shop.- Flame Tree Park
