You wrote: 1. I would like to ask if the house can still benefit from flying star by using 5 elements to suppress, control and enhance each sectors? Since Flying Star's lowest common denominator is the Five Elements concept: thus, cures or enhancements could/may be applied, here. You wrote: 2. In addition, I just want to clarify if a double 8 facing house in Period 8 only benefits wealth but not good for health? were health is wealth is true and health cannot be bought by money, a house with double facing has an effect of disastrous health issue? Yes, this applies especially for some facing directions where there are two ways of looking at it:- 1. Since double 8's are a…

Dear Anon, In my opinion, I find it quite difficult to answer such a question because there are quite alot of reasons or significance for someone to come up with a logo. For example, to me, feather pen and ink pot reminds me of a scholarly person or a shop dealing in e.g. stationery such as a book store or gift shop. There will always be millions of logo designs and it is up to the individual to see and try to guess what they think it is like. More importantly, an easier method is for one to find out their element, better still the strength of their element and using the Five Elements concept i.e. Productive and Destructive sequence to come up with their logo. For example…

Dear Sharon, The thing here is that there is no home that is mobile in the past, as such there is no specific feng shui analysis that you can really use for this. In such a mobile home, probably the application of making it comfortable and practical to stay in would be more important. The only few areas you can apply any feng shui concept would then only be either:- 1.To face the entire home in a certain direction when you "park" ie facing north - Prosperity. 2. Or apply the Ba Zi element ie North - Water element, etc. 3. The rest should be more like colour scheme of the interior and exterior should be suitable to you. Otherwise, nothing much else you can do. Ho…

Hi, I like to share with you that Symbolism is again very important in Feng Shui. Here it is more important to buy the correct type of lamp then deciding how many to use. For example the best shapes of lightings are those with a profile that are pointed upwards: /\ / \ || One should buy lightings that point upwards rather than downwards. This is to signify `progress' or an upward trend e.g. symbolic of success. Let me share with that before the Bank of China building was built, the exterior design has a few " V " and later on the advice of a geomancy, the advise was to change it to " ^ " symbolic of an UP sign. Therefore, here, the shape e.g. ^ is more important than say …

Dear Cecil, Thanks for your reply. I have 2 more questions: 1. What are the most important evil stars? Are both star 2 & 5 we should always watch out? 2. If both living room & dining room are covered by 3 sectors. How can we apply the cure effectively? Will the cure interfere with stars in other sections? Looking forward to your reply. Huu

Dear Trudy, Frankly, there is no hard and fast rule in garden design. Even for gardening, there are many factors involved: 1. plot size 2. weather conditions: Tropics / Four Seasons 3. owner's preferences The type of trees /plants or shrubs would depend on the country we are all in. In Singapore, especially in the 1970's, it is very common for many landed properties to grow a mango tree in one's compound. In many instances, the mango tree (depending on the garden area) is often planted at the corner of one's garden either at the front-of-the-home or at the back. When this tree is often around 10 to 15 years old, they can be as tall as 3 storey's high and leave quite…

Dear Anon, My frank advise is that if one is really not sure where to place such objects or have no idea whether it is auspicious to do so, try not to place it. It is better to have a `clean', clear and clutter free environment than placing the unknown. On the `commonsense' approach, (other than Feng Shui), how often must one change the water. For those who stay at areas where there is mosquito, will it breed mosquitoes. Here, it is best not to "feel" that I have something I feel useful, I want to `utilize' it. It may do more harm than good. I guess, if one really wants or yearn to place such a configuration, would have to go with one's feeling. Let me elaborate further …

Dear Anon, Yes, one of the best ways to find out if the house is good or bad is to bring the whole family along. Especially the kids or a child. If the whole family feels comfortable or at ease, then the house is generally good. Here, no matter what, Feng Shui thru `our feelings' or sixth sense is indeed a powerful tool. This is why for some people, after `practising' Feng Shui, have since regretted mostly due to `over indulgence' where we often use the term `Fast Food Feng Shui.' For these group of people, I personally believe, that it is better for them not to have ever heard of Feng Shui at all. Here, they do not need to spent money to buy `enhancers' such as fountain…

1. One has to understand that Flying Star Feng Shui is dynamic based on "time dimension". 2. Even for a home or any given home: each home or sector in a home mathematically has the following variable:- Under the 20 Year flying star: there are:- Mountain star: variable 1 Water star : variable 2 Base (Palace star) : variable 3 You mentioned the Year star: variable 4 There are such things as: Monthly star: variable 5 Daily star : variable 6 Hourly star: variable 7 Seconds star: variable 8 3. Mathematically:there are an interplay of at least 8 variables and only when there are an unfortunate clusters of #5 ... then one is in deep shit. Do not play loud music or have…

Appended by Cecil: Please check theFREE advice report again: http://dates.geomancy.net . The report comes "AS-IT-IS". It does clearly states no auspicious timing is given. Dear Master Lee, Can we ask some advice what (range) hours would be auspicious to move in our new home on July 7, 2009? We have checked that July 7 is the most auspicious day for the whole family to move in. Looking forward to your guidance. Thank you very much. Y.L. Lin

Dear Kate, If your business is experiencing financial difficulties and is situated in an office rather than your home, the Feng Shui of the home will typically have a reduced impact on the office. In such cases, it is recommended to conduct an office audit. Regarding the sloping ceiling: 1. The higher the slope, the less auspicious it is considered to be. 2. One option for those sleeping under a sloping roof is to use a poster bed, although this may be more expensive. Alternatively, cloth material can be placed to act as a barrier against the sloping ceiling. In addition to the above, the principle of 'If you do not see it, it no longer becomes a cure' appl…

Dear Cecil, Thank you for this wealth of information. I can see that the flow of Qi can be a very illusive thing and why it takes many years to develop into a functioning Feng Shui practitioner. My dilemma is choosing a good frontage for both my boyfriend and I since we are equal as breadwinners, unfortunately he's an east facing person and I'm a west. Since we both have 0% water, I guess a N, W or NW frontage with good Shapes and Forms would be the answer. Cheui May

Further to what I had mentioned, the key to understanding "LUCK" in Geomancy is the Holy Trinity of Luck: Here: 1. Heaven Luck (day we were born) - what we are suppose to be born with. 2. Earth Luck or Home or office Feng Shui. 3. Human (Man) Luck 1. HEAVEN LUCK Some people are born with a silver spoon thus, we say that they have a very good Heaven Luck (or excellent Ba zi) 2. EARTH LUCK Others gain significantly from a good or excellent home. Many of these homes have a "quantum leap" in Feng Shui. And money literally pour in because of the good Feng Shui coming from their earth homes (earth luck). 3. BOTH generally can be considered as "Money falling out of th…

1. Generally Aquarius by the Park has 10 blocks of flats. And many units face SE or NW while roughly two (or three blocks) that face differently from the rest. 2. Thus, in all developments, usually there are some good and some not so good units.

1. Recently, I was tasked to do a town planning (severalthousand ha) for a third-world country. For such a large size, Shapes and Form Feng Shui is the first consideration. 2. It is not true that Flying Star applies only to "after" built up. Locally, many Singaporeans, get us to either do a major Additions and alternation works (A & A). And Flying Star is used widely especially to determine: where qi comes into the home or tap good qi; "lock up" bad qi etc.... 3. In past forum messages, Flying Star chart is like a pie, it can it be a small one or extended out towards the properties marker line or zone. 4. For a plot of land, even if we use Flying star, Shapes and…
