Frankly, all these have to do with personal believes than Feng Shui. In my opinion, it is best not to be too concerned with "other people's logo" especially since one does not have full control over it. If one really fancies a car, then based on ba zi; could go for one's favourable colour(s) for the car. For example in a conscripted army like Singapore uniforms: green = army white = navy blue = air force If a person is a strong wood person. Can this person requests to go into the navy (white) instead as green is considered inauspicious? What you mentioned, therefore is utopian way of thinking. Then there will be others who will say: THREE pointed stars (Mercedes) logo is inauspicious or BMW's logo shaped like a propeller is also inauspicious. All these can be classified as "peanuts". As there are even more important considerations.

You wrote: "Can you place a water FOUNTAIN in a kitchen? Please use _______ ______ ! Clue: TWO WORDS : Common sense! Only Looney Tunes place a FOUNTAIN in the kitchen... Might as well, turn the kitchen into the LIVING ROOM? The concept of YOU STAY THERE WE DON"T. Even if we don't stay there, no person with the right mind would recommend such a (no offense) STU-pig thing.

1. Please take note thatthis development only has "facing" directions (standing inside the living room looking outwards) that are North or South. Thus for CityLife EC, there are totally no West Group facing units. 2. Block 51, stack 02 is closest to the road : Tampines Ave 9. While block 59 #17 is at the "busy" junction between Tampines Ave 7 and Ave 9. Thus DO expect "noise pollution" coming from vehicles and motorcycles using the road. 2.1 Thus those units having a suffix A (in the earlier ranking exercise plan) denote : "Expect some road noise = especially for LOWER floors and some noise even at higher floors". 2.2 Compared to pool facing, majority of the pool facing units are not affected by road noise either from Tampines Ave 9 and or Ave 7. Q) Under Feng Shui, is this EC has good shapes and form? 3. Frankly, it is very hard nowadays to find a perfect site that has excellent Shapes and Forms. 3.1. One plus point is that there are parks such as Sunplaza park (to the right of Tampines Ave 7) and unblocked view after Tampines Ave 9 (currently the heavy vehicle car parks). 3.2. However, major drawback is that Tampines Ave 9 is a conduit for vehicles entering or exiting the TPE and Pasir Ris thus during peak periods can be a busy and noisy road. Similarly, Tampines Ave 7 is one of the major artery roads from both directions on TPE towards Tampines Regional Centre. Thus again, this is no minor road. Q) Does Feng Shui take into consideration block and unit numbering? or only the layout? 4. One can use this "Is your unit number auspicious?" to subsequently check which UNIT number is auspicious:- http://geomancy.net/reports/reports-list/hselist-houseno.htm 4.1 For block numbers so long as they don't sound inauspicious especially to the Cantonese like Block 44 or Block 14 or some don't like Block 13. This will only affect the subsequent resale value should one try to resell these to those who are superstitious that's all. 4.2 In addition, the above unit number analysis does not take into consideration inauspicious sound like #13 or #14. In fact, to some others, this may be neutral. In addition, traditionally, Chinese prefer high floors as compared to low floors. Thus the above free report should only be used as a guideline only. Q) For the 4-bed room, bed room 4 is between the master bedroom toilet and common toilet. Is this bad as this might affect our decision to go for a 3-bed room instead. In my opinion, this is not a major issue at all provided a home should not have 3 or more major leaks.

Such things need a proper:Feng Shui Triage You said "one master suggested painting them burgundy. why?" Please check with that master. And ask him why?

1. The two stars #3 and #4 are associated or share the same significance. 2. Thus, not only just the annual #4 but also #3. 3. Common sense says that if one's water feature or position is of a certain size; it is not practical to shrink the water in such a feature too drastically. For example, if one has a fish tank. It is not practical to half-the water in such a water position. 4. Under the Five elements concept; so long as the water feature has all the five elements: then there is balance. For more information of what makes a well balanced water feature comprising all five elements: Resource: http://fountain.geomancy.net Para 2.1 to 2.12

In the past, all developers would release all stacks/units during their VVIP Preview launch. Not today. Developers are playing it smart. Often, on their VVIP Preview launch sale; they would only release specific stacks. And learning their past mistakes, the developers would hold back some CHOICE stacks. And very often, in today's highly regulated sales curbs; often, one could obtain bargains right to the last minute especially for less than popular developments liked'Leedon.

Whenever one looks at proposed layout plans for a home that has more than one storey high: 1. Always superimpose the 2nd storey layout onto the ground floor layout and vice-versa. 1.1. For the ground floor layout; always check that the 2nd storey toilet(s) especially the sewerage pipe and WC is not directly any "important" areas like : directly above the main entrance, above the dining table and/or above a bed and/or the kitchen stove and/or above an altar. 1.2. At the second storey, always check where is the stove at the ground floor in relation to the bed.

I am seriously considering buying either a unit in this development or a unit in another development. This is a very detailed analysis of each of the units in two different developments.

1. Case Study: Client wanted to install a lift for their 3 storey home. Based on a first draft from the architect proposed plans. 2. The original location suggested for the lift was marked in red "B" as shown in the attachment. 3. Although location "B" does not have good Flying Stars, but because as this is a semi-detached, home; the proposed location is at the frontage area. And it would be a waste if the frontage area is blocked by a lift. 4. As Shapes and Forms prevail over the stars (Flying Stars); the client was advised to place the lift, instead at marking in red "A". Which is conveniently next to the stairs. 5. In addition, the client was advised to avoid having her kitchen located at NW.

Can a fridge face a stove? YES/ NO/ MAYBE? IT DEPENDS! If the fridge does not have a water dispenser at it's frontage. It is perfectly OK to have the fridge (being considered as Metal element) face the stove. If the fridge has a water dispenser; then it is best not to face a stove. If the fridge is not exactly a fridge but is a wine cooler which has see through glass panels at the frontage. And if wines are placed inside this wine cooler; then it is bestthat this wine cooler DO NOT face the stove.

External Shapes and Forms is about the study of the surrounding environment. Often, some homes have different shapes than others. Under Shapes and Forms Feng Shui, we have to identify what kind of element our neighbour's home are. For example in this illustration: the owner's home is often considered as an earth home. And it's immediate neighbour's is a FIRE element.

These are some considerations: 1. You wrote: What color refractive glass will be the best for all round health, wealth and prosperity? 1.1. It would be certainly nice if the refractive glass can represent everything that you had written under Para 1. How nice right? 1.2. There are three methods: 1.2.1. Make a guess 2. If Feng Shui is to be applied: The Flying star numbers are identified for that area and studied upon. 3. In addition, under Shapes and Forms, one has to look at the surrounding neighbourhood and check what forms neighbour's home are e.g. Water element or Earth etc... 4. In your current state: You have to depend on 1.2.1. As Para 2 and 3 are unknown, here.

This is a Stage 1 planning for the allocation of function groups for a large MNC in Singapore. Each sector of the building has been reviewed for the "best fit": Key functions are located at strategic good Feng Shui sectors. While not so good sectors are relegated to either back room or technical areas. All these are part and parcel of a geomancer's work.

1. Today, it takes more than 3 or more hours to work out an interior layout. 2. Even for a brand new, just TOPcondominium unit; there are still lots of Feng Shui & Ba Zi considerations.
