  1. Flo Residence and Feng Shui - Just T.O.P. This development has stacks / units that most probably face NE1, SE1, SW1 or NW1 The only stack that is most suitable to an east group is SE1. The rest of the other three stacks are more suitable to a west group person. It is best to confirm the attached readings as just 0.4 degrees and the above readings can instead change to e.g. NE2, SE2, SW2 or NW2.
  2. St George's Towers by ranking with Annex A and Annex B. Annex B is useful as one can see where is the rubbish bin viz-a-viz the location of the main entrance / unit is.

  8. Stratum Condo @ Elias Road / Pasir Ris T.O.P. soon...
  9. Church building looks more meaningful at night This Methodist Church along East Coast Road looks so beautiful and serene at night with so many crosses scattered on it's fa?ade...
  10. Tides Building formerly (long time ago) calledLau's Acadia in the 1970's. At night, with lights on; it is noticeable that the whole building has wavy lines... no wonder it is called the Tides. This design is representative of the Water element.
  11. Not too common sight.. are the grafitti art (advertisements)in new lifts... In the past, whenever a new HDB estate has just T.O.P. the lift walls are littered with every square inch covered by opportunistic advertisers hawking their business. These advertisers would find empty spaces on the temporary protective lift walls and paste their ads. Some even resort to defacing their competitor's ads by tearing away the contact numbers. Or simply paste theirs on top of the competitor's. In recent years, many developers would place a notice "demanding" such opportunists not to paste it onto the lift walls; as they have a specific notice board nearby. They merely have to seek permission to post this onto this wall. HDB Compass Mast estate is today, a rare few that does not have the above scheme. And let them post it freely onto the temporary lift wall protective covering. The graffiti art is uniquely SGP.
  12. Case Study 1: AC vs DC fans? Any advantages of a DC fan? These are some considerations: 1. AC fans have been around ever since electricity has been invented. 2. Generally, some find that DC fans costs more. Thus, in the long term; running costs are cheaper with a DC fan. Thus you do the maths. 3. AC fans can only spin one direction. Thus, the fan blades are optimized to "blow" wind downwards. 3.1. Here, DC fans have a distinct advantage. DC fans can be made to spin clockwise or anti-clockwise. Thus if so, instead of "blowing" wind downwards, it can also be made to "suck" air up to the ceiling. Thus especially if one has a high ceiling; the air can be sucked upwards without still feeling the wind blowing dowards. 4. Any difference with how many blades a fan should have? 4.1. Many ceiling fans have at least 3 blades. Did you notice that many standing fans have more than three blades? 4.2. This has more to do with common sense than Feng Shui. For example, stealth helicopters have many blades some even as many as 6 or more. The more blades, the "smoother" the air flow and noise level. 4.3. This is why, a fan with one blade or two blades often wobbles and makes lots of noise. 4.4. It is similar to a car. A car with 3 cylinders / pistons can make lots of noise. Or how often when a motorcycle pass a person and we can hear the loud sound. 4.5. Contrast this with a car that has 6 cylinders or even 8 cylinders. A modern V6 car will often be ultra quiet compared to a standard 4 cylinder car.
  13. HDB Dawson Site B had been named HDB Skyoasis @ Dawson HDB Dawson Site B and Feng Shui 1. Stacks 286, 288, 296, 298 & 300 face N3 2. Stacks 290, 292, 294 & 302 face S3 3. N2/3. Stacks/Units has the double auspicious #8's wasted at the "back" of the unit. Thus not as favourable. 3. S2/3. Stacks are the best stacks for a East group person. As both frontage enjoys the double auspicious #8 wealth stars. And furthermore their facing directions has water. Bring great wealth. 3.1. Attached, please find a sample illustration of a Flying Star Period 8, S2 chart. This is because I do not the S3 chart in this "rough format". 3.1.1 The only difference is that they have different compass directions: S2 = between 172.5 to 187.4 degrees (180 degrees chart) S3 = between 187.5 to 202.4 degrees (195 degrees chart) 3.1.2 Thus the flat should be tilted towards either 180 degrees which is shown in the current example to 195 degrees if one were to look at an S3 chart. 3.1.3. The only caution is that one has to orientate the unit to the correct facing of S3 instead of S2 in the above example. 3.2. For information under Flying Star charts and for any periods e.g. Period 6, 7, 8:- 3.2.1 N2/N3 use the same chart numbers only their directions are 15 deferent from each other Thus: S2/S3 NE2/NE3 E2/E3 SE2/SE3 etc.. use identical chart. 3.3. In the attachment: it is advantages for the [8] & [8] which symbolises : Prosperity, good wealth at the frontage of the home. Vs a N2 facing where this good stars are wasted at the "rear" which is usually the kitchen/yard area. 3.4. The only concern for a S2 facing chart is that so often, the kitchen may be located at NW sector. Which in Feng Shui is called: "Fire at Heaven's Gate". And this can affect the male breadwinner's career luck. 3.5. Thus for a South facing (S2) best to select a unit where the kitchen is either at North or North-east sector is preferred. 4. I have enclosed a blank S3 chart. Where if one were to match the Flying Star numbers in each directions of both charts; they would use identical numbers. For example take a look at South or "S". Both an S2/S3 chart has these numbers: 8 8 3 or double #8's with base number 3. Hope that helps
  14. Living close to a basket ball court.... Banner says: "Please keep the noise level down"
  15. HDB Dawson Site A = SkyResidence @ Dawson HDB Dawson Site A and 5 bedroom Type Stack 230 is facing N3 Stack 240 is facing E2 Stack 262 is facing S1
  16. Currently referred to as Skyparc at Dawson, the HDB Dawson Site C features three blocks with stacks oriented towards the Flying Stars at either 10 degrees N3 or 190 degrees S3.
