  1. Part 1: Feng Shui of HDB Buangkok Edgeview

    1. Majority of the stacks/units face either Flying Stars N2 or S2.

    2. Under Flying stars; there is a difference between a N2 facing vs a S2 facing chart.

    3. Here, under N2 facing; the combined auspicious wealth stars are wasted at the rear of the home. Here, "rear" often means wasted at the kitchen / yard area in stead of at the frontage like that of an S2 chart.

    4. N2. Stacks/Units has the double auspicious #8's wasted at the "back" of the unit. Thus not as favourable.

    5. S2 Stacks are the best stacks for a East group person. As both frontage enjoys the double auspicious #8 wealth stars. And furthermore their facing directions has water. Bring great wealth.

    6. Others:

Two 3GEN flats are SE2 facing. While only one faces NE2.

    2. N2 & S2 facing units:-

2.1 Under Flying stars; there is a difference between a N2 facing vs a S2 facing chart.

2.2 Here, under N2 facing. For example stack 173; the combined auspicious wealth stars are wasted at the rear of the home. Here, "reaR" often means wasted at the kitchen / yard area in stead of at the frontage like that of an S2 chart.

2.3 N2. Stacks/Units has the double auspicious #8's wasted at the "back" of the unit. Thus not as favourable.

2.4 S2. For example stack 171.These stacksare the best stacks for a East group person. As both frontage enjoys the double auspicious #8 wealth stars. And furthermore their facing directions has water. Bring great wealth.

    3. NE1 & SW1

3.1 NE1. For example: stacks 263, 265 and267stacks 193 & 195. Has the auspicious water wealth #8 star at the frontage. Thus, units with water position at the frontage (balcony side) can enjoy good Feng Shui. If so, the sum-of-ten can be activated for : Health, wealth and family luck. If the unit is not facing a water position, then best to place a water position at the balcony area to activate the luck. On the downside; the other sectors in such a home has bad stars that best to be disarmed or neutralised.

3.2 SW1. For example: stacks 269 and 271, As the water wealth #8 is at the frontage; water at the frontage is good. It will be advantages if the unig faces a pool of water or activate a water position at the balcony area. As such overall, the unit can acivate the sum-of-ten. Need though to disarm bad stars in many sectors of the home. To disarm health related considerations.

    4. NE2 & SW2

4.1 NE2. For example: stacks 193 & 195.As the mountain star #8 is at the frontage; In order to activate the pearl string effect; best not to have a water position at the frontage. Unfortunately, all the stacks in this facing (Sky Patio) have pool(s) of water at the frontage.

4.2 SW2. For example: stacks 181 & 189. Shares quite similiar characteristics as NE2. But as it enjoys an auspicious "parent string" combination; it has much better Feng Shui than NE2. But high floors may get a dose of indirect afternoon sunlight.

    5. NW2 &/with SE2 For example: 291 & 293

5.1 NW2. For example: Stacks 295 & 297Has the auspicious water wealth #8 at it's frontage. Good if the balcony/living room faces a pool of water. If not can consider placing a water feature at the balcony to activate it.

5.2 Other than this, the rest of the sectors on this home has inbalances.

5.3 If the master bedroom or a bedroom is located at West sector of the home: be careful of frequent sickness

Feng Shui of HDB Punggol Bayview

HDB Punggol Bayview - one of the better sites

    1. Surpisingly, with such a large number of stacks in this development; the number of poison arrow(s) from sharp corners of units is considerably low.

    2. One reason could be that this development is one narrow "cigar shaped" and stacks are almost alighned in a horizontal way leading to the reduced number of poison arrows.

    3. The potential Sha qi or poison arrow(s) from sharp corners of neighbouring blocks:-

Stack 981 aimed towards 969. While stack 969 aimed towards 977

Stack 907 aimed towards 943. And stack 943 aimed towards 937

7/8 storey MSCP aimed towards lower floors of stack 913

    Stack 891 aimed towards 881

    Stack 889 aimed towards 867
    Stack 877 aimed towards 865

    Stack 875 aimed towards 851

    4. W2 facing stacks:895, 897, 921, 919. All four stacks directly faces the Punggol Reservior which is advantages.

4.1As the frontage of this facing has the double auspicious combinations of water wealth stars. The only drawback is also the DIRECT afternoon sun. Wealth but "cooked" or "roasted" by the afternoon sun.

    1. This type of block / stack layouts will tend to have many poison arrows from sharp corners aimed towards another stack/unit.

    2. Can you spot more poison arrows. As I purposely left out some of them!

    2. The six stacks are 161, 163, 171, 177, 179 & 181.

    3. Best to avoid stacks / units that are low floors facing the precint pavilion. As on occasions, funeral wakes are carried out in the pavilion.

    4. Most recently, many HDB estates thus place the precint pavilion to one side of the development. And this should be the best practise, here.

    5. As there can be situations when a race celebrates an event such as Chinese New Year or other festive occasions and unfortunately, a wake is held, there and in full view from the living room of the unit of say stacks161, 163, 171, 177, 179 & 181.

2.1. In particular the two best stacks/units:518 & 516 are S3 facing. And equally good for an East group person.

2.2. The distinction is thatboth frontage enjoys the double auspicious #8 wealth stars. And furthermore their facing directions has water. Bring great wealth.

    3. The slight draw-back of stack #518 is that the "hidden" wall which is in the master bedroom can soak in the afternoon sun.

3.1 And the master bedroom; on a sunny day, can be quite hot in the evening when the heat from the wall ooze out.

2.1. Best to avoid low floors (storeys) facing this future school site. This is because depending on the design of the school; there is often a roof-line that can be a potential sha qi that can slice into the openings such as the main entrance doors or windows.

Part 2: Feng Shui of HDB Woodlands Pasture 1 & 2 & Shapes & Forms Feng Shui

    1. Either the architect is in my opinion "lazy" or was forced to pack so many blocks / stacks so ... so closely in both Pasture 1 and Pasture 2.

    2. The distance between stacks/units is like only "three car lengths".

    3. Instead of "wraping" the blocks stacks within the plot of land; the architect perhaps simply "copied" similar blocks/stacks and duplicate them piecemeal to come out with such a site plan.

    4. Such closely packed blocks/stacks/units are prone to sha qi or poison arrow(s) from neighbouring blocks/stacks. Some stacks/units like #06 even has TWO poison arrows aimed towards it. For example the sharp corner of #30 and #52.

    5. In my opinion, unfortunately...don't feel quite right, here.

    5. For example stack 317 is considered N2 facing. While stack 319 is S2 facing.

    6. Under Flying stars; there is a difference between a N2 facing vs a S2 facing chart.

    7. Here, under N2 facing; the combined auspicious wealth stars are wasted at the rear of the home. Here, "rear" often means wasted at the kitchen / yard area in stead of at the frontage like that of an S2 chart.
