  1. 1. Feng Shui of HDB Oleander Breeze @ Yishun and Flying star Feng Shui of 5 bedroom type:-

    1. N2 facing stacks = 403, 405, 439 &441 and N3 facing stacks = facing stacks 427 &429 with S3 facing stacks = 407, 435 &437.

    2. Under Flying stars; there is a difference between a N2/3 facing vs a S2 facing chart.

    3. Here, under N2/3 facing; the combined auspicious wealth stars are wasted at the rear of the home. Here, "rear" often means wasted at the kitchen / yard area in stead of at the frontage like that of an S2 chart.

    4. S3. Stacks are the best stacks for a East group person. As both frontage enjoys the double auspicious #8 wealth stars. And furthermore their facing directions has water. Bring great wealth.

    5. NW3 facing stacks = 473 & 475 with SE3 facing stacks = 469 & 471. NW3 Has the auspicious water wealth #8 at it's frontage. Good if the balcony/living room faces a pool of water. If not can consider placing a water feature at the balcony to activate it.

5.1 Other than this, the rest of the sectors on this home has imbalances.

5.2 If the master bedroom or a bedroom is located at West sector of the home: be careful of frequent sickness

5.3 SE3 facing has the water wealth star at it's frontage. Thus, it would be good if the unit faces a pool of water. Or enhanced with a water feature at the balcony area of the living room.

5.4 The rest of the stars in other sectors are inauspicious. And may need to be disarmed

5.5 Good, if the rear of the house has a "mountain" support.

    6. E3 facing stacks = 461 & 463. E3 facing stacks: It is such a waste that the combined auspicious wealth stars are wasted at the "rear" of the house. This is usually where the kitchen and yard are.

  2. 1. Part 1: Feng Shui of HDBWaterway View @ Punggol and Flying Star Feng Shui

    2. NE1 with facing stacks: 609, 611, 613, 615, 635 and SW1 with facing stacks: 623, 625, 637, 639, 661, 663, 749, 751.

2.1 NE1. Has the auspicious water wealth #8 star at the frontage. Thus, units with water position at the frontage (balcony side) can enjoy good Feng Shui. If so, the sum-of-ten can be activated for : Health, wealth and family luck. If the unit is not facing a water position, then best to place a water position at the balcony area to activate the luck. On the downside; the other sectors in such a home has bad stars that best to be disarmed or neutralised.

2.2 SW1. As the water wealth #8 is at the frontage; water at the frontage is good. It will be advantages if the unig faces a pool of water or activate a water position at the balcony area. As such overall, the unit can acivate the sum-of-ten. Need though to disarm bad stars in many sectors of the home. To disarm health related considerations.

    3. NE3 with facing stacks:649, 651. NE3. As the mountain star #8 is at the frontage; In order to activate the pearl string effect; best not to have a water position at the frontage. Unfortunately, all the stacks in this facing (Sky Patio) have pool(s) of water at the frontage.

    4. NW3 with facing stacks: 627, 239, 647, 689, 691, 721, 723 and SE2 with facing stacks: 681, 683 with SE3 621, 735, 737

4.1 NW3 Has the auspicious water wealth #8 at it's frontage. Good if the balcony/living room faces a pool of water. If not can consider placing a water feature at the balcony to activate it.

4.2 Other than this, the rest of the sectors on this home has imbalances.

4.3 If the master bedroom or a bedroom is located at West sector of the home: be careful of frequent sickness

4.4 SE 3 facing has the water wealth star at it's frontage. Thus, it would be good if the unit faces a pool of water. Or enhanced with a water feature at the balcony area of the living room.

4.5 The rest of the stars in other sectors are inauspicious. And may need to be disarmed

4.6 Good, if the rear of the house has a "mountain" support.

    5. SW1 with facing stacks:623, 625, 637, 639, 661, 663, 749, 751. SW1. As the water wealth #8 is at the frontage; water at the frontage is good. It will be advantages if the unit faces a pool of water or activate a water position at the balcony area. As such overall, the unit can activate the sum-of-ten. Need though to disarm bad stars in many sectors of the home. To disarm health related considerations.