  17. Part 7: Northwave EC @ Woodlands & Feng Shui with stacks #13, #14, #15 and #16. Stacks #13 and #14 faces N2. While stacks #14 and #15 (based on the block's facing) are S2. Please refer to Part 4 where the stacks also face N2 and S2 respectively. And thus have the same characteristics. In addition stacks #17 & #18 are S3 facing. And Flying Star S3 facing charts are identical to a S2 chart. Based on the Block facing, stacks #19 and #20 are considered N3 facing. N3 charts are identical to a N2 chart.
  18. Part 6: Northwave EC @ Woodlands & Feng Shui of Block 111 with stacks #21, #22, #23 & #24 shares identical Flying Star facing directions as NW3 = stack #11 and #12. And SE3 facing with stacks #09 & #10. 1. NW3 with stacks #11 & #12 (This is based on the block readings): Both has the auspicious water wealth #8 at it's frontage. Unfortunately, there is no Yang water as in real water but a substitute is just clear space as in open space and the dead-end of woodlands view road.??Can consider placing a water feature at the balcony to activate it. 1.1 Other than this, the rest of the sectors on this home has imbalances. 1.2 If the master bedroom or a bedroom is located at West sector of the home: be careful of frequent sickness 2. SE 3 facing stacks #09 & #010 has the water wealth star at it's frontage. Thus, these stacks have the advantage of real water as in pool water. No necessity for a water feature at the balcony.? 2.1 The rest of the stars in other sectors are inauspicious. And may need to be disarmed.
  19. Part 5: Northwave EC @ Woodlands & Feng Shui with stacks #05. #06, #07 & #08 1. NW1 stacks #07 & #08 (This is based on the block readings) has difficulty activaing theauspicious Pearl String effect where best to have a "mountain" at the front and ideally water behind the unit. However, the frontage of these stacks/units have apool, instead. 2. SE1 stacks #05 & #06 ideally face a water position or yang or real water position. A consolation isthat it faces "yin" wateror clear space / virtual water or flat land area.
  20. Part 4: Northwave EC @ Woodlands & Feng Shui with stacks #01, #02, #03 & #04. 1. N2. Stacks/Units #03 & #04(This is based on the block readings) has the double auspicious #8's wasted at the "back" of the unit. Thus not as favourable. 2. S2. Stacks/Units #01 & #02 are the best stacks for a East group person. As both frontage enjoys the double auspicious #8 wealth stars. And furthermore their facing directions has water. Bring great wealth. 2.1. Attached, please find a sample illustration of a Flying Star Period 8, S2 chart. 2.2. And this can affect the male breadwinner's career luck. 2.4. Thus for a South facing (S2) best to select a unit where the kitchen is either at North or North-east sector is preferred.
  21. Part 3: Northwave EC @ Woodlands & Feng Shui of Block 111 with stacks #21, #22, #23 & #24 1. NW3 with stacks #23 & #24 This is based on the block readings: Both has the auspicious water wealth #8 at it's frontage. Unfortunately, there is no Yang water as in real water but a substitute is just clear space as in open space and the dead-end of woodlands view road. Can consider placing a water feature at the balcony to activate it. 1.1 Other than this, the rest of the sectors on this home has imbalances. 1.2 If the master bedroom or a bedroom is located at West sector of the home: be careful of frequent sickness 2.
