Part 2: Feng Shui of Vue 8 Residences @ Pasir Ris & Sha Qi or Poison Arrows
1. As each block in Vue 8 Residences consists of undulating facade of stacks; such a block design can be prone to potential poison arrows from sharp corners of neighbouring stacks.
2. When one gets hold of the keys to the unit; best to stand outside the balcony looking outwards + in each opening such as a bedroom window looking outwards to look for any potential threats such as poison arrows.
3. For example the attached illustration shows the POTENTIAL poison arrow(s) if any that may be aimed towards a specific unit.

Part 2: Feng Shui of The Inflora Condo & Poison Arrow(s) from flat rounded roof-lines
1. Please see attachment.
2. The flat rounded roof-lines is a potential poison arrow if it is the same level as the opening(s) of a unit.
3. And the distance to the unit is another important factor.

1. From a Shapes and Forms Feng Shui point of view:Especially stacks #02 & #02 and somewhat #01 and #04 at the junction of Ang Mo Kio Ave 2 and Ang Mo Kio St 13 are inauspicious.
2. As these stacks are "squeezed" at this junction/fork.
3. Overall, other than the above; it is good that all 6 blocks are standalone blocks much like the HDB 5-room point block where each block is like an "island" on it's own. This is good for free flow of air (wind/qi) - a safe design.
4. However, as blocks 12, 18 and 20 are aligned differently from blocks 8, 10 and 16; this will bound to have corners of various blocks aimed towards another block. For example, block 20 Stack #37 have several pointed corners that are aimed towards a neighbouring block 10. Hopefully, the poison arrow (or sharp corner) is not aimed towards an opening of say stacks #08 and #07QuoteOn 10/28/2014 11:43:36 PM, Anonymous wrote:

Part 3: Feng Shui of J Gateway @ Jurong - N3 or S3 facing stack/unit?
1. From a Feng Shui Flying Stars point of view; generally, S3 facing units are preferred over the N3 facing units.
2. This is because N3 facing units suffer from the combined double auspicious #8 wealth stars "trapped" or wasted at the "back" of the unit. Here, usually, this is where the kitchen /yard / yard toilets are located.
3. Contrast the above with a S3 facing unit. ON the contrary, S3 facing units have instead these two double auspicious wealth stars at the frontage such as the living room / master bedroom and yard.
4. I have drawn up a sample illustration (from a previous worked example of a different development - HDB BTO flat).
5. The attached sample shows the various Flying star significance in various sectors of the house.
6. For example: if a bedroom is in either NW or East sector; there are "dangerous" stars #5 misfortune /sickness + #2 sickness stars in these two sectors. Thus, for example, best to avoid certain colours be it the interior of the rooms and even the lightings tone.

Part 2: Feng Shui of The Triling @ Clementi & Flying Star Feng Shui
1. In several instances the sales brochure's North compass marking could be incorrect.
2. For The Triling; I was able to match the compass readings of both the sales brochure with the streetdirectory 's.
3. For example Blk 28: I was able to match exactly the readings for stacks 01, 02, 03 & 04. Thus either site maps could be used to determine the Flying Stars.
4. Please note that when this develop T.O.P.; always prudent to do an on-site reading to confirm above.

Part 2: Qbay Residences in Tampines & Flying Star Feng Shui
1. The Qbay Residences Sales Brochure shows Blocks: 5, 7 15, 17 facing either N1 342 degrees or S1 162 degrees.
2. I used the streetdirectory.com 's map and found the same Blocks: 5, 7 15, 17 readings also as N1 (350 degrees) and S1 (170 degrees).
3. There is a comfortable margin of variance between the two to place blocks 5, 7 15, 17 as within N1 or S2 directions.
However, it is always good to confirm the readings on-site after T.O.P.

Part 4: The Feng Shui of The Panorama in Ang Mo Kio & The Flying Stars of stacks 30, 31, 32, 37, 38, 39 & 40.
1. Stacks 30, 31, 32, 37, 38, 39 & 40 are situated within the flying star Period 8 N3 facing direction.
2. I have created a sample illustration based on a previously analyzed example from a different development - an HDB BTO flat.
3. The attached sample illustrates the various significances of Flying Stars in different sectors of the house.
4. For instance: if a bedroom is located in either the NW or East sector, there are "dangerous" stars #5 associated with misfortune/sickness and #2 related to sickness in these two sectors. Therefore, it is advisable to avoid certain colors in the interior of the rooms as well as the lighting tones.
5. In the South compass direction, typically for a N3 facing direction, the wealth star double #8's are often wasted in the Kitchen/Yard area. In contrast, a S3 facing house benefits from such stars being positioned at the frontage.
6. Consequently, between a N3 and S3 facing direction, the S3 facing is preferred.
7. Please refer to the attachment.

Sales Brochure
Riverbank @ Fernvale Brochure.pdf
Feng Shui of Riverbank condo in Fernvale / Sengkang & Flying Star directions
1. Based on the street directory readings; the 4 blocks are slanted slightly to the right at 7 degrees North.
2. Another 0.4 degrees and all blocks land into a dangerous zone of emptyness or "no man's land".
3. Thus for now, my calculations show that all blocks/stacks/units either face N2 or S2.
4. If the development is tilted
>0.5 degrees; it can change the readings to N3 or S3 respectively. Frankly, this is still ok since N2 and N3 chart are identical. Same as S2 and S3 flying star chart.5. What is of greater concern is that hopefully, this development does not fall into neither N2 or N3 and/or S2 or S3. If so, expect bad luck for the residents in the estate.
6. Best to go down after TOP to confirm the actual compass readings. Hopefully, it falls into either N2 or N3 and or S2 or S3 respectively.

1. Under Shapes & Forms Feng Shui; it is a distinct advantage for each of the three blocks in this development are standalone "point-blocks".
2. The greatest advantage is that qi or wind can flow evenly throughout each block even if the plot size is small.
3. In this development; each blocks: 10 and 12are spaced fairly apart with the exception of block 8 which is considered on it's own.
4.As the development is under construction & often unable to enter the site to take an actual reading;
4.1.Based on past experience, once in a while; the sales brochure's site plan with the North marking could be inaccurate. Recently, I found two sales brochure's north marking incorrect.
4.2.The Sales brochure's site plan's compass reading match very close with that of streetdirectory.com withonly a slight 3 degrees variance. For example: Sales brochure shows N1 as 160. The streetdirectory shows N1 as 163 degrees.