    1. Feng Shui of HDB Anchorvale Fields & Bedroom type 3 & 4 and Flying Star Feng Shui

    2. Bedroom type 3 & 4 have either N2 or S2 facing directions.

    3. Under Flying stars; there is a difference between a N2 facing vs a S2 facing chart.

3.1 Here, under N2 facing; the combined auspicious wealth stars are wasted at the rear of the home. Here, "rear" often means wasted at the kitchen / yard area in stead of at the frontage like that of an S2 chart.

3.2 N2. Stacks/Units has the double auspicious #8's wasted at the "back" of the unit. Thus not as favourable.

3.3 S2. Stacks are the best stacks for a East group person. As both frontage enjoys the double auspicious #8 wealth stars. And furthermore their facing directions has water. Bring great wealth.

    1. The Feng Shui principles of HDB EastLace @ Canberra and the Flying Star Feng Shui.

    2. This development features stacks that are oriented either towards NW3 or SE3.

    3. The NW3 orientation possesses the favorable water wealth star #8 at its front. It is beneficial if the balcony or living room overlooks a body of water. If this is not the case, one might consider installing a water feature on the balcony to activate this energy.

3.1 Aside from this, the remaining sectors of the home exhibit imbalances.

3.2 Caution is advised if the master bedroom or any bedroom is situated in the western sector of the home, as this may lead to frequent health issues.

3.3 The SE3 facing also has the water wealth star at its front. Therefore, it is advantageous if the unit faces a pool of water or is enhanced with a water feature in the balcony area of the living room.

3.4 The other stars located in different sectors are considered inauspicious and may require mitigation.

3.5 It is favorable if the rear of the house is supported by a 'mountain' feature.

2.2 Here, under N3 facing; the combined auspicious wealth stars are wasted at the rear of the home. Here, "rear" often means wasted at the kitchen / yard area in stead of at the frontage like that of an S3 chart.

2.3 N3. Stacks/Units thus has the double auspicious #8's wasted at the "back" of the unit. Thus not as favourable.

2.4 S3. Stacks are the best stacks for a East group person. As both frontage enjoys the double auspicious #8 wealth stars. And furthermore their facing directions has water. Bring great wealth.

    3. SE1 facing stacks = 71, 73. SE1. For SE1 facing, ideally, water position to be at the frontage. If so, it is a double bonus as SW1 enjoys the auspicious 10 combinations under the Flying Star Feng Shui.

Feng Shui of HDB The Verandah @ Matilda / Punggol and Flying Star Feng Shui

    1. The block / stack arrangement follows the typical style used commonly in the 2000s especially in older estates such as Punggol.

    2. Where majority of the "inner" stacks look into the rectangular multi-storey car-park (MSCP) with a roof garden on top.

    3. Overall, this is a safe design especially for stacks (looking inwards) that are higher than the roof-line of the MSCP.

    4. The entire development only has flying stars of N3 or S3 facing.

    4.1. N2 & S2. Under Flying stars; there is a difference between a N2 facing vs a S2 facing chart.

4.2. Here, under N2 facing; the combined auspicious wealth stars are wasted at the rear of the home. Here, "rear" often means wasted at the kitchen / yard area in stead of at the frontage like that of an S2 chart.

4.3. S2. Stacks are the best stacks for a East group person. As both frontage enjoys the double auspicious #8 wealth stars. And furthermore their facing directions has water. Bring great wealth.

This is a sample of an S2 facing chart. Which is a "flip" from N2 chart. Here, in an S2 chart, the double auspicious water wealth is at the frontage. But in an N2 chart, it is wasted at the kitchen/yard area.

Feng Shui of HDB Toa Payoh Crest and Flying Star Feng Shui

    1. This development has well spaced out "point-blocks" x4.

    2. All stacks are either NE3 or SW3, SE3 or NW3 facing.

    3. NE3 AND SW3 facing stacks:

3.1 NE3. As the mountain star #8 is at the frontage; In order to activate the pearl string effect; best not to have a water position at the frontage. Unfortunately, all the stacks in this facing (Sky Patio) have pool(s) of water at the frontage.

3.2 SW3. Shares quite similar characteristics as NE3. But as it enjoys an auspicious "parent string" combination; it has much better Feng Shui than NE3. But high floors may get a dose of indirect afternoon sunlight.

    4. NW3 Has the auspicious water wealth #8 at it's frontage. Good if the balcony/living room faces a pool of water. If not can consider placing a water feature at the balcony to activate it.

4.1 Other than this, the rest of the sectors on this home has imbalances.

4.2 If the master bedroom or a bedroom is located at West sector of the home: be careful of frequent sickness

4.3 SE 3 facing has the water wealth star at it's frontage. Thus, it would be good if the unit faces a pool of water. Or enhanced with a water feature at the balcony area of the living room.

4.4 The rest of the stars in other sectors are inauspicious. And may need to be disarmed

4.5 Good, if the rear of the house has a "mountain" support.

Feng Shui of HDB Vine Grove @ Yishun and Flying Star Feng Shui of 4 bedroom type:-

    1. This development has the following flying star facing directions:

    1.1 NE1 with stacks: 536, 538, 560, 562, 588, 590, 606 &608 and SW1 534, 556, 558, 602 &604.

1.1.1 NE1.

1.1.2 SW1.

    Others:-

    1.2 SE1 with stacks: 592, 568, 570 &594.

    1.3SE3 with stacks: 548, 550, 572 &574

    1.4 E1 with stacks:540, 542, 544 &546

    1. This is a small development consisting of 3 blocks.

    2. For the 5 bedroom type there are only two flying star facing directions:

    2.1. Flying star N2 facing stacks = 21 and 23.
Here, under N2 facing; the combined auspicious wealth stars are wasted at the rear of the home.

Here, "rear" often means wasted at the kitchen / yard area in stead of at the frontage like that of an S2 chart.

2.2. Flying star E2 facing stacks = 09, 11, 13 and 15. E2 facing stacks: It is such a waste that the combined auspicious wealth stars are wasted at the "rear" of the house. This is usually where the kitchen and yard are.

  25. Feng Shui of HDB Waterway Cascadia @ Punggol Flying Star Feng Shui for 5 bedroom Type:-

1.Flying Star N2 facing withStacks 693, 695, 721, 723, 725 727 Here, under N2 facing; the combined auspicious wealth stars are wasted at the rear of the home. Here, "rear" often means wasted at the kitchen / yard area in stead of at the frontage like that of an S2 chart.

    2. Flying Star S1 facing stacks:697, 699. For S1 facing; The combined auspicious wealth stars MS#8 + WS#8 are at the "rear" of the unit. Such a waste as usually this is the kitchen & yard area.

2.1 It will be good if a bedroom is located at East sector: good for studies.

2.2 If the main entrance is located at NE, this will be excellent as there are good combinations of MS#1 with WS#6 in this sector.

    3. SW1 with stacks: 713, 715.As the water wealth #8 is at the frontage; water at the frontage is good. It will be advantages if the unit faces a pool of water or activate a water position at the balcony area. As such overall, the unit can activate the sum-of-ten. Need though to disarm bad stars in many sectors of the home. To disarm health related considerations.

    4. NW3 withStacks 617, 619, 657, 659, 661, 663, 681, 683. NW3 has the auspicious water wealth #8 at it's frontage especially excellent are stacks 681 and 683 (as these two stacks face the mywaterway @ punggol . Good if the balcony/living room faces a pool of water. If not can consider placing a water feature at the balcony to activate it.

    5. SE3 with stacks:625, 627. SE 3 facing has the water wealth star at it's frontage. But in this development unfortunately, themywaterway @ punggol is NW or North facing direction. Thus, it the unit does notface a pool of water. Or enhanced with a water feature at the balcony area of the living room.

5.1 The rest of the stars in other sectors are inauspicious. And may need to be disarmed
